       what do you mean? who can have what? how many do you start with?

       Well this first thing that comes to mind is if they succeed.
       Lets take Auspex for example. In the table top game if I want to
       see what someone is I would roll dice and with the LARP it would
       be RPS.
       I know with forum rp its more about story then combat, but there
       are some noncombat disciplines that just really handy to use.

       IF it directly affects someone, you must send a PM to them and
       ask if they would be willing to succumb, as is dominate. If it's
       something like auspex, then it's an automatic success.
