Raijuta was really meticulous when it came to this topic...Don't
yall have a box in case situation like that happen? In some
people defense they do like to write some of there stress
away,they don't mean no harm by it but sometime it just happens

Everything suggested looks great.
However, a problem still lies with actual Role Play. There's too
many one on one's and solo RP's and not enough in the
Multiverse. There are enough RP threads; just lacking player's.
We don't get many newcomers but when we do, it may be difficult
for them to find an RP. Of course, there are many of us willing
to help newcomers but once they get the hang of Role Playing;
there wouldn't be much else for them to do but spar or RP with
those of us they know.
Thus; I suggest forming a group of dedicated Role Player's to
help along these lines. Joining each others' Multiverse RP's to
at least get things going. I realize how much work that's going
to take for each of said group's members. However, it's not like
anyone would have to post everyday. Just whenever they have the
time and will to do so. Even slow progress is still progress and
I'm sure those involved in each Multiverse RP would understand
that. It's just a suggestion, to get things moving along.

I have a suggestion.
An interest check section. Like if someone has an idea for a
role play the post their idea in the interest check section,
other role players will give feed back as to weather or not they
think the idea is good. See if other role players would be
interested in joining such a role play. In it you would
designate what kind of role play it is 1X1, group role play.
Romance, spar, whatever. It could also be a section to show what
kind of role plays you are interested in having. Such as FXF
female on female, FXM female on Male, MXM Male on male. You
could say some role play story lines you would like to do. Such
as Vampire to sire, fandoms, angel to demon. Anything. That way
if the idea isn't every well liked you don't have to do it. Or
you can be brave enough just to see if someone would do it,
before you put the effort into making an role play post.

I agree with Grimm's thoughts. on this.We need to get the group
rps rolling more so than just this one on one thing. We have
tried but there needs to be more shown to it. I suggest moving
the Kingdoms to the Multiverse, at least the ones that are
connected int he big web of the universe EX: Draconian, Tyret,
etc..

Alright.
So.. Before I type any of this; Lemme say this. there are things
I like about amaya. There are things that I like She does. I
think she has some really REALLY good intentions. But, from my
view; half the time, Amaya only does things that benefit her and
people close to her.
For example, the staff. Ken was only admin because, in my
opinion, he was close to her. Granted, he did have leadership
skills; Ken is hardly ever around and when he wasnts to be an
asshole.. he's an asshole. Also, same with Mike. To the t,
actually. And Greg and Jamie. though I don't know much of Greg,
I do believe the only reason he still ahs GM status is that he's
close to Amaya. Jamie.. we both know Jamie. he's got good
intentions sometimes, but, overall; if it benefits him, he'll go
for it.
In regards to her position on the staff; I believe she should
still be an admin, but not the head admin. Though I respect all
she's done for the site, I think the site would benefit a lot
more if there was a second admin with as many rights as she has,
I.E. Final decision, complete overrule, ect; or if we gave a
shot at a whole different 'head admin'. Though it's to my
understanding all the admins have the same power, we all know
that the site-creator has some-what of an upper hand.
though I'm not on staff, I think the site would benefit a lot
more with a set number of admins, GMs and maybe even two or
three mods.
For example; 6:4:2. Six admins, Four GMs and two mods.(will be
explained later as to why I have this here) I think it'd be a
LOT less of a hassle to get all the information to everyone if
there was less staff. Also, I think we should (with the
exception of Amaya until the voting is over) clear the staff and
have the users vote. And then have a few people (Selected
randomly) come together and vote on the electies. Once that's
done, the 'staff' will be decided based on: Experiance, ability
to maintain a site AND, though it may seem silly, but, their
ability to contribute to the site's writing aspect. Afterall,
that's what the site is for, correct?

My train of thought on the writing contribution being a thing to
look at is this; If we're trying to have a staff guide a
writing community, shouldn't we have staff that are willing to
not only contribute to random role plays, but write with anyone
willing? Mind you, I know it's not always easy to just sit and
write.
Now, for the reasoning on the Moderators; I figure, if you have
two un-marked people as moderators (Though I expect they'll be
listed in the staff, unless it's decided to not list them), sort
of as the ''eyes and ears'' as the higher staff; they can look
for users that may fit the staff well, should the staff as a
whole decide to replace/add another staff member.
