Sparrow nods and turns to Stephen. "It was not my intention to
ignore you, sir. Since you are here with Absinthe, I had to
assume you had no ill intentions towards me or my place of
business. I don't like to assume. However, Absinthe is..."
Sparrow smiles as he says, "...fairly trustworthy. Therefor, I
officially welcome you to Sparrow's Reformation Center. I take
it you are here to assist with the caretaking? Or was there
       something else?"

(OOC: the underlined represents only slightly emphasized words,
       nearly unnoticeably emphasized.)
With a heart smile Stephen responds "Both actually. I am new to
the town and the fellowship of kindred spirits and wanted to
help improve the lives of the people here. And from what I had
heard of the society here, from my mentors, I had not expected
to be able to get two birds with one stone."

Sparrow smiles kindly and genuinely. "It seems you've lucked
out, then. You're free to stay and help any way you like, so
long as you don't cause any trouble. And don't drink the purple
punch; It is intended only for those seeking help here."

"Red punch is really the only way to go anyways." Stephen
       responds with a smile.
"What kind of activities, errands, jobs, ect does this
       establishment need accomplished?"
"I can wield both spoon and hammer, or needle and pen well
enough for any you have use for."

Sparrow pauses for a moment and inhales deeply. "Well, if you
want to be of use, you can send anyone who needs help my way. In
case you don't know, I offer a free bed for up to three nights'
stay for anyone passing through. Other than that, I am willing
and able to rehabilitate any abuser of any drug, provided they
are willing to commit. I also help homeless people get back on
their feet. Anyone who partakes in the program shall receive
help in getting a job nearby. So, if you know any homeless folks
or drug abusers, or if you can offer jobs to those who need them
desperately, please let me know. If getting your hands dirty is
more your style, there is always something that needs cleaning.
Or, if you feel like cooking, you can do that too. Obviously,
any donations to help keep the place running and/or improve the
       place would be much appreciated."
Sparrow sighs. "You have no idea how many times I've repeated
that. Maybe I should get pamphlets made."

"Or a poster to put in the front room" Says Stephen as he thinks
of projects his family had been wanting to do with the store.
"But I do have a few short term positions for my small shop I
just opened up in town. We have some work to get done in the
back half of the shops and could use a couple of people. One of
my family members is a wiz when it comes to construction but he
often over estimates his own strength."
"If you have anyone wanting to get some on the job training for
some construction work, I would be more than willing to set them
to work. They would need only to not be afraid of heights. The
work to be done is requires a small amount of scaffolding and I
would need them to be up for it. The hours would be mornings
from 8 to 12, for about 3-5 people. Pay would be 10 an hour."
(ooc this will also phys rep the random construction crews
across the street that keep waking me up in IRL )

"That would be fantastic. I just need to get a couple pieces of
information from you. I can probably have Kadia bring some folks
your as soon as you're ready for them. I'll ensure they're
prepared for the job." Sparrow pulls out his phone and sends a
brief text. "She'll see that it's done."
       (An excellent idea, good sir!)

Sending a message to Clark filling him in briefly to the
situation, he holds out a card he pulls out from within his
       jacket to Sparrow.
(Made this card for the shop)
"Here, have your people get with my people" with a wink to
Absinthe "I always wanted to say that"
"Mrs. I-don't-belive-I-got-your-name, I can help you in helping
this mans nutritional needs for a while if you would like
       company."

Sarah sits in the next room over quietly humming a soothing song
to a young girl with the shakes. She had been here when the
teenage drug addict had been admitted by Sparrow the day before,
and had offered to keep an eye on her. The girl's recovery time
was astounding to Sarah, and she knew that God had surely led
her here to this blessed establishment for a reason.

Sparrow politely takes the card from Stephen. In his usual raspy
voice, Sparrow says, "Enjoy your time with Eddie here. He should
be fine for now, so feel free to help some others if you wish.
As long as you respect this house and the people in it, you are
welcome here. Let me know if you need anything. Excuse me."
Sparrow steps into the adjacent room, quietly eyeballing Sarah
and the new girl. "She seems better. I didn't ask before: is she
       friend or family?"
