Friendly vs the Crows

We've arranged a friendly against the Crows Nest:
Sunday 31st July at Home (10.30 ko - 9.30 meet)
This is ontop of the friendlys that dans already mentioned
Good test for us - 2 of our best performances last year were
against these
Lets the beat the bastards this time
Bring black shorts and white socks as usual

I think because of this we should do some kind of session on
Wednesday otherwise it will be over a week since we had any
training and I for one would benefit from doing something before
going into th e match with the Crows
Happy to arrange something even if it is a run
Let me know who's interested and I'll sort something out :)

I agree with Paul that going into a friendly after we've had
over a week with no form of actual training may hinder us
slightly, so a session would help. Even if it's just a kick
about, it's better than nothing.
