Request for Lossless CM music (flac, wav, aif, alac) and Hi Res

If anyone has lossless (wav, aif, alac, flac) versions of any of
these titles ripped from the original media, and is willing to
share them, I'd appreciate it.
I'm also looking for Hi Res scans of the artwork - none are to
be found on Google.
I'm happy to trade anything I have to offer of interest.
