Trainer of the Week and Starting 11 for Sunday
By: jacka Date: February 23, 2012, 5:56 am
---------------------------------------------------------
may aswell carry on burnsys topic of last week with the trainer
of the week and add the starting 11 onto it seeing as people
will have an idea of who did what last night. firstly i would
say dotty or anth for my trainer of the week dotty looked
comfortable on the ball and went past people with ease and anth
was solid and took one for the team in the process, also think
hally ludo and ben were really good, that ben lad impressed with
alot of the runs he was making really made my black jesus
comment seem justified ha. Oh and robbo swam like a pro so well
done for that mate :). For my starting 11 this week taking into
consideration the team we are playing and who has done what in
training i would go for a 4-4-2 formation putting
Burns
Jimbob Ian Zander Sinky/Anth
Dotty Paul Gray Hally
Dan Kev
burns speaks for itself
Jimbob again 1st choice rb for me
Ian/Zander 1st choice cbs at the minute they work well together
Sinky or anth dont know if anths in any state to play after
matty took his nose off last night ha sinky deserves another
shot at lb because he can really make the position his own
Dotty looked back to his best in training
Paul with a place in the final at stake i am sure he will be at
his best and on previous occasions he has walked through this
team so hopefully more of the same sunday
Gray his own biggest critic so i am sure after a small dip in
form he will bring his best on sunday and wouldnt be shocked to
see a goal from him to help us into that final
Hally couple of weeks out of the starting 11 but looked good in
training last night and on his day he can pick chilla celtic
apart
Dan need him up top scoring goals, last week he had to drop alot
deeper than he would of liked so hopefully this game will be
different for him
Kev got the pace to trouble teams and in recent games has looked
sharp just unlucky not to have scored when he has played but
goals will come with games
just my opinions and im injured anyway so none of u care haha i
think macca and matty should get a run out against these aswell
at some point because maccas running will have them worried and
mattys skill on the ball can cause some real problems. Cyas
sunday lads

........Burnsey..........
JimBob/Ian/Zander/Macca
Dotty/Grey/Dan/Anth
.............Me.............
...........Hally..............
Burns- if he's fit
JimBob-Mr Dependable
Ian/Zander- even though we've been conceding I don't think its
either of these two's fault
Macca- If fit he has to play and I think he plays well at full
back
Dotty-I thought played well last week
Grey- hopefully back to himself this week
Dan- It might be a visious rumour but I though Paul was missing
this week. Dan in here to add some bite that's been missing of
late
Anth- again adds a bit of bite and never stops running
Me- Want to fight for stuff thought me and Hally did well last
time we played together
Hally- been left out for a couple and knowone else has produced
in his place.
Tilla did well for the 15 min he was out and would have put him
in but don't know if his old knees are up to it yet!!!'
Everyone else doz and all that
Hally-

for me the players who stood out wed nite was ludo and ben, duno
what the score is with ben whether he's goin to sign for us or
not, but he shows a a great attacking mind looking for space and
runs which could be a great asset for us, and ludos finishing
spoke for itself unbelievable tekkers from our international
signing lol.
would also like to say a word for my nose which got splattered
across my face.... think it might be black armbands sunday in
memory of it hahaha
as for my team for sunday:
burnsey
jimbob zander ian me
grey
dotty paul mc leon
macca
danny g
if robbo's right in saying paul mc isn't available for selection
id stick macca in the mid and have hally supporting gibbo.
but the decision is in dans hands
lets go enjoy our football and grab a win.
I know its the semis but lets just concentrate on our football,
keeping it simple pass and move and also tracking your men. as
this let us down last week.
peace out homeys ( and moths )
so deep xxx

never ever put a team up cos i hate it like the "me" shit

in the middle with 3 centre mids!

Aye I agree with leon like.I think its becoming a bit tasteless
now with people picking themselves to be in the team when the
squad is so big and everyone doing well in training. Bt I think
macca should slot straight into centre mid to replace paul mac
if he's only gunna be there for the first half I dnt think we
should set out with the intention of only playing someone for 1
half.

It's just a bit crack man. How many people have put teams up and
then that team been picked. It's just people's opinions and
people can have there say. I put me in everyweek as if I didn't
what's the point of turning up on a Sunday. How many times have
I started?!?! I speak my mind anyway but people find it easier
to say on here. For example when Dan andacca arnt at training
it's a way for them to see who did alright. If 5 or 6 players
say someone's done well in training then they can see that.
It's all a bit crack so you two put your tampons back in.
PS Ludo was sick at training!!!!!!!!!!
