well lads good result today a gud team result and looking a lot
better, people steping it up also which is gud as there is lots
of competition so no places are guarenteed. hopefully get
another gud team performance next game to take us into the
season looking and feeling confident ;D

normally robbo or someone starts a topic about the game so are
we meant to reply to this one ha. couldnt agree more though
thought the game yday was another step in the right direction, a
couple of sloppy mistakes could have cost us but better to get
them out the way pre-season and be fresh and ready to go come
the start of the season. Dont think anybody had a bad game
yesterday and i definatly think 352 is working for us so far,
plenty of options to change it around aswell like we showed
yesterday when they went 3 up top. Really impressed with paul
mac looking back to his best last couple of games, thought
everyone who came on did well, was the best i have seen kev play
for us, again plenty of graft from the front with johnny up
there, sinky looked as good as ever and clucker looked much more
confident yesterday which is always good. Tills and robbo did
well when they came on thought tills had grabbed a goal and
robbo is doing brilliant with the weight loss so keep it up bud.
Thats as much arse licking as im doing or il have zander on my
case haha well done lads well deserved and much needed result
for confidence yesterday :)

I agree with Jacka,i think 352 seems to be working really well
for us at the min and in an emergency it can always be switched
to 442. Passing is really something which has improved massively
within our team (apart from hally because he doesnt quite
understand passing,jacka can tell you that after he was standing
infront of an open goal yesterday lol) But our general passing
and movement looked spot on yesterday. We were unlucky yesterday
with the offisides on occasion and jonny wasnt offside for his
goal, so he was unlucky there. But that could happen at any
point this season and ya need to time those runs to perfection
so that the ref has no doubt in his mind about you being onside.
Dan was unlucky not to grab a goal a couple of times yesterday
and one was a good save from the corner. I thought sinky was
excellent yesterday aswell and some of the crossing he was
swinging into the back post were pin point and he will get a few
assists if people can get on the end of those this season.
Anyway i think we look alright going into the season and hope we
can get off to a good start with a couple of good wins in the
league, Dan says the first 2 weeks we have Sun tue then Sun tue
games,so i would imagine there will be plenty of rotation and
opertunity for people to show what they have to give for the
season aswell.

Andy. Andy. Andy... to be fair mate anyone that was in that
position really would have tried their luck aswell, and for
passing pffft stats dont lie mate assists means im the last
person to pass the ball before we score remind me how many you
got again? ha so put that in your memory bank while you fuck off

I agree yesterday we make it a little hard for ourself, maybe
the wind? but I thought once we got the game into a winning
situation we always looked comtable i remember our back line
just been on the half way line for a while and I think burnsey
will back me up and say he didnt really have a lot to do in the
second half.. from what I have seen I agree with this 352
formation, everyone grafted their arses off for eachother and
its starting to show keep up the good work lad..
stand out preformance is either jacka / paul.. paul looks back
to his best with 2 goals which he always seemed to be missing,
and jacka covered every bit of grass and didnt shy out of any
tackels :)

Thought we made it harder than it should've been. We looked a
bit all voer the place for the first 15-20 minutes.
Once we got into it we never looked in much danger, especially
in the 2nd half and to be fair we should've had a few more goals
than we did.
Was good to see Jacka getting near a full game again and Paul's
getting that bit better with each game. Sinky was man of the
match for me though, some of balls he put into the box were
unreal.

Typical I miss the game and sounds like every centre mid who
played had a decent game. ha ha
Well done though lads good result - hopefully build on it into
the start of the season
