Starting 11 vs. Half Moon
DIR By: DANE

Right lads, Thought I'd wack this on like see what people would
go for after Sundays game.
Burnzy
Chrissy/Zander (if not injured) Macca Lee Zohan
Myself Paul Gray
Leon
Gibbo Hally
Burnzy - goes without say in my opinion, class and doesn't
bottle anything.
Chrissy/Zander - Both good, solid players.
Lee - wins them in the air and is strong, best of all his
composure on the ball.
Macca - Wins all the scrappy challenged and supports the
midfield, giving them a chance to get higher when he gans on a
crazy run haha.
Zohan - Solid, gets stuck in and has cemented this position.
Myself - Not doing this just to get my name in, i think i have
been playing my better parts of the game in the higher end of
the pitch and after playing RWB in previous game i feel more
attacking minded, that's all.
Paul - Just creates everything and turns other teams' midfield
inside out.
Gray - Voice of the team and wins a majority of the air balls in
the middle.
Gibbo - Scores every oppurtunity he gets, big, strong and makes
perfect target man.
Hally - had an amazing game sunday and took MotM to me, graft
was second to none and grabbed himself a well deserved goal.

tills/bash
zander macka
lee warren
dane paul
grey leon
dan g
hally
tills/bash - both really good goalkeepers, fighting well for
place
zander - played well right back on sunday, listened and
comunicated well with me.
macka - plays well in any situation, and a big asset for
corners.
lee - composed and a exelent partner to macka
warren - always willing and giving 100 percent, quality
player
dane - think he would do really well on the right against
these, we need somebody who will run at defenders and its only
him iv really see do it in training to good
effect atm.
gray - the voice of midfield, and forever stuck in.
paul - unlucky not to score, but created lots of
chances, and im sure it wont be long before he starts converting
them.
leon - had a good game on sunday, so i think he deserves
a start.
hally - proving to play well with dan upfront, and keeps
scoring
dan g - another goal since goin up top, great target man
and threat.
.. these have started playing well since we last played them,
even tho we had like a million chances to score against them,
so its not gunna be a walk over or easy game lads.

To avoid the silence that we had last week after Andy tried to
get a topic going about team selection I'll stick my head above
the parapit and put down my team for this Sunday
Before though I think there are alot of positives to be taken
from sunday.
We seem to exude a nervousness when we take a lead which is
something we need to get out of
This week we need to start on the front foot, be first in the
tackle and put them under pressure high up the pitch taking the
pressure off our defence.
Tempo will be the key on sunday and if we can keep at a high
pace, playing good football and getting the ball in the box to
forwards supported by the midfield as much as possible we create
chances to win the game
Anyway my starting XI would be
Burnsy
Warren Lee Macca Chrissy T
Damen Gray Me Leon
Hally Gibson
Most of the team is self explanatory so won't give a detailed
rundown on every player
The only big change would be Damen at right Midfield. I was
impressed with Damen when he came on against Murton, he showed a
composure on the ball that has sometimes been lacking on the
right, so I would tell him to go out there and run his arse off
, knowing he wont do 90 minutes but I'm sure he will influence
the match whilst he is on
I would also swap Warren to rb as I think Chrissy is more
confident on his left and Warren could be a real menace flying
down the right wing overlapping the rm

I will base my team on Me not being there cos im working and
zander being injured.
Tilla
Dane Lee Macca Warren
Damon Paul Grey Leon
Gibbo Hally
Change tilla for burzy cos he deserves his chance now.
Dane in but need to play to the whistle and be stronger on the
ball(gets some weights done) lol
Damon-In my opinion should have played on the right on sunday
after a good performance against murton.
Rest of the team is self explanitory.
Sorry cnt be there lads(not that i will be missed lol) Cyas all

if this is because of when i got shoved off the ball, it was
from behind. and the ref was just being a douche because i
moaned at him trying to claim a goal for my cross that hit the
bar haha

i think we need a fresh look to the team to keep everyone on
there toes so i am going to throw out a classic 4-4-2 starting
with
Bash in goal
zander right back
russ centre back with ross i think pace is whats lacking in this
position so ideal lads to step in
left back has to go to hally his graft last week showed us what
he can do
right wing i will go for gray again its pace we need on the wing
ideal man for it there
two centre mids is tough but im going turny and leon we just
need the strength in the middle of the park
on the left im going for big gibbo no other reason apart from i
dont want to leave him out even if this isnt my real team for
sunday haha
and up top i will have to go me and warren now i know not many
people showed up last night but if u did u will understand it
was just a different class :D
again lads i know it looks different and alot of people who
would usually start arent in my team all i will say is keep your
heads up and remember i didnt like u enough to pick u :D haha

right real team now just thought i would try to lighten things
up again seeing is since last time i was on here people have
wanted to have fisty cuffs with each other and what not :D haha
but i think sunday was the story of our season getting ahead and
not keeping the lead through panic and in some cases sloppyness
we have shown we can compete with the better teams and if the
few little niggles we have gave be worked out then no reason why
we cant be pushing on in the league :D
i will go for a 4-4-2 again
Burnsey
Chrissy Lee Macca Warren
Damon Paul Gray Leon
Hally
Dan G
Burnsey for me still first choice keeper because on his day cant
be beaten :)
Chrissy has took abit stick of a few people lately but i think
he has played well enough to deserve his place, constant runner
and if he can get his positional sense sorted out he will be
solid at the back as well as looking a threat going forward
Lee doesnt need a little list of qualitys one of the obvious
starters each week
Macca again self explanatory here first name on the list him and
lee have formed a great partnership
Warren has shown last few weeks he isnt afraid to carry the ball
out of defence aswell as sticking to his roots and throwing in a
few ninja kicks here and there :D
Damon the murton game showed us all what he can do never panics
and looks composed in possession, isnt afraid to run at
defenders and if dan is still looking at options on the right
side i think damon is definatly due a shot
Paul best game for a couple of weeks last week back to his best
and how he didnt get the goal his play deserved is beyond me on
his day unplayable
Gray old reliable springs to mind haha :) always the loudest
voice out on the pitch and never shys away from a tackle leaving
paul to pick out the passes and let gray do the messy work
Leon 2nd half last week was the best i have seen from him this
season constant danger going forward helping track back and
never stopped running and a lovely little pass for hallys goal
:)
Hally again work rate over the last few weeks has been a
different standard to any i have ever seen from him never
stopped grafting up top and got the goal that he deserved :)
Dan G his goal last week if nothing else shows why he is back to
his best up top lovely finish and there was alot more movement
chasing the ball and beating defenders thought he was unlucky to
only get the one on sunday
and yes i do look like i have kissed all your arses there but
its cold on the bench god damn it haha :D
for me that team is the team that can get us the win on sunday
so lets pick up 3 points its long over due :D cyas at training
lads
