       of the best goth clubs in New Orleans and, to those in the know,
       a hotspot for vampires. since buying the club, he and his
       'sister' Absynthe have turned it into a respected Elysium.
       with his influence in the area he could have been Primagen quite
       easily, but is much more interested in running his club than he
       is in "running a clan of prima donnas". as such he has become
       the go to man for many aspiring vampiric politicians when they
       need someone who wont betray them for power.
       Devon is a firm believer in peace between the clans and has
       never been afraid to crack down on violence in his club. He
       enforces the Elysium in his club heavily and without
