after last weeks performances i wouldnt change to much to be
honest because although the game ended 2-1 that was down to some
poor finishing on the day and on another day it could of been
close to double figures, we looked comfortable throughout and
the only scare they gave us was at the end when burnsey bailed
us out. With that said i would stick with 4-4-2 again but this
will be a tougher game than last week so dan might change it and
go for a 4-5-1 with macca slotting in with paul and gray if he
is fit, if not though i would go with the 4-4-2 making it

Jimbob Ian Zander Sinky
Dotty Paul Gray Hally
Dan
Kev
Burnsey - reminded us all what he can do at the end last week
Jimbob - looked at his best last week and never looked in any
trouble
Ian/Zander - again both looked comfortable last week but will
need to keep it up this week against much tougher oposition
Sinky - looked out of place on the wing if im being honest and i
think it showed, much better at lb and would do a good job
against a team like this
Dotty - we need to start getting him on the ball more, last week
there was glimpses of what he can do when he gets the ball at
his feet but we need to start using him more and get him linking
up with jombob again
Paul - MOM last week on here and deserved it best game of the
season for me
Gray - another goal to cap of a good display last week will need
him to be vocal on sunday and both him and paul will need to get
stuck in to plenty of tackles
Hally - a better player all round when he is on the wing for me
and most assists speaks for itself, also if sinky is behind him
they have played together for years so that will benifit the
team alot
Dan - i would have him up top because his goals speak for
themselves and the fact no defence likes to get near him always
is a bonus to the team but i would have him sit abit deeper than
normal so he can help out paul and gray if the midfield gets
packed and they need a hand
Kev - showed a couple of times in the time we was on last week
just what he can do and was really unlucky not to have a goal to
show for it, think he was wasted a little when he got put out
wide and his pace could really cause them a threat on sunday
just my thoughts and they count for nothing come sunday ha have
to mention that matty could be forcing his way into the team
aswell because he can create goals for the team which showed
when he came on last week and would of had an assist if not for
grays finish ha
good luck sunday lads another 3 points for the taking so lets
make sure we put the performance in to get them :)

Well im not there for a couple of weeks now so i can afford to
be controversial lol ;D
I thought a few people under performed last week compare to what
they normally do and with people on the sideline raring to go
maybe people on the pitch are getting a little too comftable and
it may be in the intrest of the team to shake things up a
bit,not loads,just a bit ;) so i would go for:

Dotty Grey Paul Anth
Daniel Kevin

I'm hoping to be ok for Sunday as been laid up in bed ill until
today
Based on form, ability and availability I would go for
Burnsy
Jimbob. Ian Zander Sincy
Dotty Gray Me Hally
Dan Kev
Sunday we got the win but a few people were showing the effects
of a heavy Saturday night, early night this week lads and we can
put in a performance that reflects our ability more than last
time we played these.
I remember these being a physical team who were good going
forward but not great or particularly quick at the back so if we
start fast and get stuck in get the ball behind using the wings
we can cause them problems. We are solid at the back so should
be confident of keeping them out.
On a related note the fixture list for the month ahead has been
updated on the league website and there are a few changes
5/2 Wingate Grange a
12/2 Peterlee Central h
19/2 Old Shotton Royal George a
26/2 Peterlee Chilla h (Cup Semi)
11/3 Old Shotton Royal George a (Cup Semi)
Massive month lads could really make our season

We wern't brilliant Sunday and haven't been at our best since x
mas. Would like to see a shake up an I know there's a couple
missing.

Burns-Pulled off some great saves in training tonight
JimBob-Best full back full stop
Zander/Ian-Even though were conceding think these two have still
been pretty solid
Macca-If fit should play
Dotty-hopefully will be a bit more sober this week
Paul-MoM last week keep it up. If your not diesesed!!!
Dan-Greys got the lurgy and not sure if he will shake it or even
feel fit Sunday if he does obviously should play but I think Dan
is a better CM than forward he just scores too many goals. These
will be physical so will need him in there.
Matty- Played well in training tonight again as long as you want
the ball plenty mate
Me-Pysical game so I want to be involved. Didn't really think
through my don't give the ball away comment last week maybe I
streched the truth.
Kev- Looked good in training tonight till he twinged his hammy.
Agai as long as you want the ball you look good.
The people I've left out all could play. Hally scored everything
he hit in training tonight but wasnt his best game last week.
Sinky was again full of enery and will probably start Sunday
anyhow. Think everyone else is just about missing. Anth was
unlucky to loose his place in the first place. With Grey, Paul
and Jakka all potentially missing it could be an interesting
week. I'm sure whoever plays will do the job!!!

Even though were conceding? Bloody hell robbo. We aren't
magicians! And its a team game isn't it?... Ya cruising for a
bruising yay lad ;)
Am not putting a team on this week cas its the same every week
almost haha. Cyas sunday lads.

well i hope i am not just starting something on here and look
like im having a bitch now that im a bitter cripple haha but
robbo what are u thinking mate lol dan is a better cm that he is
up top, really? ha he has about 25 goals so far this season,
there isnt a defender in our league who looks forward to playing
against him and well i dont think there needs to be another and
ha the 25 goals are enough to convince me he is the player we
need up top, not just saying it because if he goes cm he will
take my place in there when im fit because i will just snap him
and get back in the team that way ;) haha. I can throw hally
into this rant aswell and say he is on 13 assists so how he
doesnt get a place in some peoples teams is beyond me, anyway
sorry if i have offended because i know this is all just peoples
opinions so i shouldnt really say out but it must be being stuck
in the house all the time getting to me ha rant over and still
love ya anyways robbo :D x

I hear what your saying Jakka and agree that he is a great CF
and should always play there when we have a full squad but he
isnt just about goals or creating. If theres a scrap in the
midfield for 90 min who would you want in the middle? I think as
an all round player Dan is a better CM than a CF. Thats not
saying he's a bad CF I just think he could be an excellent CM as
his energy + defensive presence often dont get used. Fortunately
we have a strong midfield so Dan isnt needed in there. Can you
see what I'm getting at?
The reason I left Hally out was that he hasnt had the greatest
couple of weeks that doesn't mean I think he's a bad player. He
also has lots of assists but its only my opinion and it counts
for nothing. If the pack doesnt get shuffled when we have a poor
game whats the point in having any more than 11 players? You
could argue that Anth since X mas has done nothing wrong and
missed no training and was even voted MOM on here. However was
left out last week? Is there a diffrence? Yes there are no
"stats" to back up that Anth played well. (sorry lads just using
you two as examples)
Whats with the personl attack like Jakka get out of the house
lol!!!
Reading that back it makes sense to me but might not make sense
to anyone else.

I have to agree with robson about hally like jacka,there's no
one saying he isn't a good player and his stats speak for
themselves but as robbo said,he hasn't had the best couple of
weeks and if we don't mix it up then there's no point in having
a squad,anth has been excellent give him a chance and we know he
will do well because he always gives his all,then its up to
other people to up there game and get back in the team. Pick the
inform players has always been out team rule and that's why
people stay happy because they know they will always get a
chance to play if they show it in training and take
chances,that's the beauty of the way dan picks the team and ya
don't find that at other clubs x
