Sunday could actually work in our favour
Shotton will under estimate us in the final and if we play at
full pelt to he best we can we will cause an upset, I know
everybody will be disappointed to have lost but given the
circumstances it sounds like we put in a good shift
Everybody is right about this Sunday, great chance to build
momentum
Eleven games left this season including the final, let's go on a
run and see how high we can finish in the league and get
ourselves a nice piece of shiny silverware for Gibsons
mantelpiece

I dont think they will underestimate us they were a good team.
However on our day we could beat them. They had no world beaters
but a team full of players who were comfatable on the ball and
not frightened to go long when needed. However in the last 30
min we were camped in there half.
Were certainly capable of beating them but think we will still
need 5 in the middle. Its a big pitch and this is where the game
will be won.

I defo disagree, there 2 good at the back to have one person up
top by themselves. Its very hard when ur up there by yourself
and it just doesn't stick. They aren't that good in the middle
that we need to swamp them

Personally I would always have 4-5-1 as a default starting
formation as it doesnt take much to change it to 4-4-2 etc if
need be
Maybe underestimate was the wrong choice of word. I think that
we know we can play better and the fact we weren't at our best
will work in our favour in the final. As it is a big pitch we
need to get back to doing what we were at the beginning of the
season, move the ball around on the floor, make space and attack
down the wings getting numbers in the box as often as possible

Its not about weather there good in there or not. Its about
restricting them playing which they certainly could have with
more space. I think 3 in the middle with Dan up top and plenty
of support from the wings from Dotty/Leon/Hally or whoever
plays. (I think Tilla had a decent enough game up there and if
had to do it again it wouldnt be a problem like just needed a
bit more support which Ill admit was difficult)
I hate to say it as Im only massageing (spelling???) his ego but
think we missed Jakka as well as Paul as Jakka lets knowone
rest.
Like I say there certainly beatable and we showed we could
compete on Sunday.

I thought their centre halfs were poor - neither of them could
judge a ball in the air but no one was gambling on it.
Thought they were good in the middle but because we had the 3 in
there it stopped them playing as much as they could have.

There wasn't anything to gamble on! We had 1 or 2 clear cut
chances in the whole game

I think dan up top changes things completely he scores goals and
if he's up there with another, they can feed off him because he
wins 90 percent of balls, when ur up there by urself u have to
either to to win the header or gamble on the defender missing
it,which they didn't on sunday,at all
