Display of 2011 ....

Who has had the best display in a game so far this season ?
It can be anything from a superb hatrick, a one off wondergoal,
super stop, took one for the team (kicked to shit), or a
defender whos played out of their skin,
so if you can all pick 1 player , and the reason why and game it
was in then we can have a poll up on before thursday night with
the selected candidates,
Even dan and macca can enter this one,,,

Can we not do last season I was better then :'(
My vote goes for Burnsy, cant remember exactly what team it was
but the one where they just kicked the shit out of you all game-
You just took it and got back up and saved everything they threw
at you. You don't have to be mental to be a goalkeeper but
surely even Burnsy must question his own sanity when he puts his
head amongst all the swinging boots.

There's been a few excellent individual performances so far this
season. Dotty v Ashdown, Matty v Easington Miners (that CROSS
;)), Jacka v Times, Hally and Paul v Ashdown. There's been a
good few more (Any game Dan got hattricks in).
Hard to pick one, but Burnsy in the Half Moon game is the one
that really stands out for me. Got absolutely kicked to fuck off
that fat prick and still kept going.

Was gonna say grays volley against dryburn but jimbobs freekick
against fc easington was in a different league to that - best
mallard goal to date

hard one to pick this mind burns haha like people have said
plenty of individual performances that havent gone un-noticed
this year with dotty and paul standing out in games dan hitting
hatricks along with hally, grey hitting a great run of form,
burnsey being on top form week in week out, zander having played
brilliantly everytime he has been there along with ian and
jimbob shining and making themselves regulars even as the new
signings. the games where we have stood out have to be the
obvious ones against ashdown with a 10-2 scoreline it just makes
sense ha but for individual stand out i have to go for jimbob
against the shoes, he had put in some cracking performances
before hand but i think that was the game everyone took note and
agreed he had the rb position to lose from then. as for goals
little rossi and jimbobs were both crackers but its hallys chip
over the keeper and the finish i have as best goal of the season
so far just for the skill and i hate to say it but composure in
it :) ha. so pick what u want from that for your poll burns haha
