Soraya nods at Raijuta suggestion. “Yes, that would be nice.”
Glancing around, she thought about the option of decreasing the
battle and could not help but think it was too good to be true;
but she did hope. The realm around them was captivating, and
until now, she really did not have the time to really appreciate
it. It was crazy to think Raijuta stayed here in a beautiful
place like this by himself and the maids. Of course, that was
just an assumption; there could be plenty of other people here
outside of the dragons. Her eyes fall on the phoenix and she
sighed heavily going over to it. It looked so massive, yet, it
did not scare her. Running her fingers down its spine, her soul
calls out to it, calling it back to it. The bird vanishes into
the black energy, returning to her. The energy was dead silent,
for now. Turning back, she nods at Raijuta. “Hungry? I’ll cook.”

aijuta was upset that Soraya wasted no time reabsorbing the
Phoenix. He had hoped she would at least spend the night free of
it. It was well guarded here, after all, but if she felt off
without it, as he imagined she did, it only made sense. "Food
sounds nice." he said, heading back toward the house. Normally
he didn't let guests cook, but he still didn't see her as a
guest, rather a resident that had another home, as he was in the
Tyretian home. The realms began to change as they approached the
house, the snowcapped White Dragon's Realm commandeering the
property. Heavy snows and winds overcame the land, just as they
stepped into the house. He showed the woman to the kitchen,
showing her to all that it had to offer. The basics at least:
Pots, Pans and such. He told her that she could ask the help if
there was anything she couldn't find, and that he would be back
in a moment. He then headed up to his own room, and sat on the
floor, taking a meditative state to contact Genesis. There was
no telling how their interaction would go, but the Surgeon
rarely missed an opportunity for a profit. Surely he would be
willing to come within the next few hours...

Soraya was shivering by the time they walked in the house but
she hid it well from Raijuta knowing that was his nature.
Meandering around the kitchen, she prepares a meal; grilled
chicken with a side of sweet corn. It was simple but with her
special seasonings, she defines the taste of the food, making it
a little better. After she finishes the cooking she changes into
a pair of sweats and a hoodie to keep warm. Staring at the two
plates, her mind wanders to Raijuta’s room, wondering if he was
busy. Soraya takes the risk and goes to his room, knocking
lightly on the wooden door.
“Raijuta?” she asks, outside of the door.

The dark surgeon was as impleasant as ever, but he agreed to
come. Raijuta's conversation with Genesis had just ended when he
heard the knock at the door. "Come on in." he said, rising off
the ground, and walking over to open the door. "Did you need
help finding something?" He asked, not realizing that dinner was
done already. Deep, green eyes peered into her own on the way
past her and toward the stairs. He left his door open as always,
having nothing to hide. When he got downstairs, he qas quite
surprised to find dinner already on the table. How long had he
been up there? A smile on his face, he took a seat. "Genesis
agreed to come. He'll probably be here in an hour or two.

Soraya nodded at his comment, unsure of how she felt about
another person knowing about her. She had never been the type of
woman to openly let someone else know about herself, even though
it was something she could not control. Sitting at the table,
she began to eat her food but after a few minutes she started
picking at it thoughtfully. “I hope you like it,” she says her
eyes meeting his. Just as she said the words a horrible pain
shot through her head. The beast had awoken. Groaning, she
rubbed her temples as it roared in rage at being defeated and it
wanted blood; badly. Clearing her throat, Soraya grabs her plate
and goes to the sink, her hands shaking as she disposed the
remainder of her food. It really was an excuse to get away from
Raijuta before the phoenix within her attempted to take blood
from him.

The food looked delicious. Well seasoned, tender and tasty.
There was only one problem that needed fixing. He poked the
chicken breast with his index finger, sending a chill through
it, then picked up the semi frozen chicken, and took a bite.
"It's excellent." He told her. It was just what he needed, in
fact. He was finishing hlkfway finished with his meal when
Soraya's Demeanor completely changed. She rubbed her temple,
indicating head pain, and rushed away with a full plate. Raijuta
knew what this meant. Her Phoenix had awakened, and it was
angry. Raijuta had intended for her to stay separated from the
beast until Genesis arrived, so that he could do his work. Now,
they would probably have to extract and kill it once more. One
Phoenix was no match in a land FULL of dragons, but it was still
dangerous. There was no telling what damage the beast could
cause. Blood and souls... As the daughter of a Dragon, Soraya
should know that Dragons blood was deadly if injested. It
couldn't harm her, being a draconian herself, But if the
Phoenix consumed his blood, it would fall into death once more.
Perhaps that was the best course of action; Give it the blood it
craved, and wait for Genesis while it awaited it's rebirth. He
stood to his feet and extended his arm. "Bite me..."

Raijuta could sense the struggle within the woman as she rested
against the counter. Her willpower was impressive, though she
couldn't see her own strength. Even as he offered his arm
willingly, she resisted her innate urges. He had to admit, he
was impressed with her, though he did wish she would simply give
in and bite him. What she did instead was more than surprising.
When she wrapped her arms around the Ancient, he froze in place
momentarily, before following suit, and wrapping his arms around
her waist. She was soft... And light enough that he could have
lifted her with ease.. He could feel her breath flowing over his
neck and it was enough to send a chill flowing down even -his-
spine.
Her tongue across his skin, the moan that was released from her
lips...The feeling could be seen as nothing less than erotic. He
hated it! There was enough to think about with her own romantic
situation, and getting her powers under control, without him
getting himself caught into the mix with his own feelings. He
was here to be an aid, not another obstacle, and that was what
he would do. Swallowing his own instincts, he took a deep
breath, and lowered his head to the woman's ear. "It's ok. Bite
down." He said. He could still feel the blood lust radiating
from her. It moistened her breath as it slid across his skin. It
didn't matter if she bit his arm or his neck, she couldn't kill
him by simply drawing blood. It wouldn't take much at all to
quell the beast that ravaged within her. But she refused his
offer, turning and biting into her own skin instead. He wondered
what the effect would be. Being half Dragon, her blood should
have been almost as toxic as his own.
Surely enough, he felt the Phoenix silence, and Soraya grew
weak. He bent down, and picked the woman up in his arms. "It's
alright" He said, placing his forhead against hers gently. "I've
got you." He carried her up the stairs, and carefully laid her
on his bed, meanwhile, he took a seat on the ground and
attempted to contact the Surgeon once more. He needed him to
arrive before the Phoenix awakened. Otherwise they would have to
repeat this process all over again.
(Genesis will come after your next post.)

Just as Genesis arrived at the door, he recieved another
telepathic message from the Draconian. What a pest... he thought
to himself. "Don't rush me, boy..." was the only message he sent
in return. He took out the temporary invitational key and placed
in the door, and watched as it evaporated after use. He helped
himself in, and didn't wait for the help to come to him to guide
him to his client. Sensing Raijuta's familiar energy, he made
his way up the stairs and to the room, walking in without
invitation.
His appearance was grotesque; many hooks and wires piercing and
hanging from his body, what appeared to be a large burn masking
the upper half of his face. His jet black hair was wily and
unkept. And though his appearance was less than attractive,
there was an air of knowledge and wisdom about it. Except for
his hair, every oddity about his body was a surgery that he had
performed on himself. He ignored the woman and made his way to
Raijuta. "Alright, what do you want done this time.?" He asked,
looking down at the blonde haired Draconian who sat on the
ground. "I've operated on you twice already, what else could you
possibly need?"

If Rai was capable of reading minds, he would have considered it
as he carried Soraya up the stairs. She seemed so troubled... So
lost... But this was a moment that he would have expected her
mind to be at peace... "Penny for your thoughts?" he asked,
knowing damn well he didn't have a penny. As he contacted the
Doctor, he recieved only a rude reply before Genesis let himself
in. He was harsh and abrasive as usual, but it was to be
expected. He stood to his feet to respond. "I'm not the one
recieving the Surgery this time." He said, now looking down at
the slightly shorter man. "She is." He gestured toward Soraya.
"She'll be receiving a surgery similar to mine." He removed his
glove, exposing the red Jewel in his palm. "But instead of the
Solidus stones you gave me, I want you to implant an Effusio
Anima stone." He walked away from the surgeon and over to a
glass tank on the other side of his bed, before returning with a
silver Dragon egg. "For your payment..." He hesitated, before
handing the egg over. "Take this." The Silver Dragon is very
rare. You'll be able to create quite a weapon if you harness
it's energy."

Genesis was a bit surprised when Raijuta said that he wouldn't
be recieving another surgery. he didn't speak for a while, as
Raijuta explained his request. His eyes rolled to the ceiling,
as if he were trying to recall if he still carried such an item.
He then nodded his head, preparing to ask Raijuta what he would
offer as payment, but before he could, Raijuta showed him. A
Dragon egg... And a rare specimen at that... "I see you've
learned my polivies well." Genesis said, taking the egg from
Raijuta and placing it in a bag he was carrying. Of course, he
didn't need to take the egg. He could extract the energy from it
and leave it intact for Raijuta to keep, but he wouldn't tell
him that. After all, his was a business of sacrifice. If you
didn't give anything of value away, then you must not have truly
wanted his services. He then reached his entire arm into the
small bag, feeling around as if there were several compartmenets
inside. What he pulled out was an eight sided jewel, similar to
the one imbedded in Raijuta's palm. But this jewel was jet back,
and reflected the light differently.l There was something
ominous about it, as it was a jewel of sacrifice.
Once his hands settled on the jem, he placed the bag on the
ground, and turned to face Soraya, looking her over intensely.
For moments he didn't say anything. Instead, something changed
in his eyes, as if a flame lit behind his black irises. It was
another surgery he had performed on himself, likelise, one he
had implanted in Raijuta, to a lesser degree. What this occular
implant did, was identify energy and it's strength. And what he
saw within the woman was unique indeed. A Dragons energy which
held strong, and a temporarily dormant Black Phoenix. "I see."
He finally said. "So where would you like the jewel implanted?
It would be the only question he asked before he went to work...
