They wanted it more, simple as. Zander's spot on as well, the
talking, or lack of it, was shite.
I thought it was a game where we really missed Jacka as well.
They seemed to get more time on the ball in the middle, no
disrespect to the lads who were playing there. Dan was totally
isolated up top and kept having to drop too deep to get
involved.
We showed we can pass it well at times and the back four did
well. Ian and Zander were really good.
Not sure a massive overhaul is needed like, I think we just need
to step it up a bit more.

as much as it pains me to say it i agree with zander ha which
isnt something that u see very often but he hit the nail on the
head really with what he has said, people werent getting stuck
in when there was a tackle to be won, alot of the game was spent
with them being first to every ball and the fight that we have
in the team was missing at times, overall performance wasnt the
worst of the season though like leon mentioned and on another
day some of the chances we had would have found the net, dan ran
around trying to lead by example and for a change got no
complaints from people when they said he got mom so that shows
he put a shift in, thats not to say others didnt but at times it
looked like he was covering in the midfield a little to much,
thats not to take anything away from the lads in there but when
u have three attacking players playing it looked like alot of
the game paul was left alone in there while gray and dotty were
caught forward but dont want to point fingers at dotty because
he did well considering it was a new position for him and it is
a hard place to play and as for gray me and paul have said
already this year he is more of a striker anyway ha wouldnt
think much is change in the team is needed though i just think
people need to get back into the winning mentality and start
grafting like we were when we won games the ugly way if we
needed to, also i agree with paul though i think if a set
formation and as close to a regular starting 11 can be sorted
for a couple of games it might benifit the team but with so many
people fighting for places and putting in performances in
training that would be difficult and i wouldnt like the job of
deciding the team ha anyways im not even fit to be playing so
nobody cares about my opinion so rant over :D haha

Think most people have hit the nail on the head. Were certainly
missing a bit of heart. We've had the same team with one or two
changes since x mas so don't really get the don't think it needs
a shake up comments. Easy for me to say when I'm not in the team
like. I don't even think a big shake up would work but certainly
think the game after that there will be a bit more hunger about
us. This weekend maybe isn't the week to try it with it being
the cup but certainly think a shake up in a league game would
instill some hunger. A full squad would also be nice if Lee,
Macca and Jakka were available we would certainly have a few
more options and think some of the complacency would disappear.
There are some positives like. We wern't brilliant as a team but
Burnsey made some great saves Zander and Ian were pretty good
considering there bombardment and I thought Dotty and Dan played
pretty well.
Anyway enough biatching see you Wed hot dogs xx

I agree with Dan for man of the match.
Thought he seemed back to his best and really feel that he needs
to perform if we are to get back up the league.
There did seem a lack of energy in the team but I don't think
its a question of desire as in all of the last few matches we
have been pushing pretty hard for equalisers.
with regards to not talking enough on the pitch I 've not been
happy with my performance so have been quieter than usual
however I am going to get some extra training in from now on as
I'm deperate to win with this team and I'm looking forward to
getting my moaning back up to its usual standards.
love ya
Mr Murden
