[center]Retrieving another hair tie from his table, he moved
behind her and ever so gently tied her hair back so it wouldn't
get all tangled into her face, fashioning it into a loose braid.
Once he finished, he turned out the lights and crawled into the
bed, having sent a text to Koku that they wouldn't be attending
dinner most likely because she was so tired and more injured
than they had thought. Slipping beneath the blankets, he pulled
them up over the both of them and lightly rested his arm over
her. "You're not dirty at all.. Don't ever think that.. You're
no where near that.. Even if they come back, I wont let them
near you.. I'll protect you with ever fiber of my being.. As
will everyone else." He whispered, planting a light kiss on her
forehead. "I said I wanted to get to know you more, didn't I? So
in order to do that.. I gotta keep you safe so I can get the
chance." Smiling a bit, he kept her close and sighed a bit.
Right now there were so many things he wanted to do to those
fuckers, but he wouldn't for the moment. No, he'd arrange
something later then take care of it then. For now, he just
wanted to comfort her with all of his being. He wanted to make
sure she felt safe. Holding her hand in his own, his other arm
draped over her, he didn't want anything to happen to her. Even
if that meant risking his own life, he'd do it. He felt too
strongly of a connection with this girl, and she didn't deserve
anything that had been dished out to her. [/center]

She slowly opened her eyes, feeling his soft touch at her hair
to braid it. She let out a soft sigh, closing her eyes again as
he turned out the lights. She felt quite comfortable at the
moment, feeling a safety wash over her as he laid next to her.
She bend her neck a bit, looking down, curling up a bit with her
legs as well. As he spoke, she wanted to agree to it, it just
wasn't how she felt. "I.. I just hope.. they won't start..
anything ag-again.." She managed to still mumble, yawning
lightly. As she thought about it, those men didn't know where
Iayzu and herself could be. That thought alone made her feel a
bit better. "Y..You.. You're s-so great to me." She whispered,
her body becoming more limb against him. She nodded once more,
giggling very lightly. "What.. would you... l-like to kn-know
more?" She asked in a soft, quiet voice. She could still be a
bit awake, not really wanting to sleep. She feared sleeping, for
the nightmares and fear something could happen to them.

[center]Listening to her tired mumbling, he couldn't help but
smile a bit. Lacing his fingers in the loose top of her braid,
he looked at her with those deep crimson eyes. "If they do start
anything, I'll be the one to finish it." Seeing how utterly
exhausted she was, it was no surprise she didn't want to sleep
in the end though. Pulling her a bit closer, he shook his head
for a minute and smiled. "I want to know.. If you feel like I
can even fight the nightmares for you.. And give you a peaceful
sleep." Gently tracing her cheek with his hand, he ran his thumb
over her lips and kept that sweet smile. "Even in your dreams,
I'll keep you safe.. So try to get some sleep, and tomorrow when
you're rested, I can find out more about you. The good, the bad,
the geeky, the sweet.. Everything." He whispered, placing a
light kiss on the tip of her nose before he held her closer to
him. It was like he wanted to protect her with his all, even if
he hadn't gotten to know her yet. Even then, he wouldn't give
her up to anyone without a fight. [/center]

She was quite surprised at how sweet he was being to her. It was
so new, and yet it wasn't. She had been through this before, but
she could trust Iayzu. She knew she could. Crawling a bit closer
to him, she nodded lightly. "Maybe.. you.. can..." she trailed
off lightly, her hands against his chest lightly. She nodded
once again as he kissed her nose, needing the sleep. Tomorrow
would be a much better day. That's what she hoped. Yawning once
again, her mind became black, turning into a deep, unconscious
state. Though, she had no idea how many minutes or hours passed
by, her body started turning a bit, wincing and sniffing as
quiet as possible. She had no idea if he was asleep or not. It
must be two to three hours later, and she just looked around. It
was completely dark, which kind of scared her, but she couldn't
hear anything. Just feel and know that Iayzu was still here.
That calmed her down a bit. She sat up, dragging her hands over
her face, knowing she woke from a nightmare, cold sweat upon her
forehead. She sighed deeply, laying back down, laying on her
back now. She just felt tears go down automatically, but being
completely silent now. They just came automatically with the
nightmares, her hands covering her eyes, wanting to banish those
memories out.

[center]Iayzu watched her fall asleep and the moment she woke up
from her nightmare, he was still there awake. Thinking was all
he could have done at that moment, his mind was too active for
him to sleep. When she laid back down, he sat up a bit and
wrapped his arm around her, pulling her close. Reaching down, he
gently removed her hands and lightly kissed the tears away. "I'm
still here, Lilian. Don't you fret, I wont leave your side." He
whispered, smiling a bit as he laid back down and held her
closer to him. Maybe he couldn't keep her nightmares away, but
he could surely comfort her afterwards. "New memories.. Think of
them.. Think of any better memory before you go back to sleep,
and concentrate on it really hard.. Know that I'll be here awake
or asleep with you, know that I'm going to protect you.. That
I'll keep you safe. Maybe that will help with your nightmares."
He suggested this lightly as he smiled softly. [/center]

The first thing she did was move her head to the side, looking
at him in the dark. Feeling him close again, she nodded and just
sighed a bit. "I'll try.." she whispered softly, laying on her
side again. The moment she closed her eyes, she could feel her
mind slipping slowly. This was a quite odd feeling, but she was
glad she didn't feel any pain right now. Her head now rested
against him, letting the comfort and safety wash over her once
more, hoping it would make her body stay relaxed. That way,
maybe she could fall asleep and just dream happily. "I will..
think.. of good me-memories.." She whispered, her voice nearly
silent at the end. Her mind already had collapsed and brought to
the unconscious state, leaving her body in peace, breathing
softly as well. The peaceful feeling was the one that took over
now with her, which lead to a soft smile upon her face as she
was sleeping right now.

[center]It had been one hell of a day, he knew that, so he was
glad when she finally dozed off and seemed alright. Letting a
deep sigh escape his lungs, pale lids slipped to hide red orbs
as he held her close, adjusting the blankets over them once
more. It seemed like she had been fearful of the dark, so before
doing any of that, he lit the candle on the side table to give a
bit of light. Keeping her close to him, he slowly slipped off
into his own little dream world. Though his dreams were usually
filled with nothing, this time, they were filled with the
horrors that usually only came around the end of the year.
Though his expression didn't change and he still kept her close,
he instantly woke back up only to do the same thing he told
Lilian to do, thinking on good things and such, he went back to
sleep. For the morning would bring good tidings and the sea
would briskly wash the air with it's purifying salt. That's what
his brother use to say all the time. Then again, his brother
wasn't Trenvay like him. Trenvays were humans with exceptional
abilities in diverse magicks. The reason Iayzu could know so
much of events that hadn't taken place in the area or ones that
were, or to find people or anything really, was because he and
the land had a specific agreement and bond. He protected the
land, and the land would help him in any way. The land also
being greatly fond of him helped a lot too. Sighing with a bit
of relief in his sleep, the land nagging at his dream state like
a child to get him to remember things he needed to do, he just
slept; holding Lilian close and keeping her safe as he said he
would do. [/center]

How many hours had she been sleeping? Was there a clock? Oh
right, she had a watch. She couldn't even really think straight
right now. Getting up slowly, she opened her eyes and rubbed
them lightly. Noticing some light, she looked around surprised
and noticed a candle that was more than halfway melted. Looking
at her watch, close to the dim light of the candle, she sighed
lightly. It was just passed two am. Looking over to Iayzu, she
smiled a bit. He seemed quite peaceful. Her hand moved lightly
over his hair, feeling her heartbeat rushing quite a bit.
"Yo-You're so.. w-wonderful." She whispered so quietly, it was
barely even understandable. After that, she slipped out of bed
quietly, without disturbing any movements on the bed. Stepping
around the room, she paced a bit. She didn't really feel tired
anymore, but just slight pains at her abdomen. They must've hit
her quite bad there. She moved the gown up a bit seeing the
bruise still there. Poking it lightly, she winced softly,
dropping the gown again, sighing lightly. She looked back at
Iayzu again and back at the door. She had to go to the bathroom
quite bad, but she didn't want to wake him up for it. She knew
they went up one staircase again, so she should just go down and
look for the bathroom.
She opened the door just a bit to peek out of it. It was still
lit up everywhere. Was this a 24/7 business? It wouldn't
surprise her if it was. Stepping out of the door, she closed it
again as quiet as possible. Yawning a bit, she walked down the
stairs. She could hear all those moaning people and just sighed.
She could get passed that by not thinking about it. Finally,
after a good five minutes, she found the bathroom. She closed
the door and locked it, simply staring into the mirror. The more
she looked at herself, the more she felt disgusting. She looked
down and simply turned on the tap, using the water to cool down
her face and clean it a bit. Reaching for the towel, she dried
her face and just sat down against the wall of the tub. Just
thinking, she wondered what the hell she was doing here.
Shouldn't she just go home? She couldn't make them worry though.
That would be inhuman, especially with all that they've already
done for her. She moved her long silvery hair halfway over her
face, covering most of her face, pulling her legs up. She rested
her head on her knees, realizing she still was pretty exhausted.
She didn't even feel like getting up anymore. In the end, it
made her doze off in the locked bathroom, laying on the bathroom
floor.

[center]It wasn't a surprise that the land was nagging at him so
severely. It could feel Lilian moving around above it. That
nagging is what woke him up and he sat up tiredly, wincing a
bit. He knew he wouldn't, couldn't, express even an ounce of
pain around Lilian. Even if he wanted to wail and scream, he'd
adjust his jiknap and keep that from happening. Jiknap was the
magick possession of 'power'. Ozali's were the ones who often
hunted this source down and took it for their own. Ozali's still
existed, but they were very few in number. For it wasn't often
that they gained a shit ton of power and their head didn't
explode. Luckily, Iayzu wasn't an Ozali. Nor would he ever want
to become one. Getting up, he followed the Land's guidance
hazily, rubbing the back of his messy locks as he looked just
like he felt, like shit. Once he made it past the rooms of
pleasure, he bumped into a woman. Short in stature, slender,
busty, a perfect model.
She had freckles on pale skin, dark short hair, and hazel eyes.
"Ah, I'm sorry Eza." He mumbled, smiling tiredly. The woman just
shrugged and giggled,"No problem, Iayzu. I just came out because
I heard the bathroom door close and didn't know who it was.
Would it happen to be that girl from earlier?" She asked,
curious as always. Iayzu looked to the door of the bathroom
before he nodded a bit. "Yeah, it seems like it's her. I'm going
to check up on her, make sure she's okay." Eza patted his
shoulder and started to walk down the hall to the room she was
assigned for business. "I've got work to do, tell the gal that
she's always welcome to come see me if she wants some girl time
away from you brutes!" She said with a laugh before skipping
into the room. Iayzu just rolled his eyes and smiled, knocking
on the bathroom door. "Lilian. You okay in there?" He asked
quietly, but loud enough to be heard. [/center]

The moment Lilian heard chattering, it woke her up again. She
looked at the floor and frowned lightly. Had she really fallen
asleep on the bathroom floor? She sighed lightly and got back up
tiredly. She listened to the words being said outside the
bathroom, hearing she could have a girls talk whenever. She
shook her head, knowing she wouldn't want that anyway. Looking
back in the mirror, she just looked back down in a few seconds.
Hearing Iayzu's words, she looked at the door and nodded.
"Y-yes. Everything's okay." She answered back with a soft voice.
But loud enough to be heard. She didn't exactly feel like
leaving the bathroom, but it would be silly to stay in here all
night. Would it be strange, to leave this building in the
morning? Or right now? She felt like leaving more and more,
knowing that a woman had to do her job now. It made her feel
quite sick at this moment and she just sat back down, taking in
deep breaths. Closing her eyes, she just thought of things. Eza
was her name. She should remember that either way. Opening her
eyes once more, she wondered what was all going on. She still
couldn't quite comprehend why people here cared for her so much.
Everyone in here did, and that was surprising.
