Am I right in thinking training is at the Raich Carter this
week?
Im going to get there early and get a head start on the
run.....1 hour might not be long enough for the fat lad!!!

Aye raich carter mate.normally run along and over the
bridge.round the stadium and them back,bt nee doubt dan will
have changed it and have us doing shuttle up and down the bridge
or summit daft lol

Yeah Matty Kev sent me a message on facebook but I havent been
able to reply as my accounts playing up
Can you get a message to him and ask him where he will pick me
