her eyes partially open. She looked at Cole, and concern filled
her loving eyes. She stepped forward, and touched his shoulder
gently. "Are you alright?" At this exact moment, there was a
knock on Cole's front door. It was a soft patient knock, but
deep down Rashel knew who it had to be. She sighed, and looked
down. Following Cole, and nodding her head. "Thank you for
giving me a second chance..." She grinned softly.

Cole was overjoyed when she agreed completely and only hesitated
for a second. Without word, a rush of warmth enveloped the two
of them. The lightened blue aura reverberating off his flesh as
he rested his hands upon her stomach. Despite what many thought
of Cole, he was a very lovely and kind person. He just didn't
like many humans. Upon the touch, the warmth, the aura, they all
seemed to just meld perfectly with the golden flare of light.
When everything was done, she straightened up, looking a bit
dizzy as his ears twitched and he used his tail to catch his

hands into his pockets as he started to walk into his house.

parting his lips, though it didn't stop there. It turned into a

take care of them? That's some massive bullshit, Rashel. Does
that cretin rule your life? No, you've taken care of her and
you've cared for her for how long? Your capable of nurturing a
child, more so than she would ever be. You actually appreciate
children." He said with a light hearted tone once more, a smile
on his lips as he held out his hand to her. "So let me fix it."

kids..." Her smile was not only cruel, but some how
bitter-sweet. Rashel looked at Jez and looked down. "Jez is
right... I couldn't even take care of a kid... Why even waste
the time in trying...?" She looked so dead as she said what she
did. Only thing Jez did was smile.

I can fix all of that to as if it was just freshly formed. I'll
only do it if you want me to, you just have to tell me
everything you want fixed, okay?" He said in that gentle and
charming whisper, his tail flicking to her hand once more.

doctors, he had to remove... The one part of me that makes it
for I was able to have kids..." She couldn't stop the tears now.
They swam down her cheeks like an river.

throw her into the car if he had to. "It's fucking childish and
ridiculous for you to fucking hurt that unborn baby for the sake
of your goddamn pride."

feeling of his tail wrapped around her gave her goose bumps.
"Aye. Fuck you too." She walked out into the rain, and headed
far from the house, as quiet as she could so that they wouldn't
even know she was gone. Rashel looked at Cole when he spoke to
her, she slowly sat down, and sipped the tea again. "Jez is
kinda... Hard-headed if you know what I mean?" she smiled again,
and than laughed. "But, you do seem really nice... Nicer than
the others whom have seen us..." She grinned gently. Shew had a
feeling Jez was up to something, but she didn't want to be rude
and just walk away from Cole. He seemed like a pretty nice guy,
even though Jez was attacking on him, every which way she could.
A sigh slipped Rashel's mouth.

moment. So get back inside, drink some tea to keep yourself from
getting sick, and rest. I'm trying to be nice here which is a
damn rarity all on it's own."

finishing the tea, he set out two mugs of it for the both of
them. When the brunette had come back and asked him that, he

people are disgusting creatures. Why would I want one of those
vile putrid beings here? You two are by far much better than the
rest I've met." He stated, looking to Jez before he scowled
lightly. "Despite one being stubborn." He said as he held out
the mug of warm tea to her. "You guys are welcome to stay here
tonight, I don't mind, and I have the extra room. Either that or
at least let me drive you back home so you're not walking in the
rain again. Jez, was it? Annd... Rashel? " He questioned, tail
flicking back and forth slowly as he looked between the both of
them. Jez seeming more agitated than before, Rashel seeming
tired. Was there any choice to the matter? He wasn't cold
hearted as fuck, he'd let the both of them stay the night if
they wanted. It wasn't like the doors didn't have locks and such
for if they didn't trust him to stay out.

Jez barely even stripped, she more of ripped her clothes off and
placed Cole's warm clothes on. It was roomy. She side, knowing
her belly was even more visible in it. She was about to take it
off when she just stopped. All her memories seeming to come
slowly back to her. Her first kill, to a guy named Roberto. He
screamed her name, and she felt hungry. She wanted more. She
gasped. "Fuck..." She dropped to the ground, carefully holding
onto her swollen belly, caringly. Rashel nodded towards Cole and
walked up to the other bathroom, stripping her clothes off, and
she put that outfit on. She danced out, and looked around. "Hey
Cole..." She whispered, her hands going to her child baring
hips. "I have a question... Um... Why do you live alone..?" At
that moment, a yawn slipped her lips. Slowly, Jez came out of
the bathroom, and growled lowly. She wasn't in a good mood, she
was about to snap.

on up there, I guess. Don't need you two catching a cold." He
muttered, rummaging through the cabinets for a moment before
pulling down a few mugs and some tea. Coffee wasn't particularly
good for pregnant woman but tea had just the right amount of
caffeine to keep headaches away. Setting everything out, he
started a brew and sighed a bit. Ears dropped to his head and he
simply stared down at nothing. He seemed almost, depressed.

Rashel smiled and reached out touching his tail. When her hand

Jez arched an eyebrow. She had wondered why she had became
friends with Rashel. Jez took herself away from Cole and Rashel.
But, as she passed Cole, she murmured. "I need nothing from
you... I will never need anything from you... Just so you
know..." And like that she walked into the closest bathroom from
her. Rashel walked up to Cole. "Sorry... She just moody...
Especially since she is pregnant." She smiled lightly.

Cole had long gotten comfortable by the time he heard the knock
upon the door. Having removed his hat and freed quite large
feline ears, having removed his coat to reveal a long and thick
tail, he didn't look like he did before at all hardly. Getting
up from his couch, a hot cup of coffee sitting on the table, he
walked through the house to the door. Wearing a pair of blue
jeans, white arm warmers, and a blue vest like shirt with gold
designs. Orange eyes had faded slightly around the rims to an
off blue and markings could be seen above and below his eyes.

side to side. Seeing who it was, he quirked a brow and his ears
folded back slightly, already agitated with Jez from before.

stepped outta the way and waited for them both to get inside
before closing and locking the door. Going into the living room,
he sighed softly. "Make yourselves at home, alright?" He stated,
his voice calmer than before. His tail twitched slightly as he
went down the hall and a few moments later returned with two
sets of dry clothing. Granted, it wasn't female clothing, but it
was something dry. He set them on the counter and looked at both
girls. "There you are.. There's a bathroom down that hall, first
door on the left. There's another one upstairs and down the
second hall, third door on the right. Take showers if you don't
wanna catch cold, I'll be down here." He stated, shrugging a bit
before he went into the kitchen. "Tea or Coffee before you go
change? You'll need something warm to keep from getting a raw
throat." He muttered, damn he was being nice, that irked him.

They continued to walk and Jez crossed her arms, though she held
the umbrella, she was trying to control herself though. She knew
what would have happened if she lost control.
Rashel continued to walk, and found the house. She whistled out
loud. "Damn, he has a nice house... Think he'll dig me..." She
rolled her hips in a slow circle, and Jez narrowed her eyes
speaking out the truth. "Better you, than me..." Rashel smiled.
Jez looked down. Thinking about her love, always brought her
mood up, and she loved it. She loved him, and always will. "So,
how are you, and Dante?" Jez lifted an eyebrow. "I told you
about... Him?" Rashel simply nodded, but Jez didn't answer her
question, she walked towards the door, and knocked lightly.

them. "My offer still stands. Come to my place if you need to
get dry. It's on South Avenue and it's the large glass house
with the long driveway. It's on the outer parts of the city, so
it's pretty much the country. I prefer to be as far away from
this disgusting place as possible. Brunette chick, you're
welcome too, I don't care. Just don't bring anyone else unless
it's your.. Husband I guess, or what ever he is to you, chick."
he said, though he stopped in his tracks and rummaged around in
his pocket before turning to face the two. Tossing them each a
slender black object, he gained a stern look. "Don't use them
unless you have to.. Defense only, got that? Fuck with anyone
just for the hell of it and I'll smack the piss outta both of
you." He said with a slight growl, having just given them some
special little blades that retracted and extended on command.
Returning to walking, he waved before he put his hands back into
his pockets.

be outside any longer, you'll catch cold if you don't go inside
at some point. What the fuck are you doin' out here this late
anyways? You do realize the fuckin' scum bags of this town would
love to get their hands on a pretty face, right? Unless you're a
prostitute or somethin' already. Though it wouldn't surprise me
any." He said, at first sounding nice before he quickly
corrected himself back to being crude.

It had been a long day, and she was tired. Her body was covered
in shorts and a tank top. But because it had rained recently,

destination, she had jumped a random guy, and stole his trench
coat. Wearing it, and having it zipped and buttoned all the way
up, so that her soaked clothes were hidden. She shoved her hands

Rashel could only smile at Cole. What he did for her was the
best gift she had gotten in all eternity. But there was one
thing that bothered her. Why did he do it? Rashel was a stranger
to him... Was she not? But when he left to go to his door, she
had a feeling a certain someone would be apologizing to him. She
smiled. The woman by the door tilted her head up, it was Jez.
She sighed and crossed her arms over her chest. "Look, Cole...
I'm really sorry..." She placed her hands on her stomach, and
sighed. "I shouldn't have ran off, and I know I don't deserve
your hospitality." She looked down, burrowing her hands into her
pockets.

want to piss her off or pick on her. Sighing in frustration, he
reached out and pulled her inside, making sure to keep his tail
around her so she wouldn't fall forward. Slamming the door, he
looked at her with a slitted gaze. "You mess up again, and I
promise to toss your ass into the back bedroom. I'm not one to
usually toss a pregnant woman out in the rain, so you better be
thankful that I have some humanity, else I would have already
kicked you to the curb for your dreadful actions." He got up
close and personal with her, that burning gaze ever so
threatening as he glared down at her. "Get near Rashel.. In any
way other than comforting, and I promise to not only punch you
in the face, but I will throw you out into the rain. Considering
how poorly you've treated her, how bad you've hurt her in just a
few minutes, how horrid you made her feel... I really already
want to kick you in the teeth for it. So you'd be better off
staying clear of any reason for me to smack the hell out of
you." He said sternly, a growl rolling through clenched teeth as
he turned to the side and brushed past her.
Cole normally wasn't so crude, but after see what Jez had done
to Rashel, he couldn't let that slide without some form of
scolding. His tail was bristled and his ears folded back as he
suddenly seemed to just snatch up Rashel into his size, looking
at Jez over his shoulder. "Make yourself at home, just keep
yourself in check this time. You deserved that scolding, so
don't get bitchy now, a'ight? As for Rashel here, I happen to
like her, so she'll be stuck in my arms for the rest of her time
here." He looked down at Rashel with a sweeter smile than he had
before,"Hope you don't mind that." [/center]

Not only did Jez feel safe in side the man's house, but when he
started yelling at her, she shrank down, trying to lean away.
What was his... Oh yeah... the way she acted towards Rashel...
She bit her lower lip and nodded her head, when he brushed away
from her. Tilting her head down, she parted her lips and sighed.
Jez knew she screwed up, but she couldn't help but notice the
smile on his face when he had Rashel in his arms. It in a way,
shocked her. This had never happened before. The look on
Rashel's face made it clear that she loved being in his arms.
When he spoke to her, she tilted her head just enough to look
into his eyes and she smiled. "Well, it's a nice way to keep me
nice and warm..." She giggled and nodded her head. "I don't mind
at all..." As those words slipped her lips she relaxed against
him, her hand finding his tail, where she gently stroked it, in
a soothingly way.

had done, but he had held his actions because he wasn't one to
mistreat a female, especially not a pregnant one. Upon the
reaction he had gotten from Jez, he looked at her with a
slightly more blank yet calm expression. "Just stay in line and
we wont have a problem. Take an inch outta line, and we will
have a problem. Either way, just make yourself at home and
behave. Get comfortable, alright?" He said to Jez, attempting to
be more settled and calm with her. Looking to Rashel, he
couldn't help but chuckle at her sweetness. Never before had he
actually wanted to be nice to someone, especially not a female.
Considering the ones he usually came across were simple
prostitutes or real cunts. Though a blush suddenly came across
his face and his ears seemed to just collapse against his head
as he lightly tightened his grip on Rashel. A tender purr
eluding his lips as he looked down at her with a much more
gentle and some what bashful look. Words couldn't really be
formed by him at the moment so he attempted not to make himself
look like more of a fool.
Though soon enough, he scooped her up and walked over to the
couch, sitting down and nestling her with her back to his chest
in his lap. His arms snuggly wrapped around her as his tail
remained in her grasp. That look never fading as he averted his
eyes and tried not to look even more like some shy dork than he
did already. The purring didn't stop though as he rested his
chin upon her shoulder, feeling and looking like he had just
gone from a ferocious lion to a tiny kitten. Eyes closing in a
short and simple bliss as he held onto her. [/center]

Jez noticed the way, that Cole was with Rashel. A twinge of
jealous sweeped through her body. What did Rashel do to get to
be that way with him? She was just a bit confused. He seemed so
angry while he talked to her, yet, when he talked to Rashel he
seemed like a bashful kid. Narrowing her eyes, she put her hands
on her hips and sighed. "Rash... You're lucky..." As if Rash
could barely hear her, she spoke gently. "Jez..." But her eyes
stayed on Cole, until her looked away, she grinned and looked
towards Jez. "What do you mean?" Her body snuggled into his as
she questioned her old friend. Jez looked down, lifting her hand
she gestured to Cold snuggled up to her, her voice having a tint
of jealousy in it. "That." Rashel blushed and looked a bit
upset. "I-I can stop i mean... If you..." she let out a long
sigh. She wanted every one around her happy, yet she felt so
safe and warm in his arms.

He could instantly hear the jealousy. Though that didn't spike
much of an interest in him. What did was the fact that Rashel
was so willing to give up her comfort to make Jez happy.
Piercing eyes narrowed as he looked at Jez for a moment before
he slowly moved Rashel to the couch, standing up and going over
to Jez. Standing in front of her, he looked as though he was
about to strike her down. Though surprisingly, his arms folded
around her and he pulled her into a hug. "You're such a moron
for being jealous, y'know that? If you want affection, you need
to be affectionate and kind. Stop being so damned cold all the
time and you'd honestly, be more happy. Don't be anything like
me, and you'll be fine." He stated in a briskly, slightly more
warm, tone before he released her and looked at her with that
stone cold glance. "You could be a good person, if you stopped
being such a bitch. I'm not going to apologize for being fucking
blunt either, so don't expect me to." He stated before he went
back over to the couch.
Gingerly picking Rashel back up and snuggling her back into his
lap. His tail wrapped around her waist as he looked at her for a
moment. "You're too sweet, y'know that? You try to make everyone
happy, even at the cost of your own happiness and comfort. Thing
is, I said you'd be in my arms the entire time. So you're not
gettin' away, missy." He stated with a light chuckle as he held
her a bit closer. Reaching over to the blanket that was folded
beneath the table, he pulled it out and tossed it over the both
of them. One arm folded behind his head as he laid back and the
other staying tightly but sweetly, wrapped around her body.
Looking to Jez for a moment, he spoke calmly, more so than
before. "Just make yourself at home, Jez. Don't stand around,
you need to be off your feet and relaxing rather than stressing.
If you don't want to witness any of this, you're welcome to the
second floor bedroom. Third door on the right. Either that or
any other place in my house except for my bedroom. That's my
sanctum, so no one goes in there without me being in there." He
stated lightly before he looked back to the beautiful woman in
his arm. "Comfortable?" He said with a smile. [/center]

As soon as Jez saw Cole standing up, she took a slow step
forward. Feeling her face pale. She didn't want to be hurt, and
she knew she had pissed him off. Or so she had thought, up until
he pulled her into a hug and was speaking to her. His words were
a sharp but soft way of showing her the truth. She closed her
eyes, slowly giving him a hug back, though when she returned the
hug her hands pressed against his back tenderly. "Tell me one
thing before I go up there..." She tilted her head, when he
walked back to Rashel. "Why are you that way with her?"
Rashel had watched him hug her friend and she smiled. But before
she knew it she was in his arms again, and she felt nice and
safe once more. Her eyes half closed at his words. She slowly
reopened them, and looked into his eyes. "Entire night? Good...
I don't want to be apart..." A light blush flickered on her
cheeks as she leaned her cheek against his chest. Her heart
hammering against her chest. The warm sensation that seemed to
spread along her stomach when his arm was tight yet gentle
around her caused her smile to brighten. "Very comfortable." She
smiled, with her eyes closed.

[center]Cole's ears seemed to perk up at Jez's words as he
looked at her with a seemingly some what tired gaze. "Because..
She's sweet, she's cute, she's adorable, and I've seen nothing
wrong so far. Which is considerably hard to pull off,
considering I hate just about everyone and anything." He stated
with a light shrug as he looked at the pregnant woman. "Now will
you please sit down before I have to damn well make you? I
promise, I'll fuckin' chain you to a bed if you don't get off
your feet." He stated with a slight growl to show his
seriousness. Though when he heard Rashel speak, he instantly
turned his attention to her. The way she was so gently kind and
sweet, it was adorable, really. His tail gingerly wrapped around
her hips as his arm stayed around her waist. Ears twitching
lightly as a blush raised to his cheeks and he scrunched his
nose, looking away in a slightly defiant pout to try and regain
composure. "What ever person is invincible to that damned
adorable face of your's.. Is even more heartless than me, and
that's pretty damn cold I tell ya." he muttered, looking down at
her with a slight nervous chuckle.
How long had it been? Since Cole was this sweet to anyone?
Calloused fingers tenderly ran across her flesh as he gently
scooted her up on him a bit more, planting a light kiss to her
cheek. "You're far too sweet, y'know that?" He said quietly,
even his 'cool' exterior as some called it was faltering to his
bashful side. Nuzzling her neck affectionately, he let out a
shaky breath and hadn't realized how the warm air flushed over
her flesh. Though he didn't pay any mind to it at the moment, he
just kept her nuzzled close into him beneath the blanket. "I
wouldn't advise messing with my tail anymore though.. Not only
does it put me in a state of nothing more than a childish
kitten, but it's a tad bit too..... Enticing, or rather,
arousing. So unless you want things to happen later, I'd be
careful with that." He said with a slight laugh, trying not to
seem nervous about it but he was just making a fool of himself.
