well i wanted to share some stuff i do so i can have some
feedbacks
first here is a drawing from vertutame on deviantart (a friend
of mine) i did the

here is i commission i am working on for someone's manga (i made
four of his character but i wont show them for privacy)

and there is my characters concept art i made im going to change
them once again but any critic would be great !!! (from left to
right LIAMa very kind guy that is a bit strange since he must
always have a contact with the ground therefore he's not able to
jump and he often fall from trees too. SKY, my main character
she is stubborn and isnt successful in anything she tries to do
in fact she is useless. Kaido, i'll keep it as it is a demon
that hide his true identity as a human. Vandra, well he his mean
and always looking up to the others and he loves to bully sky.)
Each characters possess a demon but its something i will tell
you in my story.

I really like the last one. You definitely have coloring down.
As for the armored character. It's hard to critique . It looks
like something from World of Warcraft just by the way the spikes
come out of the armor. If that's what you intended for then
great. The breast plate may look a little out of place but that
may be what you intended since it looks like the armor is made
of rocks.
EDIT: to clarify on the breastplate it looks like it's in
between rock and metal.

I love it. I also wanted to say that it reminds me of an MMORPG
anime or manga. Not exactly World of Warcraft.
The first one looked so good I thought it could be a manga
cover. You're really talented.
The Knight looks cool too. What colors do you plan on using for
it?

in fact the person who asked me for this commission sent me a
picture of a metal kind of golem (maybe it was a warcraft
character) and asked me for a golem with spikes on his back. So
the metal parts are inspired by the picture he gave me and the
rocks are totally out of my mind. And for your specification
about the breastplate in between the rocks i was already
planning to change it but now i guess it is really off and it
was not just an impression so i might do that now. And thanks
for the last drawing i really feel like i must improve on the
colors though but i cant do everything at a time so im working
on it ahaha (really happy to have some great feedback).

well so much questions i'm really happy if you think it was a
cover art but sadly no its just a fan art of uraraka from boku
no hero made by my friend i have put some colors on it. He is
the great artist but i might color another of his works which
will be the cover of his upcoming short manga named smile.
For the colors of the golem that strangely look like a knight
since its still an ongoing piece i must finish him first. Then i
might clean it up a little (there wont be that much to clean)
and give him to the boy who paid me to do it. He didnt paid for
the colors sadly he dont like piece in colors. (in fact i never
planned to do a golem!!! I charged 10 usd to someone for each of
his characters and it end up that the fifth one of the seven
isnt a humanoid)..... But if i did colors it would have been
dark grey plates and brownish rocks with some verdure here and
there. (

I thought the coloring was at the level of Manga cover too. I
will also check out that Deviant too.
For some reason I was imagining more fantasy colors for the
golem. But natural colors may be better.
The characters each having a demon is interesting. It reminds me
of Blue Exorcist, but instead of just one or two it's a whole
squad. I can't wait to see more.

you may have to wait a little bit ahah i am busy as fuck but
here i might show you some progress here's my demons (only two)
in their "innofensive" shape but its only props in fact i really
think about something else for the feline i dont really am fond
of it but the hummingbird is there to stay though. They have
animal shapes (some are objects or humanoid or else..) since it
wouldnt be so funny if they always had their full demon shapes.

Before you have to ask me the feline demon is fire based and its
owner is quite eaten by his own anger and is looking down to
other normal persons. Since his demon is a part of him it must
be something that reflects that and it would need to be original
but more rare and impressive because the character comes from a
great family that owns extraordinary rare and strong demons. Any
idea will be useful and i might look if it could work.

Those look great. Not sure about the bird in terms of demon but
I'm sure there is some myth out there where there is a bird in
the spectrum of demons.
What kind of mythology are you planning on using? Or are you
going to re-invent/re-establish what a demon is?

nah my demons arent demon from hell they are made out of people
sins or they can literally be a shard of your own soul its
literally not conventionnal demons. like the bird they some of
them are in animal form but the bird itself isnt his demon ill
show you what this bird will look like (but its my first sketch
though still beta phase)
