Maya- I love you, but I need you to make up your mind. You can't
agree with everyone. I don't have any issues with the
currentbstaff, but things aren't working the way they are. If a
freshman start isn't what we need, I'm more than open t other
ideas as well.

Ok I am going to say this plain and simple for everyone to
understand. WE DO have a Piss thread for a reason! keep the bull
shit out of here, this is for discussions not arguments. our
suggestions have been passed it is for the community to do
something now. AND NO ONE person has the ability to deny an idea
despite how they think of themselves.

It isn't about what I think about myself, it's about what I
think of what everyone else is saying. If everyone is going to
keep beating around the bush, then someone has to step up. And
no one is, they're just arguing amongst themselves. Plus, some
ideas are ludicrous and don't need consideration. So despite
what I may think about myself, Im tired of watching you people
do literally Nothing.

Gerad you are out of line in the way your presenting it. For
one; okay you have your opinion whatever its based on really
doesn't matter Im merely stating if we want something done we
should not be pussy footing around here arguing about biased
this and whatever the fuck else. It is your opinion these things
shouldn't be up for discussion but that is one person compared
to quite a few so please be respectful in that regard. Other
than that I second that since we have already decided we want to
go with the poll idea then we should get to it and change the
shit before everything falls to ruin because out members see
were a bunch of screw offs that can't get our shit together. I
mean we have already given them enough examples as is so now
with all due respect I feel that we should stop talking about
arguments and stupid ass trivial bull shit and get something
done and actually handle our site instead of using it like
facebook!

Alright, that's the last fiber of patience I have for all of
this. |Sighs|
I'm putting my foot down as the creator of the site, for once.
Since I made the damn thing, I haven't put myself higher than
anyone. I've only asked that the staff I put together
communicate with each other. That is the main reason for the
current downfall. A failure to communicate. The current staff is
honestly very good, they do what they're suppose to do and they
don't do a shit job of it. I put the staff together in this
manner for a reason.
There's meant to be BALANCE between the list. There are TWO
groups. Iron Fists and The Lenients. The Iron fists are meant to
be more strict and not let anything slide while remaining
unbiased and maintaining order in a respectful manner.
Allow me to elaborate on this:
Admins-
Myself.: Iron Fist
Jack.: Lenient.
JD.: Lenient.
Anthy: Iron Fist.
Jamie: Iron Fist.
Sakura.: Lenient.
Athena.: Lenient.
Mike: Iron Fist.
Gms-
Greg: Lenient.
Casey: Iron Fist.
Mimi: Lenient.
Maru: Iron fist.
As you can see from the short list above, there are balanced
numbers for each group. Even the Temporary Admins and Gms have
this same category that DOES describe their jobs. Iron fists and
Lenients do their jobs differently, vastly so. I made it this
way that way there was an even amount of each and a perfect
balance. The only reason why this is failing right now is
because we all stopped communicating.
If everyone wants to think so badly that I put myself above the
staff, then fine, that's how it's going to be. I'm sorry if this
seems like it's out of place or anything of the sort, but
damnit, I'm sick of this. It's gotten out of hand and it's
ridiculous the kind of chaos that's come about with this.
Sure, it's fine for the users to have opinions, but in the end,
the users can't decide everything for the site because EVERYONE
HAS DIFFERENT OPINIONS.
Now Rai did have a good proposal, but the thing is, the staff
would be sloppily put together if it was done that way. There is
nothing wrong with the staff now, it's the communication we have
issues with. At the beginning, we all had each other's numbers
and Facebooks just encase things happened while one of us wasn't
on. I understand, all of us have lives and shit we need to do.
That is why there are so many staff members, because there NEEDS
to be one on at ALL times, and the GMS cannot deal with things
without an Admin present. The reason for that being, is because
the Gms are pretty much the coordinators for the site. They
guide everything and keep things running smoothly but come to an
Admin when things get out of hand. They can't deal with every
little thing, they don't have the permissions to.
In conclusion, I'm stepping up as webmaster. Even if I'm voted
off the staff, I will still remain webmaster, because let's face
it.. Who the hell else is going to pay for the damn thing? I
mean, seriously? I make a whopping 200$ a month and I pay for it
anyways, y'know why? Because I'm the one who made the damn thing
and it's my responsibility to correct the damages done to it.
Now, instead of pussy footing around, how's about we get things
settled and move this shit to the staff discussion thread? Hmm?

Haha that's exactly what I said Jack. But yeah, maybe I was a
bit bold, but it served its purpose. If you guys are set on the
poll, the make it, there's no need to discuss further; it's time
for some admin-action!
