ashdown - managers feedback

very unlucky, 5mins of madness killed us, need be louder on the
pitch throughout, more movement and keep possesion better. not
enough work rate first half, but 2nd half controlled the game
until that 5mins. so gotta take the positives and build and
start pickin up sum points from the last 7games.
burns - last few weeks havnt looked confident i dont know why
and its showing in ur game, need to try and get it back for u to
play to ur full potential, didnt have much to do really but at
times looked nervous.
warren - got stuck in and again offered attacking option, at
times holding on to the ball too long, need get head up and use
options available quickly then offer an option urself.
zanda - looked solid defensivly, passing improvement so keep it
up, need to be a bit more composed too many air shots/ miss
kicks etc.
maca - solid defensivly, heard louder imput thru the game from
ya keep that up and also gave gud break out options from the
back. as assistant on the pitch if lads arnt listening tell me n
il tell them cos need good communication all on same level.
lee - solid defensivly was my m.o.m, needs to be louder take
control of that defense cos we need a commander back there.
(5mins of madness, need to stay composed and solid if we
concede, we had control of the game they were still chasing it
so need to start taking a conceded goal with a pinch of salt and
an incentive to get 1 or more back not collapse)
gray - solid game defensivly/attacking, got stuck in and aerial
dominance was a key part, needs be more communication between
you and paul not enough, gotta be on the same wave length n know
whos doing what etc.
paul - solid game, gud creation attacking wise, need get
composed and start burring those chances, also need improve on
your marking in centre gota be done quickly and tight, no.4 got
ball everytime from throws and was your man when this happnd so
make sure doesnt apen sunday.
leon - solid game, plenty of graft and good width, again
decision making at times and get ball under control first, dont
get too far ahead when attacking hold ya run, got the legs on
most full back so no need go so far.
ross l - got stuck in at all times which was gud but seemed lost
on the right, some good hold up and passing but remember dont
dwell on possesion.
hally - solid game, some good interchanges and good graft, need
be stronger up top tho, get body in front of defender and hold
ball up, no flicks
me - no comment
subs:
dane - looked lively when came on, good attacking options but
too composed at times, also getting forward too much without
thinking of your defensive duties, always be aware of whats
round ya before you bomb forward and listen to your centre
backs.
andy - not much to say as time wasnt on ur side due to the
circumstances, got in the right places tho as had a chance and
mixed it up.
chrissy - played well wen came on, got forward well good
interplay with the forwards n gud graft getting back.

Aye, I agree. I knew I was getting forward too much, playing RWB
the last few times I played and it was just in my head to get
forward and just love getting at others defence.
All taken into account. Cheers.

Fair comments
I agree at times we were sat to deep which meant there cm had
too much time on the ball

At 2.0 we should have dropped dan back to cm, grey filing in
just behind them and closed the game out.
