Abyssal Training: Tsubaki, Mason, and Kota
DIR By: Tsubaki

+This is where Tsubaki will be training Mason, and
Kota.+
A clearing within the middle of the woods just off to the right
of the ruins. The ground is dusted in a light sheet of snow, but
little else litters the grounds. Snow falls lightly from the
grey skies, and a gentle wind breathes through the area tossing
about the naked tree branches. It's quiet, almost an eerie
quiet.

He hadn't allowed himself to adjust to the changes of everything
since leaving. Still stuck in an absolute epitome of his own
thoughts and the dead numb of being absolutely lax of emotion.
He stepped upon this plain, this snow ridden garden of empty
solitude. This was where he had been told to go, and he didn't
see anyone here yet; save for the small lifeless forms of snow
that occasionally coated his already snow white hair. " I
suppose we wait now." he told himself sitting next to a large
rock that happened to stand out like a subtle island in a meadow
of green and white. " we wait..."

A heeled boot stepped out onto the snow dusted plain followed by
another as the female entered the clearing. Her eyes immediately
landed on Kota only because he highly contrasted against the
white coloring of the clearing. With lithe movements Tsubaki
made her way toward him, and once before the male she flashed
him a smile,"And to think that you'd be the first to show. I
thought you were too good for us, Kota." Shifting her weight to
one side, and crossing her arms over her chest she eyed him, and
sighed gazing the way she had entered. "We now wait for Mason.
Though I do wish he would hurry up. I am not a patient
person...though im sure you have noticed."

He raised his eyes to meet hers only for a moment before pushing
off the rock onto his feet lazily. "Thats a heavy assumption
then." he said in a simple dead tone and then stared towards the
sky before choosing to speak again. "I care not for Mason I have
only need to accomplish my own goals, My reunion will be
absolute. Though you seem kind and as I stated before its a
pleasure to work with you. Tsubaki right?" He had by this point
learned to look at her while still he found himself adjusting to
all of the initial shocks that occurred up to this point. The
Dead state was a god send for him, especially at this point in
time. Though if he stayed like this for too long it might become
difficult to return... "so then what will we be doing?" he asked
only slightly tilting his head in question so his hair would
fall all to one side.

"Logical though was it not? You were fully intent on leaving us,
and going on about your 'mission' were you not?" She raised a
perfect brow, and then let her eyes gaze away from the entrance,
and back to him. Grumbling just a bit she let her arms fall to
her sides, and and frowned,"Yes, yes Kota. As much of a pleasure
this may be im not exactly one who enjoys doing these sorts of
things. Nonetheless I am to put you in front of the man you hate
the most, and by doing this you will learn to control your
anger, and use it to your advantage. As of now your anger toward
said man is a weakness to you." She stated this all in a very
matter-of-fact tone not caring whether he got angered by her
words, or he took them in with care.

He only nodded at her explanation of the training. It truly
didn't make all that much sense for him though. How would they
distinguish who he hated more than anyone. If it was Kayis ...
his Father then how would they hope to even fix this issue even
if it was a weakness. The fact of everything was Kayis was
apparently sealed by this group that he had to kill. So what
would he merely wait here for them to finish the job. "Im not
quite sure I understand how this will happen but your the
teacher so it would seem. So however you see fit to start all of
this I will comply." he nodded taking a seat against the rock
again and waiting. he really hoped he wouldn't be forced to wait
anymore than he had to, Waiting would result in a horrible fate
for his victims; especially if he remained in the Dead state for
so long. Waiting for Mason would only result in him hating him.
"I will start whenever you're ready then."

Tsubaki sat waiting for a few more minutes, but when Mason didnt
show she grumbled a bit, and turned toward Kota. Her eyes were
no longer soft, and friendly, but they were frustrated. The
sapphire color faded to a bright icy blue, and her lips were
pursed. She grumbled again, and cracked each of her fingers,"It
seems Mason will be late. We shall start then im tired of
waiting, and since your ready well....we'll just see how you
do." She let her lips curve once again, and then took a step
back from him, her eyes closing.
Taking in a deep breath Tsubaki manipulated the colors around
her making the clearing momentarily darken before it returned to
normal within those few seconds. Light bent, and a sort of prism
effect shown brightly from the edge of the forest through the
flakes of snow that fell all around them. The rainbow of colors
pulsed before creating the shape of a man before they finally
faded giving the figure color. His hair was white, and his skin
pale. An intricate tribal marking formed upon his left (?)
shoulder black in color. The form blinked his eyes until they
slowy darkened from a milky white to a deep gold. Clothes took
color upon his body; jeans of a deep blue.
The illusion of Kayis stepped out from the treeline his bare
feet crunching in the snow. Even that small noise was made
possible by Tsubaki's manipulating the sounds around the figure
giving him the ability to speak, and create noises that would
otherwise be impossible by the illusion. Kayis stood out in the
middle of the clearing, and nothing more. Tsubaki's eyes then
opened, and she gazed at Kota, her eyes slowly fading back to
sapphire blue. She wondered what he would do then. How would he
react?
(( This may, or may not make sense...in writing. It made sense
in my head though...as I imagined it... >.> yeah ))

Kota stood up as this woman began to stir. She seemed aggravated
by the lack of commitment shown by the other guy. That wasn't
important however, he was merely a pawn in the grand scheme of
everything. Kota didn't care about any of these monsters, except
just maybe this one. This Lady had been kind plus she had an
oddly rude inviting aura about her at the same time unlike the
rest of them. Maybe when all of the things came to pass; maybe
she wouldn't raise her hand to him and he could spare her a
miserable death of infinite tones. Now he would force himself to
watch as she continued her practice. " Im ready then." He said
with a simple smile and waited and watched.
The next few moments were everything beyond and above
spectacular. She seemed to have a natural power over color and
something with sound and wind and whatever else she was doing.
For a moment it had been lights out before everything faded to
normal once more and rainbow bent colors seemed to transfix an
Image, but of what? His eyes betrayed him by revealing the
answer to that question. Moment by moment His father , that man
Kayis was born right before him; though not in the same attire
he had last seen the bastard wear. He had difficulty thinking at
that point but still not a shred of anything shown past his
ultimate mask. What was this? Kayis was locked away right? So
why was he here now?
Then Kota forced himself to think back to the process and how
color had faded from the realm for a nano second before
returning. "color..." he told himself and shut his eyes to think
even further. He finally came to his resolve and spoke towards
the man. "Essenias!" He said loudly enough for this image to
hear. " that is my Mothers name, the woman that YOU Killed."
Even the real Kayis would have to stir from this, he couldn't be
that completely heartless could he? Still there was nothing, He
truly wasn't sure what to do at this point, that should have
worked. "I think theres only one way to know." He began to step
forward as he spoke and took a glove from off of his left hand
that was shrouded in shadow black energy. "Sit upon the edge of
eternity and rot before your time" This was all he spoke before
suddenly his image appeared right in front of Kayis and his left
hand poked directly on his heart before turning away from the
creature.... Nothing would happen however the effects of his
power would have no effect on an ageless image. "A fake, I
see..." he managed before sitting back at the rock where he had
started. No doubt his Father would have dodged a death move like
that, he would have said something already and assuming he had
hit his father he would be rotting to nothing at this point. He
turned to The Lady Tsubaki and nodded. "anything else?"

She stood by the rock, and watched curiously as Kota approached
the illusion. Would he get angry by seeing his father, or would
he figure it out immediately? The boy seemed smarter than dear
Landon gave him credit for. Sapphire eyes gazed onward, and took
in his each, and every move from his foot falls, to the swish of
his hair as a soft breeze blew through the cold clearing. He was
treading carefully it seemed. A perfect brow rose as he called
out a name, and she grinned when he spoke of who said named
belonged. Clever. Speak of the woman Kayis once loved. Speak of
the woman that he took the life of...get a reaction out of him
just to be sure he was real. The image didnt falter though. It
shifted its weight, and crossed its arms grinning at the
approaching boy as if taunting him. His chin jutted out in a
very proud way as he stood awaiting his vengeful son. This was
all proving very interesting now. It seemed that Kota was going
through all things that would prove the illusion of Kayis was a
fake before he truly acted out against the demon. Tsubaki
couldnt help, but let her grin grow.
Her sapphire eyes brightened in color to an ice blue when Kota
removed his glove, and she eyed the power swirling about his
milky skin. Ah what gorgeous power it was. Just a glimpse of
what he was capable of it seemed. She watched in anticipation as
he began to speak his words. Her eyes moved with him from the
spot he was just at to the spot her appeared in just seconds
later before the image she had created. AH! Delightful it was.
She bounced on the balls of her feet when his hand shot out, and
touched the place where the images heart would be. He would feel
naught, but a single, tingling sensation. His power doing
nothing to the image. Kayis stood there, and looked down at his
son before Tsubaki snapped her fingers, and the image burst into
a bright white light, and then slowly faded to nothing just as
Kota rejoined her at the stone. Tsu looked over at him, her grin
still in place, and shrugged her shoulders. "That was what I was
suppose to do for you, Kota. Landon figured that seeing your
father would anger you. Though that you would immediately lash
out. It was a test to help you control your anger, and animosity
toward him. Seems your above that though. Quite a show you put
on I must say. Quite the Sherlock Holmes I see. Deducing what
was real, and fake so quickly. I never suspected you'd fall for
a simple trick like that." She swatted his arm in a playful
manner then, and simply let her body fall into a sitting
position on the ground.
"So tell me, kota. What is it that angers you most? We cannot
leave here until I have helped you control your anger. Until we
both have figured out how to hone your anger in, and use it as
an advantage. We cannot let you fall because your anger was a
weakness, dear." Her blue eyed gaze fell upon him again then,
and her eyes held a bit of kindness. No, she wasnt as cruel as
her brothers. She wasnt a trickster, nor did she beat around the
bush with things. She simply gazed at him now, and awaited his
answer. Though behind the kindness in her gaze there was
impatience. One of her trainees was still missing, and it irked
her. She'd bring it up to Landon once she saw him again. Once
she was done here. Mason wouldnt get away with being late, or
ditching.

Kota waited for her to return to him after the illusion faded
into a bright light. He just looked up at her with that blank
stare and waited for her to potentially scold him or something,
for working the program. Though he didn't hear her scold or
punish him; actually it was quite the opposite. She praised him
for the way he got past the trick, and had even outsmarted
Landon's best intentions to stir his "anger issues" It actually
made a crack of a smile come to his face; almost threatening to
break the dead states hold. That had only happened once before
and it was only because his form of that was very premature
considering how much younger he was to his fa.. The word almost
sickened him to say but he couldn't help that they were blood
and he was forced to accept those things.
He finally broke a tiny bit and forced a smile despite remaining
in the dead state. He didn't think that he was ready to handle
being completely aware and in tact with his emotions after such
a shock. "Thank you." he said nodding to her and bowing his head
slightly. It was likely just custom that he did this. After all
he had been almost raised as if he were a prince for the bigger
part of his life after his mother. Still as she continued to
speak to him it confused him. She was an Abyssal right? How was
she this kind they were monsters and killers of families. It
didn't make sense. So as he listened to her the head ache moved
in and he clutched slightly at his head and sighed before
answering.
"I really don't mean to make your life difficult, I can see you
are trying to help me." Wait help him? What the hell was he
saying, She seemed like it but was she truly trying to help him?
The whole situation was just so freaking confusing! "The problem
is that I don't have Anger issues. I guess if I was forced to
tell what really angers me more than anything, it would be the
Abyssals and there misplaced sense of justice under that man."
He shrugged at that point and turned away. What was he actually
concerned that he might have hurt her feelings? She was one of
them right, so why did he care? " Other than that wouldn't it be
obvious? I don't want anyone to hurt my family; but I know you
can only do so much with your illusions now so is there anything
really that can be done at this point?" He tilted his head in
question and waited for her response, right as a horrible shock
came to his brain and he almost wanted to cry out in pain. What
was happening? Was this like before when the Dead State had been
completely cleared, was this woman some how reaching him.
Come to think of it Women in general had always been closer for
him. Maybe it was the way his relationship with his father was,
the comparison from Mothers love to his fathers wasn't even
there. There was no comparison at all. " sorry I'm having issues
with my head right now." he said sighing and turning from her as
he tried to retain the control again crouching and hiding his
face for the moment. What the hell was happening to him? His
goals were absolute, they were true and yet this Abyssal woman
was so nice; it just... just didn't make sense...
