       Rules

       Here are the rules for Magic Starts with a Wish!!
       1. All programs are allowed! (WMM, Imove, Sony Vegas, whatever
       you want. We don't discriminate against programs.  ;D)
       2. You must choose a character to represent yourself!
       3. Please be respectful and kind to everyone in the group! We
       will not tolerate rude and disruptive behavior in the group and
       anyone who wishes to behave this way will be removed.
       4. If you have a MEP idea, you must first post it in the MEP
       Suggestions and have three people also like this idea. Than you
       can move it to the Open MEPs.
       5. We allow only Non/Disney footage(We'll allow things like
       Anastasia and the Swan Princess). We allow CGI disney movies,
       pixar, all of that! :D
       6. Please try and make the MEPs PG or below. Violence is fine
       but not over the top and please nothing R-rated. We want a
       variety of ages to be able to enjoy our MEPs!
