Just a little topic to start a dicussion on this sundays game
against Peterlee. Is everyone back and fit who missed last
sunday? And if so what would your starting 11 b?

I know Ian isn't there cos he's at the old firm game, but apart
from that, if everyone's fit, I wouldn't make too many changes
from yesterday after everyone played so well.
Wouldn't like to be in Dan's shoes picking the team.

I think I fell into the same mistake a few weeks ago thinking
that kev n now agree with dans n maccas point of view.they know
what peterlee are going to b like and will make the sutable
changes to put the strongest side out possible against
them.irrestpective of yesterdays.cos even though we played
well.we still got beat.bt hopefully all the lads turn up
mate.makes us all better a bit healthy competition. Bt I do
agree with you,I think the first team regulars have sumthing to
worry about after yesterday because I know dans not scared to
leave people out :)

thats rite, the thing is people get regualar first team bcos
they bring the most to the game in the selected position amongst
the team mates in the same position, again taking everythng into
account. so if people start doin the same job or excelling them
then the regualrs mite nt b anymore, its all down to the
individual ;D
jst wana say well done to everyone for yday, putting up a gud
fight n holding your own ;)

only those who played or watched the game yestaday can put up
a team, as for me and the others who missed ( dunno who played)
the game dont really know what happened, who played great etc
etc...
so it will be interesting if anyone does put a team up and
leaves out the regulars based on that game yestaday,
regardless of starting 11, well done lads.

To me i believe this is our strongest team on paper but it all
depends on how ya all perform on the day!
Loads of players could be in contention got a really great squad
with everyone worthy of starting 11 we could even stick 2
cracking teams out , hate being injured because i know everyone
will be fitter and more in form than me when am fit, i'll just
have to work my ass off[/left]

It pisses me off that I played yesterday but dont think I should
start was just not fit enough and got dragged out of position at
times but hey ho hopefully I can get another chance and improve
on it. That being the case and Ian being away I think the team
should be....
Burnsey-Russ did well but Burnsey has been diffrent class all
season so far.
Jim Bob/Lee/Zander/Leon

I didnt metion the other day in my post but I thought Andys work
rate was excellent Sunday and when he went wide left did well
and really deserves a run in the team (see when you keep your
mouth shut ya daft fucker!!!!!) I think your only problem is at
times your end product. You do all the hard work winning
it/making the runs but too often dont deliver the killer ball or
clinical finnish.........get this right and you should play
every week! We have got too many confidence players in our
squad. I dont think for one minute that im the best player on
our team but sometimes in training and in games I think people
must think I do as I try and talk the talk but know I certainly
dont always walk the walk! But from what Ive seen especially
from some of the fringe players we need to play with more
confidence. I hope I dont speak out of turn here but Hally,
Matty and Kev pre season I though the three of you were certain
starters probably before anyone else but in some games you
dissapear when theres no reason to. Hally against Easington you
were amazing and since then have been quiet in the games youve
played. Matty against the Times and Peterlee you tore them new
arseholes and going forward at the weekend you were brilliant.
Kev whenever you start or come on and the ball is at your feet
and your running at people I think fuck me hes is going to rape
some one and you strike a ball better than ayone on the
team....it seems so easy to you. But too often the fringe
players are not involved in the game and if you lads play the
way you can at times......Im fucked. Since ive joined ive loved
every minute and love the crack but it fustrates me when we dont
show what we can! I know I go on a bit and hope the lads dont
think Im high and mighty offering to take training but its been
my job for a few years and I just want to help out and feel I
can bring something to the team.
Ive had a couple of beers which means I feel a bit dareing and
hope knowone has taken offence to anything Ive said. If I have I
apoligise but I think we have a good team and really with the
squad weve got shouldnt have just got a point on Sunday but WON!

Cheers robson,nice to get recognised when ya doing stuff well,I
agree with u bout my final ball,bt I think that will come as I
get more confidence up.I felt more comftable on the left than I
ever did on the right for some reason,I think its because I can
collect the ball and come inside and makes my passing and
shooting options a lot more extensive than if I was on the
right.but cheers for the words of advise marra,much appreciated
