also i voted leon he made himself so much space today and put
good balls in 90% of the time also he knew were i was going and
linked well and as for the game in general i think the idea of 5
at the back is a bad one cos i think all the defence got in
there heads right theres 5 at the back so i can run all over
thinking theyll be covered and it just didnt happen like that we
got caught everytime with our pants round our ankles also i
think we need to start playing 2 touch football cos we keep
getting caught in posession movement and passing just isnt quick
enough and when it is nobodys moving to get it remember moving
without the ball is just as important as when u have got the
ball its no good standing beside the man marking u all game
loose him run around like a chetty if u have to get urself a
couple of yards that way u can play quick pass and moves i say
the sooner we get on the grass to train the better that way we
can play 11 aside games and work on things like this

tbf, people are not playin to their potental, and dont deserve
there current play in the first 11. fact!
I was really disapointed the way the bench went on when we
though burnzy was injured and insisted tills got ready and
kitted so he went to changing round and got changed, cheers!
overlooked although on my opinion, last 3 weeks have been in
good form, but hey nevermind.
Personally the game in spells we dominated, but people are takin
it for granted that they are in startin 11 gaurenteed!
if we really wanted to do drills and stuff we could within the
hour, there is a full sized goal there we could use it.
corners, set peices, SHOOTING!!! why dont we try that??
Roll on Wednesday!

??? ??? ??? who the fucks voted for me ??? ??? ???
i spend 3 quaters of the game with double vision ha,
i would have came off but didnt really want to waste a
substitution, next week the clocks change and the light night
come in, so we can all work on our games, as i no what my
problems are and what i need to improve on as do yourselves. its
hard to play 11 aside when your rusty goin from 5- aside to 11
aside each week, so will be really happy to get us all on the
field again..

Getting on the grass will be good but just because we have
trained on astroturf for six months isn't an excuse for people
not looking comfortable with the ball at their feet and not
making themselves available for a simple pass if anything that
surface should improve your touch and confidence on the ball
On a separate note I disagree that people are taking for granted
there place in the team
I joke about being irreplaceable but I know that every place is
up for grabs which is why I run my arse off at training every
week and I think everybody else is the same. So can we stop this
pointless bitching about who should and shouldn't be in the team
and leave it up to Dan to decide every week based on what he
sees at training etc. If you have issues with being left
out/subbed etc speak to Dan.
If you are not selected then cheer on the lads who are, train
hard and try to push yourself into the team.
Remember at the end of the day this is meant to be fun ;D

as 1 of 3 goalkeepers on the squad we need the 11 aside training
just simply for box movement, 1 v 1 , corners and the goals
sizes themselves, i do agree tho that it shouldnt matter what
serface you play on, it shouldnt really change your attitude and
style of play, making yourself available and looking for the
easy ball but it is tho paul as you so rightly said.....
......
...... should be fun ;D ;D

i tink we all agree yesterday wasnt the best game weve played
all season, however sum positives can b taken warren and leon
looked threatening and strong down the left all game. Damen and
Hally both looked gud whn thy came on so wasnt all bad.
i dont tink people are taking there places for granted you can
tell because of how hard people work in training.
personally i cannt wait to get back on a field training but
football is football so we cannt blame training on a court for
anyting.
as 4 me gettin kitted up, was maccas decision so i cannt say
anyting abou it however , i like to think goalkeepers stick
2gether and didnt see u checking up on burnzy whn he gt elbowed
in the head throughout the game lil tings like this add up we a
team gorra act like we in a team enough bitching lets just get
on with football......

its not the surface im onabout when i say its better im onabout
the space u have on the pitch the fact u can play 11 v 11 and
also goal size using the big pitch to find pockets of space that
are there in games set pieces, shooting etc
