Re: Cyrstalia
By: Osuka Date: April 21, 2012, 1:27 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
For only a brief moment, if not for the slightest iota of a mere
nanosecond, there was a searing warmth in the air by the
diameter of a grain of sand. It went as fast as it came. But
then another sparked, this time only the slightest flickering of
life showing itself to the world. Then more. Soon, the air in
the small space just large enough for a baseball became alight
in a light green flame, flickering and wavering only with the
wind as it breezed this way and that. It only continued to fuel
the fire though as it began to grow in its intensity until it
erupted in a vertical fashion, just enough for the fire to touch
down to the ground and flicker at a height of five-foot-seven.
Then, as if being brushed away, pieces of the fire here and
there would die away, forming fingers, palms, and arms, then
legs and feet. This process was nearly simultaneous in its
execution before the fires flickered away to reveal a form that
had changed almost indescribably. Instead of his normal
white-and-blue-streaked mane, Osuka's locks had turned a golden
blonde and stood in places, and at his brow was a spark of fire
that slowly began to die until it was no more. Golden eyes had
kept the same, yet one would notice that there wasn't so much as
an iota of evidence that he was a Kitsune. His slender jaw and
small nose were still the same as well as his lips which were
always upturned in a soft, gentle smile.
His appearance besides this though was much different. A black
cloak donned his shoulders and wrapped around his body, clasped
with a golden chain held by emerald gems upon either side.
Underneath the cloak was a half buttoned pinstripe shirt where
his deity of protection pendant was easily visible. Long black
slacks clothed his lower body with his combat boots which had
the metal toe outside the boot. Metal plating also covered the
soles of his boots. The one thing that had truly changed though,
was his left hand.
It was replaced.
Due to an accident that had occurred during his development of a
new armor system for a Family he would be starting, Osuka had
lost his hand and was forced to fashion a new one made of
Mythril steel, the strongest metal he could find. Though he
could, obviously, no longer feel touch within the hand, it was
easy to deem that it amplified his fire abilities. The hand was
always hotter than his body whose temperature was always
one-hundred twenty, and for a curious person to touch such a
newer appendage would be scalded and be left with a burned
imprint of wherever they laid their hand upon. This, for now,
wasn't exactly controllable, but it was something he would
simply live with.
For now, golden orbs flicked this way and that, attaining a
familiarity with the area before he smiled even more.. He was
reminded of the reason he had come here. Lady Fayt had been
under-the-radar for quite a while, and last he heard, this would
be the place he could find her. Of course, as far as information
brokers went, sometimes they were unreliable. There were even
other of his Deity Colleagues who hadn't even heard a single
breath of the woman. Some were even confused as to who she was.
But for now, it didn't matter. He was here, and he would find
her. But would he even be recognized? He had changed so
drastically. Even his energy readings have become different. His
appearance, scent, even the execution of his abilities have
changed.
“I wonder if they know...” he pondered to himself quietly, his
right hand stroking his chin for only a moment.

Kieri smiled a bit and looked up at the ceiling for a
moment. As though she was lost in thought before she felt her
tongue go numb and her teeth start to tingle a bit. Blinking a
few times, she removed the pop from her lips and chuckled just
lightly, looking to Yuro with a soft smile. "Oh? So what of me
then if I were to feed off you?" Pausing, she leaned forward and
licked a bit of the popsicle juice from the corner of his lips,
blushing lightly. "Tengus generally never feed off anyone other
than their lover.. Because it's seen as cheating if their fangs
touch another. So I think I'd be just a bit jealous if you went
about sinking your teeth into others unless their animals!" She
said this with a light laugh, looking to him with that same
goofy smile. Standing up, she straightened the strap of her
dress and kept the large wings pulled in tight against her back
before she held her hand out to him. "Love.. I think anything is
possible as long as we have each other.."
Thinking to herself, she thought of something before she looked
to him and lightly chewed on her lip before she replaced that
habit with the popsicle. Smiling once more as she removed the
treat, she leaned forward and lightly nipped at his lip
playfully. "We can accomplish anything, Yuro.. We've got each
other.. I already told you, that I love you for you.. We're both
the same diet wise, and we love each other.. So I see no problem
with the way things are between us.. But if there is anything
you want for you, make sure it's what you want the most when I
give you that white feather in the morning.." She said this in a
light, almost wind like, whisper before she straightened out and
nodded. "We can go for a walk if you'd like."
Amaya had been simply lounging with her daughter, watching
over her, until she felt a new presence in her home. In that
instant, she pulled the black cloak on after realizing who it
was and slipped out of the house. For now, she'd rather leave
the dramatics out of Yuro and Kieri's way. They already knew of
what happened, but it was apparent that he wasn't aware.
Quickly, she made her way to him in a flash. That thick scent of
strawberries easy to identify as she snatched his arm and
quickly manifested them to the house where his mother, and her
daughter, lay without movement. "It's been a very long time,
dear.. I'm well aware you don't know of her condition, so I'll
tell you.. She's slipped into a coma due to complications with
her and Adel's child. I've been watching over her, she's very
much alive, but not responsive otherwise. There is nothing I
myself can do at the moment because I need Adel here to help me
with it. Is your mother the only reason you are here?"
She asked this as she looked towards him, removing her cloak and
sitting down. Fayt looked as though she could wake up any
second, but that certainly wasn't the case. Deme on the other
hand, looked confused as all get out before he just dismissed it
and decided not to speak for the moment, simply keeping in place
on the bed to watch over his sister.

Yuro blushed as well as she licked the corner of his lips and
nibbled on his lower lip. Chuckling lightly, he got up and
picked her up easily. "You're right. We can overcome anything."
He whispered to her, walking to the door. He opened it, still
holding her and walked outside. Setting her down, he looked
around, frowning. He was sure he felt a different energy again,
other than Amaya's. He could feel her energy back again as well.
Frowning lightly, he wondered if something was going on. As he
looked around, he didn't see anyone anymore. Looking over at
Fayt's house, he wondered if something happened. Shrugging it
off, he looked back at Kieri with a small smile. The cool air
hit his body, somewhat relaxing. Though, he had been able to
push back the changes for Deme, the ice abilities did return.
Looking up at the sky, Yuro noticed his white hair changing deep
blue again. His alternate looks appeared again as his body
became chilly. He sighed lightly and shook his head. "I have to
be in this form. If I keep it down for a night, it could change
me forever. I rather not have that happen at all." He whispered,
his breath noticeable in the air. He started walking just
towards the north side, not knowing where he was going. "Did you
sense that other energy as well? It felt so strange.. I wonder
what's going on there." He mumbled, his eyes back at the sky
again.

The scent of strawberries was a hint of at least one person he
had known here before the woman had appeared, so he knew not to
take a more defensive action when he felt a sudden snag around
his arm. Any other person may have been met with hostility due
to his need for secrecy. There was someone still out there,
after hundreds of years in his realm, that was still after him
with a vehemence that he has never known from another. The quick
snap from the outside environment to an indoor setting was
something he had to blink to accept, but it likely had many
other reasons behind it as well. Light, environment, etc., but
the moment his eyes laid upon his mother, nothing had mattered.
What was worse was that he couldn't hear any kind of signs that
gave the woman known vitality. No heartbeat, no organ
functioning – nothing.
It was setting Osuka on edge.
Why couldn't he hear anything?! The light shock that he would
have felt had been drowned out by the rise of anxiety and fury
that he had been experiencing. Steam began to rise from his body
as he listened in on Amaya's words. She wasn't waking up because
her man was elsewhere. Why was he elsewhere when there was a
child involved?! Maybe it was his own past that brought this to
be such a problem with him? Or maybe because it was just his
mother. Osuka's body immediately caught fire and shifted to
nothing but a raging green silhouette of his form. The flames
weren't designed to be heated. They wouldn't cause fires to rise
from where he stood or what he touched. Merely, this was the
form his body undertook after a certain amount of rage.
Something very new and uncontrollable to him.
The only drawback was that this form couldn't verbally
communicate. Instead, the form only paced forth to stand closer
to it's mother, yet when it stood near her, it seemed to be
perfectly still, as if a flickering statue of rage. If the man
didn't show up on his own free will, then the form would find
this “Adel” and drag him back by his feet if he had to. Maybe
even a bodybag until he could bring him back to life here? To
this form, it didn't matter. This was the side of Osuka that
would rather destroy than simply let come what may, but it knew
that running off wouldn't help its mother any. This was why it
was so still. Conflict didn't bode well with this form, yet
until the energy drained completely for it, nothing about it
would change. Though only one thought kept in its mind.
“Where is he...?”

Kieri chuckled lightly before turning a deep red when he
picked her up. Smiling brightly, she settled herself on the
ground and watched as he changed. Blinking a few times in
surprise, she just kept her smile and gently wound her fingers
in his as she didn't mind the cold for the moment. "I'm sure it
was nothing, she's had people coming in and out of that house
since it happened.. So it was probably just someone she knows."
She said reassuringly before she looked around with a light
smile. It was at that point that she stretched her wings out and
let them rest lazily instead of being bound tightly to her back.
Gently tugging on him, she got a few steps ahead and started to
lead the way. "I want to show you something I saw while I was
here for that while.." She didn't want to say,'While I was
dead.', so she worded it differently. Keeping that out of the
picture, considering she didn't quite want to remember being
separated from him for so long.
In all reality, Kieri just wanted to spend time with him no
matter what they were doing. So she didn't mind where ever they
went for now, but she wanted to show him the place she saw
months ago. Wondering if it still looked the same, she didn't
care as her wings sort of dragged against the ground. Lightly
pulling him along the path, she'd look back at him with that
goofy smile and laugh as she lead the way. It was only a few
moments longer when they reached a large cavern like structure
completely devised of blue crystal. Guiding him close beside
her, she kept him on the narrow path that was shadowed by a
rushing river of what seemed like light. A river of blue light
that reflected off the cavern's crystal walls to show the
different colors of the prism effect. Though that wasn't all,
once they got deep enough into the structure, an entire bundle
of unorthodox flowers were growing everywhere, like the river of
light was the water they needed to survive. Providing all the
needs for plants to survive. "I wanted to show you this.. For a
very long time now.." She said, looking up to him with that
softer, sweeter, smile.

Yuro smiled as Kieri entwined her fingers with his. He followed
her easily, since he had no clue where to go. He nodded at her
words, feeling quite excited about what she wanted to show him.
He looked at her wings and just admired them. They looked
beautiful. But then again, everything looked beautiful on Kieri.
He kept a good hold on her hand as he followed her, his paces
quickening as well so he could easily keep up with her. Looking
around, he looked back at her again as she spoke. "Months ago?
Hmm.." He was curious at what she wanted to show him, feeling
slightly nervous. As he saw a cavern up ahead, he was quite
surprised. The beauty that it showed as they entered was
dazzling. He loved it. A smile curled over his lips, still
following Kieri deeper into the cavern. As he saw all those
flowers, some kind of peace washed over his body and mind. It
really felt relaxing in here. His eyes met Kieri's again and
frowned lightly. He started to walk slower, enjoying the
beautiful light and scenery. "This surely is a beautiful
place... As if it fits perfectly here. It feels so special.." he
whispered, holding her close to him, smiling a bit more. He felt
genuinely happy, and especially because Kieri was back with him
again. He felt his heartbeat rising for some odd reason, not
even knowing what it was. But thanks to this happy feeling, his
appearance changed back to normal, only his eyes stayed red,
like they actually used to be. The red light shone beautifully
in the light of the cavern. Yuro's eyes went back to Kieri,
placing a kiss on her forehead. "It's really beautiful.. thank
you, for showing me such wonder.." he whispered to her, cradling
her closer to him.

Blond hair, violent and red eyes, salted with specks of light, a
little skirt and tight tank dressed the young Nagase as she made
her monthly visit to see her prone mother, lady Fayt. Her hands
held a bundle of Azaleas, freshly picked from the Northern
regions of Edenia; a flower that she was named after due to
Rose's influence. She knew that her father was having battles
with himself, battles that would sometimes force him to leave
for times unregistered, but at least she was able to see him.
The main one to care for her, was her grandmother Amaya and
sometimes Adel with Rose and Serenity. Athena's eyes glowed as
she neared the house, the luminous flesh shone upon the
overlaying crystals which would show her presence before she
even neared the house itself. Upon entering, she seen Amaya
there with a strange flaming being standing near her mother.
Casting a quick glance to her mother, then Amaya, Athena frowned
tilted her head at the 'figure' standing there. "Who the hell is
this by my mother?!" Athena erupted; seems that Amaya had taught
her well.

Amaya watched him carefully, only sighing a bit as she
shook her head when rage took over everything. It was to be
expected though, Fayt had taken him in as a son and wouldn't
ever dare treat him any other way. She could understand this,
because she had adopted many children herself and loved them all
dearly. Hell, even Yuro had pretty much become a son to her,
which made Kieri her daughter in a way. Standing up, she looked
to Osuka and smiled. "Calm down.. You can't hear her vitals
because I have a block up to make sure that no one knows she's
in a coma.. We don't need any trouble and this old grandmother
really doesn't feel like getting into a lot of fights. Adel has
been around for Fayt, but because of my busy work and
everything, we've never really been around at the same time.. I
have to take care of everyone, Osuka.. My daughter understands
this.. You need to understand that you need to calm down.
Everything will be alright, okay?"
There it was, that same old Amaya smile that could calm a raging
forest fire from dry woodlands. Demetrious wasn't astounded by
the change of form really, he had seen much stranger, but what
he was curious about; was who this guy was? He wasn't sure, so
he looked at his mother for an answer but got none for the time
being. For now, he'd leave it be and simply stay with his
sister. If this guy was adopted by Fayt, or some how a child of
her's from long ago, that would make him family. So that meant
that Deme would trust him for now. After all, he could trust
Yuro easily, without fail and he wasn't of blood. As Athena
showed herself, Amaya could not help but to laugh at her
absolute familiar approach to things. Smiling, she walked up to
her granddaughter and wrapped her into a light hug, being
mindful of the flowers before releasing her. "Ah, worry not my
dear.. This is your brother by adoption.. He did not know about
your mother being in a coma and is in a bit of a rage.."
Pausing for a moment, she sighed and looked over at her
daughter's motionless body before giving a faint smile to
Athena. "My dear.. It's about time we get things going so your
dear brother and you can have your mother back. You've been able
to visit her whilst he has been in hiding for a very long time..
He had not known, but he is your older brother.. So treat him
kindly.. For now though, I need you to get your father here.. We
need to wake your mother up finally now that everyone she cares
for is at our home. This does include your uncle and soon to be
aunt, but they are currently else where and not in the house. So
we will leave them be, for your uncle's fiance and him have just
reunited with each other." Smiling still, she guided Athena to
sit down on the bed next to Deme, who gave her a cheerful hug
and then went back to remaining as stoic as ever. Amaya soon
joining the two before looking to Osuka. "Please change back and
sit down now, child. I really think your mother would rather see
you for you, not some glob of green flame." She said with a
chuckle.
~Kieri~
When he smiled, she felt her heart skyrocket in it's
pulse. She absolutely loved it when he smiled, it seemed to wash
her with warmth she had long missed. Wrapping her arms around
him, she kept herself as close as humanly possible at this
point, wanting nothing to part them. Seeing the changes, she
didn't mind, he looked like himself, and that was adding more to
the comfort. "I'm so glad you like it.." She whispered lightly,
almost as if any loud sound would disrupt them. Standing on the
tips of her toes, she slipped her hands up to his shoulders
before draping her arms around the back of his neck as she
placed a gentle and loving kiss upon his lips. Nothing,
absolutely nothing, could take this moment from them. For that,
she was grateful. Lingering there for a few moments longer, she
hesitated before pulling away and gently guiding him along the
small path through the flowers into the middle of them. Pulling
him down with her, she giggled and gently nuzzled his neck
affectionately. "I love you, Yuro.."

All this was just too good to be true. Was it even really
happening? It had to be, because he could feel Kieri so close to
him, it made his own heartbeat go faster than usual. He closed
his eyes for a moment as he felt her lips against his, pressing
his own back lovingly, lingering as well. As she parted, he
opened his eyes again, realizing that everything was perfect
when she was around. Following her lead slowly, he laid down
with her in the middle of the flowers. He inhaled deeply, taking
in all the sweet scents. As she nuzzled his neck affectionately,
somehow, a shudder crossed his body. He felt different, somehow.
As if a desire was slowly coming up. A desire he never felt
before. Sighing lightly, he wasn't sure what to do with this and
frowned lightly for a second. As Kieri spoke again, he smiled
happily. "I love you too, Kieri. So much.." he whispered to her,
not wanting to disturb the area with loud sounds. His arms moved
around her, his lips kissing her neck softly, going up to her
jawline, his arms still holding her close to him. "So much..."
he repeated again, closing his eyes, letting his warm breath
splay over the skin of her neck.

The gentle words and caresses sent chills up her spine,
but that only made her smile as the thudding in her rib cage
continued to throb without fail at it's faster pace. Yet that
pace only increased when she felt the warm breath wash over her
neck and the lightest kisses being placed there. Her flesh
seemed to get warmer and she felt absolutely enthralled without
knowing why. Never before had she ever experienced such a thing
other than blushing and kissing, feeling her heart become
erratic when she was around him. This was much different though,
but enjoyable. Lightly chewing on her lower lip, her arms
wrapped around him as she felt that line of blush return with a
vengeance. Slowly nuzzling his neck in return, she lightly
planted a gentle kiss there as she smiled lightly. That tense
feeling in her chest rising with her quickening heart beat as
she never wanted to let him go. "I love you so very much.." Even
her voice sounded a bit different, breathless almost.
