For the benifit of Paul training was back to normal last night.
Good session thought our team played really well.
Special mention to Bash thought he pulled off some cracking
saves last night.

I personally really enjoyed yesterday I was a little late for
training but still done the run on my own and in the football
part our team played some nice 1 touch football hopefully get to
put that into a match on Sunday well done lads

Sounds good
I'm going for another run tonight. Normally head to Battersea
Park where there are floodlit football pitches to see if I can
cadge a game but no luck so far
Think I'll need a good warmup on Sunday as I haven't kicked a
ball in nearly two weeks :(

yeah really enjoyed training last night,
even tho there was some shoddy backpasses that led to bruce
grobbelaar esc moments ha,
but on a whole really good apart from yet again some bitching
at the end wich is gunna soon lead to clashing heads together
unless they grow the fuck up and stop being a bitch .....
