"Personally blood bonding the person to some makes no sense in
my opinion. Death mmmm I am up in the air. My opinion is people
should find the person who turned the new born. But for all we
know who could be gone by now.
Do I have any ideas? Hell try and find the rouge vampire, it
would be even better if I was to find the person who turned him
or her. Also to answer your question if I know anyone here. If I
did I wouldn't tell you. Reason being is that I don't know you."

"I hope that's not hostility I'm detecting. There is a somewhat
common punishment for endangering the masquerade. It involves
mixing the blood of the higher-ups and forcing the wrong-doer to
drink the mixture. If this person can be reformed and pay the
necessary price for the damages done, it would be a better
outcome than death. And when I say price, I don't mean
       monetarily so."
Sparrow scowls. "Now, I wasn't asking who your contacts were.
That would be rude. I was asking if you had the contacts to
communicate with to gather some of the information I mentioned.
It would be a good step in the right direction. Unless you don't
care about the masquerade, that is."

"First off I really do not care if you think your detecting
hostility from me or not. So you if want to keep that look of
someone's has took a crap in your frosted flakes go right ahead
       sir.
Now as for your question of it I have contacts or not. Why would
I say if I do or not to someone I do not know. Would you give
personal information to someone you do not know? "

Sparrow laughs. "Well aren't we the defensive one? It was my
intention to have a civil conversation with a fellow kindred
regarding the well-being and continued existence of our kind.
I'm not asking for your personal information. I'm asking if
there's anything you can do about the situation, or if you'd
rather sit on your ass drinking tea. Do what you will. Thanks
       for the drink. Good day."
Sparrow downs his drink, smiles, and turns to leave.
(he hasn't left yet at this point, so you can still say
       something)

       Shrugs
" I figured this was civil conversation. Your the one with the
not so happy look on his face. Hey if you think I rather sit on
my ass all day, hey that is fine with me Mr.Sparrow. It is not
my job to change your mind."

He stops and turns his head a little. "Just answer me this: Do
you intend to do anything about the incident?"

Sparrow says nothing and leaves, walking out into the night. He
then proceeds to light up a cigarette and leans against the
building, contemplating. Vague, defensive, and not at all
reassuring, he thinks to himself. Maybe he'll still decide to do
what's best. I shouldn't rely on him, though.

"Fuck yeah, an internet cafe!" A female rounds the corner,
carrying what looks to be a very large, very expensive tower and
a flat screen monitor. "Now I can get some damn work done."
She is of an average build, and looks to be about eighteen. She
has white blonde hair that is cut very short, and wears a simple
pair of light blue jeans and a black t-shirt, that hugs her
       well.
"Hey, you, with the smoke! Mind giving me a hand?"

Sparrow sighs and flicks his half-smoked cigarette into the
street. "Sure kid. These kinds of places were more intended for
laptops, though." Sparrow lifts the large tower with one hand,
relieving the straining girl's arms. "You know, it's a little
late. Don't you have a curfew or something? School tomorrow? I
       dunno."
