       What is your favorite font?

I have many favorite fonts. I tend to switch them out depending
on what I'm in the mood for.
For today, my favorite font is DEUTSCH GOTHIC created by James
       Fordyce.
  HTML https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/deutsch-gothic
Very simple and easy to manipulate. It could work very well for
a Logo. For common use I wouldn't recommend it.
You can list or mention your favorite fonts below. I recommend
keeping it free license and mentioning the original creator if
you see it and also make sure if it's not free license, to
mention it (usually you have to pay if it's not).

I personally just love good old Times New Roman. You can never
go wrong with it, really. Outside of that, probably this font I
have on my Mac called Juice. It came free on it, but then again
I got this thing from my uncle who used to run an art studio, so
       he might've gotten it somewhere.

I never used it but I always thought it looked nice.

I was talking about fonts in terms of creating a logo. But times
new Roman is a good choice to use if you're making a letter. I
work a lot with writing and usually, Serif styled fonts works
best in paper, but Sans-serif type work best on computer. Which
is why times new Roman isn't a default font.

In terms of creating a logo, it really depends on what the logo
is being made for, I feel. But, as for fancy fonts, Old English
Script MT, which is slightly similar to your Deutsch Gothic, is
one of my personal favorites. I have learned to hand-draw much
of it for titular headings, but then again, that style of
lettering is fun to mess around with, as is something like
Juice, which is a graffiti style font.

I can't stand looking at old English or any medieval style
fonts. They are too detailed for me and just looks like it's
       trying too hard.

I'm the opposite though in that they're my personal favorites .
The over-detailed , over-stylized design of it is what interests
me most , probably because I'm an artist myself .
But yes , they're notoriously difficult to read in this day and
age under the default size (the defaults of it's kind are
usually large , about 18-20px) . It works though during it's
time simply because they don't use them to write out the entire
essay on or that they would write it small (their books are
usually large after all) . That's why I don't use them at all .

I like more modern fonts I guess.
But I don't download fonts for essays or anything.
I created the Manga Mavericks logo with Tokyo Otaku Mode font
(it was free license). Idk if anyone thought that was
       interesting.

This may not be gothic or medieval, but this is a font that I
think is both older and has a strong classic vibe. And very
       simple and easy to read.
  HTML http://www.letterheadfonts.com/fonts/classiccaps.php
It's called Classic Caps by John Studden
