Who starts you decide!!!!!!!!!!

Seems like it's that time of the week again. We have all had
time to reflect on Sunday's result and now that training is
behind us, what do you think should be the starting XI and
formation for Sunday against Easington Miners Hall?????

i wasnt at training last night so cant say who did well or not
there but based on what i have seen in recent weeks and
performances in games and stuff i would go 4-4-2
Burnsey
Jimbob Ian Zander Sinky
Dotty Paul Gray Hally
Dan G Kev
Burns - best keeper ive seen at our level
Jimbob - been a cracking signing cant be blamed for last weeks
goal was a fluke and has been so consistant in every game be
difficult to see him lose his place
Ian/Zander - solid at the back together best partnership at the
back i have seen at the club
Sinky - cracking debut last week in a difficult game to be put
into, hopefully given another chance this week and see more from
him
Dotty - links up with jimbob brilliantly always looks a threat
and like others have said before probably the most skillfull
player on the ball we have
Paul - looking like a different player recently putting himself
about and getting stuck in when needed, can pick a pass out
better than most and last week he scored so hopefully that will
continue
Gray - since being made captain he has been one of the stand out
players lead by example week after week, think he might struggle
for a goal this week though since he wont be able to score my
rebounds like last two games haha ;)
Hally - work rate stands out this season has been a great
improvement, leading on assists as far as i know so that speaks
for itself in terms of what he is bringing to the team this year
Dan G - scoring for fun this season and other teams never want
anything to do with him which lets him have more space to get
involved in the game which is benifiting everyone around him
Kev - could of been andy, robbo or rossi up here but i went for
kev because he has the pace to trouble any defence in our league
and i have seen good things from him and dan up top together,
looking at the end of last season they had a run of games
together and there was plenty of goals and assists between them
so could be a good option for dan
like i mentioned there even just up top there could be 4 or 5
people fighting for a place so the likes of leon matty macca and
others could all easily find themselves in the team come sunday,
besides its just my opinion and im a cripple now so who cares
haha. But lets get back to winning ways on sunday lads :D set us
up nicely going into the couple of games get confidence high so
we make it to a couple of finals aswell, so i can come back and
snap gray and take his place for the final ;) ha cyas sunday

We did alright last week but never really played the football we
could and other than the goals we didnt really test there keeper
(neither were keepers they were just helping out) I would shake
it up a bit.

Burns- Dont think anything could knock Burnsys confidence
unlucky last week these things happen
JimBob- Best full back in the squad and playing well.
Ian/Zander- Good partnership I thought played well last week
against a physicall side
Leon- Ive said this before I think he was unlucky to loose his
place as was playing well before Christmas. Was a tough decision
between him and Anth as Anth has been playiing well. Though
Sinky did alright last week and was nice to see a left back
playing at left back but still think Leon is capable of doing
the buissness there.
Dotty- I left him out of my squad last week who knows why!!!
Creates lots always wants the ball and links well with JimBob
Macca-For me if fit got to be in the team. With Jakka missing we
will need his energy
Paul-Playing well at the min but obviously missing in training
so only gets one chance to impress playing well.
Grey- I think has had a quiet (for him) couple of weeks and
still managed to score a couple. Just before Christmas I though
he was flying giving all action displays. Still think your
playing well but before x mas you were brilliant (too many mince
pies!!!!)
Dan- A problem for whoever we play against.
Me- If I dont put myself in who will. Want to play always want
the ball (although I dont always keep it in training I rarely
give it away in games. Still a fatty though!!!!)
The lads Ive left out especially Hally (who really should go
where I am) and Anth (been playing really well on a Sunday) are
all chomping at the bit. Matty has been really patient and
theres no doubt has ability when he gets the ball deserves a bit
of a run I think. All the others sorry...blah blah blah......

For me 4-4-2 against these is the way to go.
Burns
Jimbob Zander Ian Sinky
Dotty Paul Gray Hally
Gibbo Kev
Burns - speaks for itself, he's our only keeper who turns up ;)
haha nah, he's brilliant and always vocally encouraging.
Jimbob - best right back we have and a minor slip up last week
doesn't make any difference he's one of our most consistent
performers
Zander and Ian - Our best central defensive partnership
Sinky - Played well in his debut and was perhaps a little
unlucky to get subbed.
Dotty - technically on the ball is out best player, his close
control is disgustingly good and can unlock defences himself,
and link up with jimbob is key.
Paul - even withthe insides of his right boot remaining
relatively clean, he can spot passes a lot of the time that
other's don't. Super effective when he keeps it simple. Also
work rate has shot through the roof, wants to be Vieira.
Gray - Captain Marvel. Has everything to his game even with old
withering legs.
Hally - Work rate again is high and always likely to pop up with
a goal or an assist. Plus him and sinky have a partnership that
I know works well.
Dan - speaks for itself, he's our most potent goal threat.
Kev - Hasn't been in the team for a while, has been scoring in
training pretty regularly, and with the right passes and
application, him and Dan could be lethal against a team like
this.
Apologies to people who were left out, but not everyone can
play. Love you all, even though i'm a moth.

Burnsy - As others have said, he's the best in the league. No
need to explain.
Jimbob - Rock solid and reliable. Good going forward and links
up with Dotty.
Ian/Zander - Both been solid all season. Play well together and
keep the back 4 organised.
Sinky - Played really well last week for his first game and was
unlucky to come off.
Dotty- Our best player technically for me. Was a bit quiet last
week but didn't really get much of the ball.
Paul - Quality on the ball on his day and his workrate recently
has been class.
Gray - Even when he's not at his best he pops up with goals.
Vital to the team.
Hally - I think he's better out wide and him and Sinky have
played together for years and link up well.
Dan - Goals speak for themselves and no one can touch him when
he gets the right service.
Me - I feel like a proper knob picking myself but I'm desperate
to play.
People I've left out - sorry. Feel harsh leaving Matty, Anth and
Leon out. Anth's played well recently and Matty and Leon have
looked better in training, especially last night. Sorry boys.
Aw aye and Macca, but I dunno if he's 100% yet.

Oh and Robbo, Ross and Andy...you all play in my position so
fuck off :p haha.
Nah man, competition is quality and anyone could get a place in
the team.
