Training tonight- Lads who get a lift off me!!!

My phone is broken so you wont be able to ring or text me. If
you need a lift tonight I dont know what time ill be at training
tonight as my mam is watching the Bambino and might not get in
till 6pm so if you want to deffo want to be there for 6 youll
have to get a lift off someone else. Hopefully Ill be there on
time as Ive been enjoying the run!!!
Hope the numbers are good tonight and we have a good session!!!
p.s this is really aimed at you Leon as your the only one who
comes on here. Can you text Rossi for me.

Again I'm not there this week but will be going for a run
through London, taking my life in my own hands
Remember lads you only get out of training what you put in :)

Jacka isn't there either but the squad is big enough for us to
be getting decent turnouts even when people are working/injured.
