prime example for me about this would be I literally just come
on the pitch, we got a throw in and the ball was coming to me,
before it got here there was 3 players around me, grey shouted
at me and said i needed to be better :S i just took it on the
chin and got on with it but other people might have just gone in
a huff and told the daft old cunt to piss off! lol
personally standing on the sideline I could see that we where
awsome in the first half and they didnt seem to have much of the
ball and to come away dissopointed that we didnt get a win from
a team that we all said was probebly the best in the legaue to
date just shows how much the team has come on ( last year we
were getting beat by the likes of the shoes )
Like paul stated we are in 2 semis and 4th in the league, lets
get back to winning way on sunday eh?
PS. I love you all apart from robson hes a twat!

normally i would stay out the way of any kind of conflict seeing
as i am one of the more shy and quiet members of the squad :) ha
but having read through all of this all i can say on the matter
is quit the bitching lads haha. Like people have said last year
we lost games against the shoes and teams like that so coming
into this season we have already achieved more at this point
than anyone could have expected, two semi finals and a top 4
finish are still in our hands so we need to keep playing the
football that we know we can play and keep getting the results
that have filled us with the belief that has taken us to the
position we sit in at the minute, if we are looking for reasons
why there is more people shouting at each other on the pitch
then look no further than what i have just said, last year we
couldnt beat the shoes and this year we are one of the teams to
beat when go into games so that tells u all that u need to know.
We have gone up a level in terms of how we play so the winning
menatlity and fighting spirit goes up a level aswell, how could
it not when we are getting into a winning habbit. But like
people have said its not nasty or aimed at people in a malicious
manner, it isnt like last year we didnt shout at each other we
still did the only difference was we lost the games so nobody
cared, but now we are winning games so each bit of critisism is
put under a spotlight and people are taking it to heart which i
dont understand, i get more grief from zander throughout a game
then i do of anybody else in a whole year and it just goes in
one ear and out the other because like i have said it isnt to be
nasty it is to help during the game which u wouldnt think at
times but using your head u see it is and that applies to us all
like paul said if we shout at each other it can get lost in the
heat of the moment but we are all grown ups and we all know its
nothing personal so lets just all get back to loves and hugs
come sunday ha :) and i will say what others have aswell and
that is an apology if anything i have said has upset any of the
more delicate members of the team haha
P.S i know it will be ever so hard without me lads ;) but i
believe in you all and i will be there to cheer u on (shout at
people) from the sidelines haha

ian no disrespect but if this was aimed at you i would have
called this -- IAN MC READ THIS !!!!
or i would have pulled you up in the game and told you there
and then, but it isnt, that was just an easy example to explain
about where people could understand what i meant exactly so dont
think that the whole write up was based on your recomendation
for my dessision making at that time and point in the game,
because it wasnt.
it was mainly because of the reactions towards anth and jimbob
after there errors, although anth wasnt really an error he was
out strengthed and jim bobs the ball blew away before he got to
put full power into it, besides isnt that jimbobs and anths
first mistakes ?
plus it might make people look back and think maybe they could
be a bit more helpfull at bringing confidence into the players
during play.

When people shout at each other in a match, it's only because
we all want to win.
Everyone reacts different to it but I'm pretty sure when people
do it, they mean it in a good way. Zander and Paul had a lovers
tiff on Sunday but I know it'll be cos they were both
frustrated. Nowt wrong with that.
Overall I think the morale is good and better than any team I've
played in.
We're having a good season and we're in a good position so let's
forget about Sunday and keep it going.

A love how much of a mention a get, yas are all fare too kind!
Especially matty mothcalf who a will be calling a moth every 5
mins for the rest of me life! Don't mean a hate the lad. Just a
moth!!! Same with paul, me nd him are at it constant. Passion
comes out in different ways. Feck me a hate getting beat. Were
all human and it happens. Grow a pair of balls nd pull ya plenk.

Exactly burns, and although he did make a mistake, Jimbob's been
one of our most consistent players, everyone is allowed an error
here and there. Also i'm also pretty sure he knows he made one
and won't let it affect him at all.
Let's just take all this angst out on Sunday and concentrate on
winning. :)
