Paul, we already established that your role in the team is
sparkling clean boots guy ;) haha.
On a serious note though, I agree that there needs to be more
talking amongst us and it does make a massive difference. Nee
good just having the same 3/4 lads doing all the talking every
week.

yes i agree with the talking bit, personally i know i dont talk
much on the pitch but thats down to confidence and i know its
getting better :)

were the rowdyest bunch of cunts in the changing room them on
the pitch its like were all shitting ourselves lol talking
doesnt have to be telling each other what to do even just a
little clap or well done for sumone doing a good pass or a shot
or a good cross or tackle talking to each other puts confidence
in u and lets u know ur doing alreet it helps alot also to just
ease the tension make them relax abit

i agree mate, even just saying well done mate that was good,
boosts confidence staright away like

some people are natural talkers on the pitch, loud and
flamboyant. others just need to work on it, just shout when ur
free and shout wen people under pressure, its helps big style to
know where people are and when u have got time or avnt. need
talk more lads so lets start doin it :P

much time they have on the ball, or time to let them know they
have time, how hard can it be?
