       Nein nein, we need to have a poll for the users. ^^
       It helps in calculating and keeping up with the number of votes.
       Though we should have a thread specifically for the votes as
       well.
       A thread where users place their votes as such:
       User-
       My vote: -Insert name-
       Reason: -Insert reason.-
       That way we can keep track of reasons and actually look and take
       into account the user's opinions as well. ^^

       I have a proposal as well; for a permanent and more stable
       change to the staff. It will be quite a process, but I believe
       the end result will be beneficial. Simply put, we’re just
       redoing the staff, but in order to ensure that it’s organized,
       fair, and stable, there is a process that should be undergone in
       order for it to go smoothly.
       1.   The current staff needs to have a meeting in order to
       discuss the following things.
       a.   Exactly how many Admins, GMs, and Mods should be appointed
       for the site
       b.   What are the exact responsibilities, and powers of each
       position?
       2.   The current staff should be wiped clean. No one would be
       considered a staff member during this period on the site
       3.   The members of the site will appoint, and vote on the new
       staff members as equals. A team of three trusted people will be
       appointed as the panel to manage the “election.” They will be
       granted temporary Admin powers in order to allow things to move
       properly.
       There are three steps to successfully nominating a member of
       staff:
       1.   A member (other than the appointed member) must nominate
       the member. The appointee must state at least one valid reason
       that the nominee would be good for the position
       2.   Another member (other than the appointed member must second
       the nomination
       3.   The appointed member must accept the nomination
       The rules for election will be as follows:
       1.   A forum will be set up specifically for the voting in of
       staff members. It will be created in the form of a multiple
       choice poll, in order for each member to vote for the proper
       amount of staff members. Votes will be counted according to I.P.
       Address, and only those who were members before the day the
       forum was erected will be permitted to vote. This will eradicate
       the issue of people voting with multiple accounts.
       2.   A predetermined period of time will be allotted for the
       election to take place. Those who fail to vote within the
       allotted time will forfeit the right to a say.

       I'm PRETTY sure, me doubting your reasoning on the staff wasn't
       a personal attack.
       now, take a breath and read what I said from the view of a user.
       if I wanted to attack you, I'd take it to the piss thread. As I
       didn't, doesn't mean you need to be rude with your response.

       I was wrong and reaching for nothing. ^_^ That, amaya, is being
       rude. I'm pretty sure the two admins I've proposed this to in
       private weren't as rude as you. (:

       she's done for the site, I think the site would benefit a lot
       more if there was a second admin with as many rights as she has,
       I.E. Final decision, complete overrule, ect; or if we gave a
       shot at a whole different 'head admin'. Though it's to my
       understanding all the admins have the same power, we all know
       that the site-creator has some-what of an upper hand.
       though I'm not on staff, I think the site would benefit a lot
       more with a set number of admins, GMs and maybe even two or
       three mods.
       For example; 6:4:2. Six admins, Four GMs and two mods.(will be
       explained later as to why I have this here) I think it'd be a
       LOT less of a hassle to get all the information to everyone if
       there was less staff. Also, I think we should (with the
       exception of Amaya until the voting is over) clear the staff and
       have the users vote. And then have a few people (Selected
       randomly) come together and vote on the electies. Once that's
       done, the 'staff' will be decided based on: Experiance, ability
       to maintain a site AND, though it may seem silly, but, their
       ability to contribute to the site's writing aspect. Afterall,
       that's what the site is for, correct?

       My train of thought on the writing contribution being a thing to
       look at  is this; If we're trying to have a staff guide a
       writing community, shouldn't we have staff that are willing to
       not only contribute to random role plays, but write with anyone
       willing? Mind you, I know it's not always easy to just sit and
       write.
       Now, for the reasoning on the Moderators; I figure, if you have
       two un-marked people as moderators (Though I expect they'll be
       listed in the staff, unless it's decided to not list them), sort
       of as the ''eyes and ears'' as the higher staff; they can look
       for users that may fit the staff well, should the staff as a
       whole decide to replace/add another staff member.

       Actually Anessa, the reason I became an admin and I still remain
       to be one has nothing to do with my closeness with amaya. I was
       chosen to be a GM because I have proven that I know when and
       where to draw the lines. I do not let people I like go under the
       radar much the same as I do not harass people that I do not
       like. Do to this I am a good person to be a GM because I remain
       un-biased and take thing by each incident rather than letting
       one incident influence me about the person for the future. I may
       not be doing much on this site anymore, but that is because it
       seems as though I am not needed as much. If a time arises that I
       find out that I am needed I will be here on a more regular
       basis. As per the writing aspect, that I do apologize for I have
       been having massive writers block and so I have not been able to
       do any writing let alone any role playing. As far as you saying
       that I am an asshole when I want to be. I never want to be an
       asshole, so I would thank you to not accuse me of such things.
       The only time I am rude to another person is when they are doing
       something that is crude or breaks the rules. If there is someone
       I don't like and I am in a bad mood I will inore them as to not
       be an asshole to them. So as I have said already, I would thank
       you to not accuse me of such things, especially when you say
       that you don't know much about me.
