That pic has been floating around online for a while now and
it's not Susan . It's a random woman who looks a little bit
similar to her. That pic of her walking on the street is in NYC
not SF . Here's the same woman here on the left and there's also
a couple more pics of the same woman in the same yellow jacket
and gloves walking around in Central Park in NY . I'll try and
find them later and add them to this thread .

Think i'm gonna have to change the title of this thread in "Fake
Susan 1967". I found the archived Reddit page and when reading
the comments it looks like i'm not the only one who was fooled.
I also found the origin of the picture, comment by the real girl
"A friend of mine walked with me to the Met, via central park
and took this shot of me with my instamatic camera".
