       as u know next training session is 31st july
       follwd by friendly at home wed 3rd against half moon
       then lumley away 7th
       people need to start putting that extra bit more into training,
       games and fitness to get urself the edge. end of the day we have
       big squad with more quality now so its people will be
       disapointed on sundays, bt its a good thing. so its down to u
       lads  ;)
