Sunday!!!

Well what do we reckon for Sunday?
Really enjoyed Training was good last night.
Big game Sunday to set us up for the final let go get a big win
before the final.
My team would be a bit more based on our opposition.
........Burns.........
Moo/Ian/Grey/Stinky
Macca/Lee/Me/Dotty
.....Johnny/Dan.....
Think there a few people who could be involved Sunday that are a
bit different but whoevers picked lets go and get a big result!!

Im not sure if Johnny/Dan are fit enough to play on sunday but
Dan seemed to be ok in training last night so iv gone for him
lone striker, if they are both carrying knocks I would have them
both reseted on sunday simply because we need them for the final
and any team thats put out on sunday will be good enough to get
the 3 points
(apart from Robson & Andy who are both shite)

I think this game is a perfect oppurtunity for players who
haven't been playing regular like myself to get a chance to show
what they can do for the final, and perhaps te semi after
aswell, I think whatever team we put out against chilla should
beat them, there absolutly shite and our squad can beat these
providing we have the right attitude.

It's pretty bad when you have to try and pull others down just
because your so poor. As shit as Andy and I are we didn't give
the ball away with our first 3 touches last night?
Have you lost a bit more hair this month??? Do you want to talk
about it????

Starting 11 is starting to pick itself if we are going to be
serious about promotion and winning cups change to a winning
team is not the thing to do don't set a team up to suit how the
other team plays play your better playrs.

We have a good passing side and we should utilise this a lot
more some good play in training just need to make it stick in
matches

Bit of a contradiction your team selection and your statement el
sinko.
We wouldn't be changing a winning team as we didn't win the last
game. I think if we want to win promotion and cups etc we should
be looking at opposition. You want your more physical players
playing your more physical teams. With dan back is imagine we're
back to 442 with realistically Lee, Paul and Jakka vying for 2
places. For me I'd be playing Jakka against the more pysical
teams and Paul in the games against weaker players. As
unfortunate as it is for them both there very different.
That being said I think a team not too disimilar from the last
game is probably our strongest 11 when everyone's fit with one
of the CM making way for Dan.

Why if we play physical opposition do we have to play a physical
side? If their strength is physicality surely we dont want to
play to their strengths? We should always play to our own
strengths regardless of who we play. Obviously take note of how
opposition play but don't set up our side to suit that. A good
passing side with good movement will unsettle physical teams
causing them to both get frustrated and give away fouls. Just my
opinion like.
