Help finding Rapunzel dress pattern

Hey my five year old, Ashley has decided that this year for
Halloween she wants to be Rapunzel from Tangled! The only real
issue I am finding with this is that I CANNOT find the dress
pattern! I mean no one online or in the fabric stores so, I was
wondering if ANYONE had any ideas on how I can make this dress,
without making it look tacky.
I am reaching out for help! I want to get a head start on this
so I can start collecting the fabric, ribbons and threads now.

Well you could try A C MOORE, maybe?
But I know they sell the Rapunzel dress online for kids...

Thank, I'll look into them. I dug a little deeper and found that
disney will not release a pattern for that dress. The only way
to actually make it is to combine two dresses together.
I don't mind making it for her but why will they not make the
pattern for it?!? Makes no sense but I will try my best I guess
.....

My roommate thinks it is a away for disney to not lose money,
parents will pay more for the dress in the store if there is no
way for moms like me to make it. LOL gotta love greedy
companies!
