I cant stress enough. I like all the staff and I think they do a
good job. out of every site ive been to this is my favorite.
both in organization and in our freedoms. its amazing. but they
could at least sign on. If they cant sign on? well then they
shouldnt be a moderator. their job is literally to sign on and
keep in touch with admins. yes we all have lives but if your
life overpowers your job then you shouldnt be a mod. Sorry guys.
I know im beating a dead horse. but this isnt a big deal. im
literally just looking for them to add one regular. Thats all
you need. =]

You're both right and wrong in your statement. Mods aren't
required to be present every day. But they should be at least
able to be contacted. For organizational purposes, every Mod
works directly under an admin, and they work together to hands
any issues that may arise.
It's true that Jelena and Keo are both consistently absent. But
they are Athena and Maru's mods respectively, and no one has the
authority to change that except Athena and Maru. Soraya was my
mod, but the change in staffing lead to her promotion to Admin.
Soraya and I have discussed your concerns and have decided that
each of us should go ahead and choose our own mods; An act that
we honestly haven't found too urgent up until this point due to
the lack of active members. We will put together a selection
process that well help us find the most effective mods that we
can, and hopefully start pushing towards getting the site fully
functional again.
Thank you for your suggestion. We'll get on it as soon as
possible.

No problem bro. it wasnt really a true blue concern. it was just
something that had me stumped a bit. =p
Always good to give an opinion even if nothing is done about it.

Just me thinking out loud but if we took away ooc from being
notified on the recent posts thing would that make people more
likely to rp? I mean not take ooc away completely. just from
being noticed on recent posts like the guest view. I feel like
itd be much easier to keep up on rps. II'd rather go into the
ooc to check than check each individual post I make instead of
being drowned in ooc. just a thought.

Just wanted to take the time to say good job guys. You staff
probably dont hear it enough. With Adam on the sites structure.
Thena on keeping us all here. Rai on his general upkeep. Razie
for the advertising. And of course all admins I missed. I just
wanted to say good job with this new wave of people starting up.
You's all deserve it. Thank you. =]

If you replace the Recent Posts ezBlock with the Recent Topics
ezBlock you will have more room to fit new posts and make the
forum easier to use.

I would like to state an opinion.
When I first joined this sight was pretty lively now you can
literally see tumble weeds. No one has a lot of time is the
excuse which is reasonable a lot of us have jobs but only one
person brought a hella lot of people on. Though I had big
problems with that person she did manage to get this site people
and I am new and could even see it. Your letting this die over
pride. I believe you should lift your ban on Razie. You dont
have to talk to or write with her. Or you can let people keep
leaving. Not like yous are on much anyways so whats the deal?
Anyhow we'll be leaving to a new sight probably.

I guess it's my place to respond to this.. Ugh..
One thing that needs to be established is that Razie was a
member of the Staff on this site. It was her responsibility to
promote and bring new members. Even if her ban were to be
lifted, she would no longer carry the responsibilities that she
carried before. There would be no reason, be it professionally,
or personally, for her to promote for us.
Furthermore, it isn't as simple as just "Don't write with her."
There was an incident before she was banned where a member did
not want Razie to participate in his rp. She felt some type of
way about that and threw an entire fit, even went so far as to
attempt to join another rp he was participating in, essentially
just to be petty. There are no guidelines for excluding a member
from an rp.
I'm a firm believer in forgiveness. But what I've been hearing
from people lately is "Razie is a problem, but we should let her
come back so we can use her to bring in more traffic." That
isn't fair to her. No member should be welcome to the site
pending conditions. If Razie's ban were to be lifted, it would
be to invite her back as a full fledged member of the site and
our community, not to pimp her out for members.

She has the best intrest for mow in the sense of traffic and she
wants to write like anyone else. I have just as many concerns
and such with her but she could really assist the site more than
anyone else is doing. Not to mention if the site is already this
dead what is it honestly hurting? And what about Razz? He had
the time, ideas, will to learn and was shot down. Everyone was
busy so again what does it hurt?
