Doesn't it feel good

First win of the season, not the prettiest game but as far as
hard graft and looking solid we were back at it last night
Great to see- well done lads
Half Moon on Sunday in the cup- I should be there thankfully
work has eased off
What do people think should be the starting XI - should we stick
with 433 or move to a 442,should we change a winning team?
Over to you
Also 1st round of the county cup has been drawn, we've got
Gateshead u21 at home could be a tricky one but definitely have
nothing to lose

I dont think we should change a winning team if poss, i think
against hard teams we should play the 433 with the 2 forwards
acting as wingers and against the teams dan belives we will beat
we should go 442 because it gives us a little extra up top. I
thought having turny on the side was good but people need to
make sure they dont hound him with their views of what should
happen, turny is now the assistant manager n he knows what he is
doing so people need to let him get on with it instead of trying
to influence his decision in order to try get themselves on the
pitch. He knows what hes doing and proved that yesterday

Fully deserved the win after the way we played. Defensively we
were excellent and it made a massive difference playing with
full-backs and wingers.
Thought Jonny was a bit isolated, especially in the second half,
but apart from that thought we were really good. Gray was
absolutely tremendous at the back and Jacka was quality in the
middle (even if he is a dirty bastard ;))
Andy there's really no need to have digs at people. Are me and
Robbo disappointed not to have played? aye we are and so we
should be, but at no point did we say to Turny "put us on before
anyone else" and you can even ask him that.

Think we defended well and never looked like conceding. I would
like to know who you think was trying to talk them selves on to
the pitch. I give my opionon regardless of whos on the side
line. I even said no subs sould be made.
I think 433 worked as it should 451 when defending and will be
433 when attacking. Will be easier against the poorer sides. As
long as the two forwards remember to defend then the formation
will work which it did last night.

thought everyone grafted there arses off last night and was a
well deserved 3 points for us, dont think people can be singled
out for individual praise because was a great team performance
with everyone putting 100% into the game. I agree that the
433/451 formation was working alot better for us and i wouldnt
change the starting 11 for sunday apart from bringing paul in
for eather me or clucker, clucker did well when he was on and i
was gash so i wont mind if its me whose dropped ha. Also since
people think it was a bad tackle i will say this once "sorry
lads" that doesnt happen often so hope people take note ;). As
for people trying to talk themselves into the team i think its a
little petty to bring that up andy mate, at some point or
another everyone on the team voices an opinion and i dont really
think its a case of people talking themselves onto the pitch
more a way of them trying to say how they would do things which
doesnt make any real difference because seeing as its only an
opinion it means nothing since only dan's and now turnys are the
only opinions which matter. Last night was a great result we all
grafted for so hopefully that hasnt put a downer on things
because that really was a stupid thing to bring up mate ;) haha

I was refering to the amount of people standing around him
saying, turny do this,turny do that. Hes assistant,just leave
him to do what he thinks. Some people who are not even part of
the team i was refering to aswell actually mate

like i said cant comment to much on this mate because i wasnt on
the side to hear any of it, but thought it was worth pointing
out after our first points and everyone on a high after last
night maybes that comment could have been left out of your
thoughts for sunday haha :)

How would you know jakka,you were on the pitch? so you couldnt
see it. Its people giving general opinions which is the problem
i am pointing out. Dan obviously thinks turny knows what hes
doing thats why hes give him a job to do... no offence robson
but if dan wanted your opinion then he would have gave the job
to you.
When i have to walk away from it and warm up because it was
becoming quite embarresing people crowding round turny then i
wouldnt say its petty. But i am saying it for the benefit of the
team as turny needs to make his own decisions and not be
influenced by people opinions...but if people want to try and
influence him and jepordise team performance,crack on.
Its something needed pointing out in my opinion and thats why i
said it. If the moths wanna gang up and stick stand by what
their mates say and have a gan at iz,bring it on lol
Im sure turny will be aware of what im talking about.

Aye im not putting a downer on things mate. I just think we
should let turny do his job becuase he did well last night by
himself. He knows what hes doing

This is what im trying to point out. If you saying no subs
should have been made was taking into account then Leon wouldnt
have been brought on and he wouldnt have got an assist for dans
goal......point im trying to make proven......... Well done for
not being influenced turny
