Im not going to argue with people, i know im doing well in
training and games and thats all i can do, so ill let other
people have a twist at each other lol, on another note the
fixtures up on website n looks like our fitst game is 12thaugust
away to wingate grange.

in one way or another this has been a problem wit some people
over past couple seasons and unless people change for
themselves, it only effects you cos basically lads who dont work
hard wont get in the team. now as a team compeitions rife this
season so there is no guarenteed 1st teamers and lads who got
first team week in week out last week (thur merit) have to step
it up or may find themselves not in the team as much this year.
with regards to training ive been told a big improvement was
made over last two seasons in terms of attitude bt work effort
again poor, whenever i train i want to give my all for me
otherwise wats the points, so y cant every1 else try there best
whether or not im there, again it all stems down to how hard you
work the better chance of football there is. if you give 100%
uve got one foot in the door cos thats wat i love to see, then
if you can give good ability with that uve got a good chance of
playing, sometimes you see lads graft their arses off and play
well, then nexst time we play lazy and cba. it needs be
consistant and at least put it in, everyone has off days but if
you give your all you get known for your workrate and thats goes
a long way.
we have 1 week to get our fingers out ready for start of season
and once the games start you only have training to impress if
your not in the team, just a heads up lads bcos i want you all
do best you can, for urself and the team, if we wana win trophys
and progress as a team, we have the quality to do great things,
but its all about hard work, conisistancy and teamwork.

i should hope its not a rant at me you hairy bastard haha i know
i am a twisty little cunt but your rite thats exactley why i get
pissed off, i know i am probably in the bottom 5 of actual
footballers on the team i dont pride myself on passing or
shooting but i give the drills as good a go as i can and i
always try to put 100% in and thats what gets to me when i see
better players not putting it in when they are the ones who
could be changing games for us, i will run about like a headless
chicken all day trying to put a tackle in because thats what i
bring to the team but again its not individuals i want to focus
on its the whole team and working together to get the best
results from training and then take that into games. We showed
the 1st half of last season what we can do and how well we work
together so it needs to be brought back to that standard and
then taking up another level to get us challenging amongst the
other leagues. Andy nobody wants u to argue but its that selfish
attitude i am on about, i will agree mate u have looked decent
in training everyone has said u have so well done for that, but
your missing the point we are making it isnt people having a
twist at each other its people pointing out it isnt good enough
a few players just saying oh well i am doing well it doesnt
matter about the rest, if the team doesnt work together and we
all dont put the graft in then we will struggle and thats not
what we want in our 3rd season.

Na im agreeing with you mate, it pissing me off aswell wen
people arent putting it in and getting in the team, bt hopefully
wen the season starts that wnt b the case n it will b the wake
up call a few need. I put myself in the same view as u, i dnt
have loads of ability bt i work my arse off and as robson says
its frustrating wen they will all start coming out the woodwork
4 games, its a piss take lol i agree bt i do think dan knows the
crack and it wont b like that when the season starts.i cnt
imagine he will put up with attitudes on the pitch either and
people not getting behind the team which o think is a problem
witha few players :) bt i agree with ya jacka mate

good lad andy glad u agree ;) ha but im done twisting now had my
dinner and calmed down from earlier lol hopefully the points
that needed to be made have been and people take note that its
all of us and not just a handful who need to be putting it in on
a weekly basis.
P.S dan what about those of us who dont have good ability :(

Fuck me an early start and 4 pints on a Sunday afternoon makes

I still think what I said was right but would have put a few
