Judicial
Positions:
Sheriff
Powers and Responsibilities:
Enforce Blood Hunts
Uphold Masquerade
Protect the Citizens
Sheriff: Specializes in blood hunts and dispensing justice, must
be given power unless situation calls for use of for it,
specializes in investigations and reports findings to the
community, and protects all kindred in the Elysium from threats.
Legislative

Senators
Vice-President
Powers and Responsibilities:
Represent all of their Clan Members
Elect/Impeach (2/3)
Make Blood Hunts, Laws, Positions (2/3 Vote)
Veto Blood Hunts, Laws, Positions (2/3 Vote)
Senators: One vote each (Senators can sub out members for
meetings)
Vice-President: Calls meetings, runs the meetings, controls
who’s talking during meeting (If a Senator, does not mean an
extra vote)
Executive
Positions and Responsibilities:
President
Vice-President
Powers and Responsibilities:
Represent the Neo-Cainite Republic and its Citizens
Create Blood Hunts, Laws, Positions
Veto Executive Branch decisions (Not acknowledged if decision is
unanimous by Senators; A veto must be with valid reasoning)
Can Call Meetings
Can elect ambassadors for the good of the NCR
President: Protects Masquerade and the people of The Neo-Cainite
Republic, represents the interests of all clans, represents The
Neo-Cainite Republic as the Official Leader
Vice President: Acts as Official Ambassador, aids the President
and acts as the President when President becomes “in-disposed”,
advises all Neo-Cainites on political matters (Both Domestic and
Foreign Policies)
