yesterdays game

surely its not just me who had a semi after yesterdays
performance ha thought someone would have put something up on
here by now lads. What did everyone think? i cant remember a
better game we have played tbh and against a team who are in the
prem we looked in control from the first to the last whistle so
everyone should be proud of that :). I dont think burns had much
to do all game which is a credit to our defence, clucker and ian
were solid and moo and sinky never let anything past them and
looked good going forward was just a mix up that led to there
goal so pointless thinking to much into it, midfield got through
plenty of graft and i think when zander came on he bossed it
playing just infront the defence. Johnnys performance stands out
for me though never stopped running and two great goals and a
cracking assist ;) ha. If we play anywhere near that standard
every week we are capable of beating any of the teams in our
league.

Well I gotta admit since I been here that had to be our best
performance. I also have to return favour n say Jacka did well
in midfield and I never thort pigs wud fly but two goals aswell
topped off good day for him. Hally did well wen he came on n
defence bosses everything apart from zinkys best effort on goal.
Lol well done lads!

Jonny was absolutely class yesterday and as a team we bossed
them. I think they shit themselves and underestimated us.
Don't think anyone mentioned it but Dan had his best game for a
while as well and it was a shame he came off but Zander was a
good replacement.
Jacka gets motm for me though, probably the best I've ever seen
him play in all the years I've known him.

A convincing win another class performance from jacka and ian.
Elvesys finish was a good en and so was jonnys but mine was
better. Hally was class when he came on and I thought he was the
catalyst that drove us on to go forward and put more past them
let's take this work rate and attacking mentality into the next
game and we just knack these

Ive never been so passionate about a game I didn't play in as I
was yesterday. Honestly we were excellent from back to front.
Johnny was outstanding as was Jakka (You already know this but I
think you look 10 times the player you did compared to last
season when you were chasing full backs(Let Johnny struggle with
that now!!!). I thought Elvsey grew in to the game (The Egg just
needs to tell his Mrs to make the dinner a bit later as this
lack of coming to the Mallard is doing nothing for us battering
him post game when he's not there) Dotty was causing them all
sorts of problems until he was butchered.
Its not that they were a bad side theve got 7 points in there
league so they must be alright. We were brilliant though and
with the likes of Grey, Paul, Macca and obviously myself missing
(plus the lads on the bench) we have a strong squad and I think
that the result Sunday proves we can beat anyone on our day.
Lets send out another statement on Sunday and get these beat 10+
we shouldn't be conceding against them either. Should be a good
chance for people like Matty to get some game time and back into
the swing of things after a while out.

absolutely class win like, best av seen us play just shows how
good we can be! jonny was my MOM and the 3 centre mids were
class aswell, but obviously every1 played well thats how we won
so easily. 5 across the middle defo works best for us!

I absolutely loved it me mind I was buzzing like turny on a sat
night all day after that!! We butchered them as well we were
better than them everywhere!!! Obviously jacka and johny were
our 2 stand out performers they were both tremendous :) pleased
for the jack Russell getting a few goals he deserved cos
normally all his hard doggered work goes unnoticed so well done
matey!!! Now let's win this league as well!!!!

It was a great game lads like Robson said,it was one of those
games that was realy enjoyable to watch.
Stand outs for me Jonny Bravo,Jacka and Moo, all played great.
Whos missing this sunday?
I know dotty will be out for a while with his ankle ligaments
done in and i think Zander said he was working.

Nowt that hasn't been said already but Jacka played the best
game I've ever seen from him. He did his job as normal but got
forward like a box to boxer and he's finally got some goals for
us!! Great team performance only marred by a fucking disgusting
tackle on dotty. Feel bad for him, I know how much ligament
damage hurts, and he was starting to dominate that side as well.
Against Hearts we should be scoring for fun but lets not get
cocky, 3 points is more important than trying to hard to score
loads and ending up with a humiliating draw or loss. Just play
our normal game and the goals will come.
Also quick mention for Ian cos I think we've missed him in
recent weeks and having him back has really solidified the back
line.
