I was thinking of their ability to hold the ball up, it would be
like having paul scholes and pirlo in there! And tgats not
because they both have similar hairstyles! Lol

If this weather keeps up it might not even be on yet
I agree with the opinion on mixing things up, pre season is
about fitness and playing yourself into form ready for the
season, so I don't see anything wrong with experimenting, within
reason of course
Shotton are a very good side who can keep the ball for fun, so
the key is to win the battle in the midfield - So I would go
with 4-5-1
Burnsy
Anth M Zander Lee Sinky
Moo Moo
Kev Dan Robson Hally
Tilla/Andy
Only ?? in my head is up top Tilla will hold the ball up and
Andy will offer an option over the top
Sorry if I've forgotten anybody glaringly obvious
Good game to dust off the cobwebs, nothing to lose, 110%
Sorry I'll not be there , fingers crossed I'll get a positive
outcome on Monday from Drs and can be back soon

if i am being honest i had tills and robbo in the middle
together to start with but then swapped it to put dan in there
mainly because he has played there plenty of times before so
will keep robbo in check, and if theres no macca its easy enough
to drop anth martin back into his place and then bring andy onto
the pitch on the right, so no bubble burst robbo ;) ha

Its a shame Jakka isn't fit as I thought he played better in
training than Iv'e ever seen him play before! Hurry back mate!!!

If these are as gud as people say, I wud play dan up top with 2
players just off him. Flat back 4 n 3 centre mids. Id play Andy
r as long as the game is not 2 touch ha. I cant really say where
ppl shud go cz I dont no where everyone plays exactly.

I didnt kiss u on sunday night and its not happening now robbo
;) haha but cheers mate ive felt good since i came back i could
get used to this not being tackled style off training ha and i
like the sounds of mini fillets team aswell, these are a good
team though so just the 3 in the middle would need alot of help
from the two dropping off dan because last time we played these
they passed the ball around so easily there will need to be
plenty of closing down on sunday
