       Trade Rules

       Owners may negotiate trades with one another. When a trade is
       agreed upon it will be posted in the "Proposed Trades" thread by
       the owner who proposed the trade. That trade then goes under
       review and needs to be approved by 2 out of the 3 committee
       members. Once that trade is passed it will be posted in an
       "Accepted Trades" thread and then it is officiall.
       -Only the following years draft picks may be traded, no future
       picks.
       -Players that you traded have a 24 hour period in which they can
       be re traded, when that 24 hour period is up you may NOT re
       trade that player until the following season, however you may
       cut him.
       -No Trading with the Computer
