       Oen's Elemental Training - Ice
   DIR By: Landon Yamato
       Date: January 4, 2012, 3:11 pm
       ---------------------------------------------------------
sitting on the old brittle wooden planks of a pier he looked out
and smiled, before him lay an ocean vast and beautiful, where
new mysteries unfolded every day, where new locations popped up
and where new depths never ceased to exist. Though right now the
mysteries, locations and depths had to wait, instead he was
getting ready something that would be much more interesting for
him. "I'm going to bring an old friend home father..." He smiled
softly to himself as his voice gently carried outwards. "Can you
let gran know..." He lowered his head slowly, his gaze dropping
to the small boat that bobbed in the water below him.
It wasn't often he would be like this, like a child, but he was
heading to the one place where he knew he could get everything
done, he was heading to his home, where his father had taken him
only for special occasions, where he had been forced to master
his elements... he was looking forward to finally getting to see
everything again, the thick layers of perfectly white snow, the
tall mountains of ice and the sunset view from his fathers
perch... Though most of all he was looking forward to seeing
their graves. "He's late..." He sighed softly looking back out
to the ocean, his mind wandering to how the country was doing,
it had always been coated in ice and snow, it's winds had always
been enough to cause things to freeze almost on touch. He still
remembered the first day he got there... Unlike anywhere else in
the world, this location had something special... Tree's made of
ice, how the cold breeze would freeze the moisture in them and
force them to slowly change the way they existed...

Oen was wondering through the town, a back pack on his back, and
two blades on his hip. Oen knew he was late, or he would have
known if it wasn't for all the food stands he kept spotting. "Oh
whats that?!" His nose more powerful then his mind, lead him to
a beef on a stick stand where he order some before continue to
walk while munching on it. "Hm, what was it, why did I come
here?" Oen dug his teeth into the beef, ripping a chunk of
before chewing and pushing it down his through with a gulp"OH
yea, training." Oen looked at the bright blue sky, thinking back
to when his father said he would be off training for a while,
this both excited and saddened Oen. Oen liked to train, he liked
getting stronger, but he also had a few friends now, friends he
might not see for a while. "Wonder if they will notice I'm
gone." He took another bite before continuing to walk.
The sound of a bag hitting the ground would fill Landon's ears.
"hey, how ya doing." Oen took another bite out of his third beef
stick holding another one out to him. "Want some?" Oen smiled
while chewing his newest bite of beef. He gulped to push the
meat down his throat before speaking again. "So, when and where
       does this training happen?"

he turned and looked to the boy before him, he looked younger
than he did when they met, though he also seemed oblivious to
Landon and what the fight's they had when younger, he took a
moment to look the Oen up and down then smiled as he looked at
the stick of beef. "I'm not hungry, thank you though..." He
placed his hand on the wood and began to lift himself up to his
feet. His jacket falling down around him only to be caught by
the wind and dance behind him. "Your training starts now... It's
location is far away..." He smiled softly then began to take his
jacket off revealing a small ice blue sword attached to the back
of his belt. "Have you got everything you need? If you need more
food or some drink? Any medicine or supplies... Go and get them
       now, i'll wait."

Oen eat his last beef stick in one bite and tossed it behind
him, sliding his arm across his mouth to get rid of the juice
that has escaped. "Oh, that wont be need." His arm dropped, and
his aura changed slightly to a more serous one. "I can survive
on little to no food for quite some time. As for medicine, I
never been sick in my life, and my wounds simply need time to
heal." Oen looked at Landon sword smirking a bit as he put his
head to the side. "Far away eh? heh, I'm all fired up."

As Oen let go of the stick he dropped his jacket, a small trail
of dust surrounding the ground where his feet were only so he
could catch the stick and place it back in his hand. "First
lesson.. if you don't treat nature properly... Your never master
what you seek." Smiling he walked back to where he was standing,
picked up his jacket and smiled jumping down off the edge of the
pier and into the small boat, yet no force was placed on the
boat, and no sound of him landing echoed out. "Shall we be
       going?"

Oen blinked, his eyes going to the side as if looking behind
himself, then back in front of him, following his movements.
"It's wood, it doesn't hurt nature no more then a twig." Oen
looked over the peir at the boat. "..in that?" Oen blinked a few
times, his aura change to what it was like when he first came.
"Um, alright." Oen sat on the dock, turning on his belly and
slowly slide himself into the boat as if he was a child. His
hands grabbed each side of the boat as if fearful of falling
       out. "O-ok lets go."

Laughing softly at Oen he dropped his jacket of his head and sat
down at the back of the boat, his arms hanging over the edge and
his head hanging backwards. "Oen can you swim?" He smiled softly
looking up to the sky before pushing on the side of the boat yet
held no interest in making sure it's direction was correct or if
everything was prepared. "Your need that jacket when we get
closer... The wind's have been known to kill..."

Oen jumped to his feet putting a foot forward. "Yes I can swim!"
As Landon pushed the boat Oen felt it move from side to side
since he stood up so fast, with that movement Oen melted hanging
his body somewhat over the edge of the boat. "I hate, boats."
Oen looked over at Landon. "You underestimate the training I
have already done." Oen smirked, but it soon went away as his
face turned green and he groaned a bit. "Are we there yet?"

"We won't be there for a while... we can get there sooner... but
it's probably going to make you feel worse..." Landon sat up and
smiled, his eyes shining like the surface of the water. "But
then we can take it slow and steady and you can just wait for
the feeling to pass..." He laughed before dropping his head once
more. "Let me know what you want..."

Oen felt the waves rocking the boat, back and forth, back and
forth back and forth till he almost puked but held it in. "Um, I
say, the sooner the better, I might feel worse, but it wont last
as long." Oen hated traveling on boats, and he had no idea how
he got sick so easily, him a demon prince, a powerful warrior by
all means, and yet reduced to nothing but a child on a boat.
