Experience for Forum- Only Players

[font=andale mono]As you guys know, there are a few of us who
will only be able to play within the realm of this forum due to
distance or other personal previous obligations. (Thank you for
that opportunity, btw!) I was wondering if y'all had decided how
we Forum-Only Players will be earning Experience Points for the
game, since we can't physically show up to earn it?
Will you guys be monitoring our individual progress and let us
know when we gain points individually? Will it be RP driven?
(I.e., Sally wants to learn to use a firearm, so she seeks out a
pawn shop to buy the gun and then finds someone to teach her to
use it.) Or will there be certain quota of posts/general
activity per week to determine how many points we get?
I didn't know if y'all had worked it out already or not, but I
figured it would be worth asking. Thanks guys!
