Maybe he was being too forward, asking to travel along side
her; seeing as he had known her for long. Hopefully, she would
allow him to accompany her, he had grown attached to here and
did not wanna leave her side anytime soon. She had given him
everything, shown him what she could do and treated him as an
equal. It had been a long time, since anyone treated Soulless
with an shred of respect; most people either feared him, or
disliked who he had become. He couldn't place blame in them, he
was not normal, no where near it anymore; he was more machine
than man and it threw people for a loop.
With a loud thud, Soulless allowed himself to fall backwards;
back resting against the earth. Emotions a plenty take
possession of his mind, Bella being the dominant subject of his
thoughts; how could this have happened? He was not suppose to
feel this way anymore, he couldn't; he wasn't able to care for
another. These thoughts made him daydream of being human-esk
again, wishing things could be normal for once; so he could
experience everything truly.
The glowing crimson orbs in his scanner gazed upon her fair
beauty; taking in every inch of her frame. He shook his head
slightly, trying to clear such thoughts from his head; he could
not continue on, feeling like this. "I owe you and I may admire
you...." He could feel another phantom smile, tugging at the
lips he no longer possessed; his words spoken softly, a heavy
heart in his chest. "You haven given me life again, you have
also given me a reason to not wonder aimlessly, anymore." He
often thought of anywhere he wanted to travel; nothing really
came to mind, he had no idea where to begin.
"My accident? I barely remember it, I will try and tell you
sometime." His scanner looks back up the sky, as his arms rest
behind his head; propping it off of the ground slightly. Was
this cold existence permanent? Or could he return to his old
form? Anything seemed possible, in this world he inhabited.
Maybe he didn't have to live this way, maybe he could feel her
touch again; maybe, someday. Though he gave his fullest effort
to stop his emotional thought process, he couldn't; it had been
ages, since anyone had shown him any sort of interest. He would
just have to see where things went.

She smiled softly as she heard a thud as Soulless body hit the
ground next to her. She continued to look up at the sky, sighing
as the clouds slowly rolled past. A giggle escaped the womans
mouth as she noticed a cloud in the shape of a bunny rabbit that
seemed to be hopping to try and catch a carrot. She points it
out*" Look! A bunny chasing a carrot"*for some reason it caused
her to erupt into laughter. After a couple moments of a laughing
fit Bella sighed softly and rolled over on her side, placing her
head into her hand as she looked over at soulless*
Hearing that he admired her made her insides warm. All she
really did was something that any other angelus would have done.
Or any other human who had any compassion in their hearts at
all. She smiled as she looked over at him for a moment*" Really,
you do not have to thank me at all, I did what anyone with a
heart and the power to do so would have done. But thank you for
your admiration and you have given me a reason to not wander
aimlessly alone either. It is nice to have a companion"
*She leaned back on the grass once again, placing her hands
behind her head and making herself comfortable*"Well whenever
you remember or would like to share I will listen with open
ears. I like hearing peoples stories. It is always refreshing
and it gives me a break from having to share my own"*She
chuckled softly and continued to look towards the clouds,
wondering if she would find any other funny clouds in the sky*

Soulless had lifted himself back up slightly, giving him a
better view of the bunny; his scanner locked in it with intense
focus, as it seemed to chase the carrot. Her laughter was sweet,
and refreshing; bringing joy to Soulless as he listened, and
watched contently. Upon her gaze falling to Soulless, he looked
back at her; the crimson orbs glowing brighter over time, as
their gaze meets.
Soulless took a few moments to process what she was saying,
tilting his head slightly as she spoke; he continued looking
upon her. "You would be surprised. How many times I have been
ignored, pointed at, or made a joke of..." A soft sigh passed
his speakers once more, as his head began to hang slightly;
having remembered certain events that transpired, during his
lengthy travels. "It is not just about giving a hand; it is
about showing pure compassion." His head raised slowly, locking
gaze with Bella once more.
"It is always nice to be in the company, of those who are
worth it." A soft laugh bellowed from within, as he slowly began
the process of sitting himself up; his circuits and joints,
creaking and screeching slightly as he pushes himself up. The
sounds faded carelessly, as he extends his legs slowly; forcing
himself back onto his feet. He rarely ever tried to sit, or lie
down anymore; finding it too stressful to get back up. He had
not become substantially heavier, his new body just did not like
to bend, or stretch anymore.
Slowly, but surely; Soulless began to walk over to where
Bella lie. Upon reaching her, he leaned down slightly;grabbing
her silky fingers with his cool, metallic fingers. With a slight
tug of his right arm, he pulls her to a standing position, a few
inches in front of her; he looks down at her, feeling another
phantom smile tug his non-existence lips. Slowly, and gently, he
wraps his arms around her; taking her into a peaceful embrace, a
gentle hug. "Thank you...."

Bella noted how his orbs seemed to glow brighter and it
intrigued her as their gaze met. A gentle smile graced her lips
as she looked at him for a moment before allowing herself to
glance back at the sky once more. She loved nature, and being in
nature it always seemed to call to her. She never liked being in
the house and her mother used to have to beg her to come inside
for a while.
She listened intently to him as he spoke, her smile turning into
a slight frown when he mentioned being ignored or mocked or made
fun of*" Oh no...thats sad. People do not have enough compassion
in this world, that is what I have come to realize. That is why
i will always show others as much compassion and love as I truly
can" *her eyes met his again as she continued speaking*
She allowed a chuckle to escape her lips as he mentioned it was
worth being in company with her*" Well thank you, its worth
being in your company as well. You have made today delightful"
*she watched as he started to rise, his body making a wide
variety of noises as he tried to stand up. She wondered if it
was painful or if it just sounded so.
Bella looked up as he began to walk over to her, a smile graced
her lips once more as she felt his hand grasp her and pull her
up. She chuckled softly as she bounced to her feet. Before she
was able to tell him thank you she was being wrapped in an
embrace. She wrapped her arms around him, hugging him back as
her eyes sparkled with delight*" You are very welcome! "

Soulless knew the future would be brighter from here on out,
things would continue to improve and look up; as long as she was
around. Maybe he was putting too much stock in a stranger, maybe
he was being perfectly rational; only time would truly tell.
This is what he had longed for, missing the companionship of
another, it was refreshing.
Though he knew it was time to start moving again, his arms
did not want to release her; he wanted to keep her in a close
embrace. With the concerning thought of being weird for holding
her in his arms, he releases her from his embrace; he felt the
fire of a blush, but knew it was not truly there. "People can be
cold, but I expect nothing else." His head nodded slightly, as
his words came to an end; silent and mechanical. The moment he
realized what he had become, he knew his life was not going to
be the same; even that still could not fully prepare him for the
cold shoulders.
"I appreciate your kind words. They help immensely." He
slowly began to turn around from her, pivoting on his left foot;
his scanner begins to look in the direction opposite from where
they stood. Throughout their conversations and sitting around,
he wondered what was next; he had no where in particular he
needed to be. He did not know if she had a particular
destination, it did not really matter though; for he would
accompany her wherever her heart desired.
"Where are you going? If you do not mind my asking." Soulless
felt inquisitive, he wanted to know why she was here and where
she was going; but felt rude outright asking. Hopefully it would
not be too much of an inconvenience to ask her, to wanna travel
along with her. He could only hope she would tell him and that
she would not mind his company; maybe it would be welcomed.

Being released from Soulless grasp she allowed her smile to
brighter as she took a step back for a moment. She nodded as she
looked around the area, thinking about where she wanted to head
to next before placing her attention back on him once more*" It
truly is sad how cold people can be. I am really starting to
lose faith in every race. We need more loving and caring people
in the world. I am not sure what happened to cause so much love
to be stolen from people but it is sad.
Hearing him speak about how he appreciated her kind words made
it to where she couldn't get her smile to fade even if she had
wanted it to. Her cheeks turned a soft pink, hopefully not pink
enough for him to notice the difference before she watched him
pivot and turn away from her. She let out a soft sigh of relief
as he turned, hoping he hadn't caught the look on her face. She
couldn't help but laugh at herself inside a little bit. Why she
even cared about if he saw her blush she had no idea.
Bella mind had wandered off for a moment but she was quickly
brought back to the here and now as soon as she heard Soulless
voice once more. She thought for a moment about where she was
heading and shrugged because she hadn't the slightest clue*" To
be honest, I do not really have anywhere that I am headed
specifically. I may just go back to my home for a while and see
if there is anyone in need of my help since I have been gone for
a while. " She looked around the area and closed her eyes,
picturing her home she let out another sigh. She opened her eyes
and they sparkled softly as she turned to look at him. She
extended her hand out to him, not knowing if he would take it or
not*" Would you like to come with me?" She was going to try and
teleport them there and if she couldnt then she would just fly
there instead. She waited patiently for him to respond to her,
her smile never leaving her face.

The feeling of cold, discouraging, soul crushing sadness had
left Soulless; her words were so kind, so genuine, so pure and
he could not help but feel what would be a smile. "People can be
incredibly cruel, but one such as myself gets use to it..." A
soft sigh could be heard exiting Soulless, as he turned his gaze
and attention to Bella. She was his sole focus, his sole purpose
for moving forward as of now; and he planned to keep it that
way.
"I have no where else to go, so, I would love nothing more
than to go with you." If a machine could emulate happiness,
Soulless would be giddy like an excited child. No one had ever
asked him to accompany them, at least not from what little he
could remember; it was like Christmas come early. Without word,
nor warning, Soulless stepped to Bella again; taking her into
his loving, yet cold, metallic embrace.
As he releases her, he coughs and pretends to scan the area
around; not trying to give hint of his obvious infatuation of
this woman. "How could I feel this way? I know nothing about
her.... but I want to know her, I want to be with her, I want to
protect her..." His thoughts ran rampant of adventures and time
together with her. Silently, Soulless shakes his head, clearing
his mind once more; he had to prepare for the journey at hand
and not worry about tomorrow.

Bella nodded softly as she heard him mention how people can be
cruel. She had dealt with many a number of cruel people in her
long life. It saddened her that someone so kind and gentle but
had to deal with such hateful people. She heard the sigh escape
her lips and it instantly caused her bottom lip to form a small
pout without her even realizing it.
Before she knew it she was picked up into an embrace. For a
moment she went from pouting to feeling instantly connected to
him. She could feel the happiness emulating from him and it
caused her lips to turn into a smile as she wrapped her arms
around him and held him close for a moment. Her cheeks burned a
soft pink as she let a nervous chuckle escape her lips*"I am
glad that you are happy to join me"
She was so used to cutting off emotions and hiding her own
emotions that she had forgot what it felt like to feel
everything around her. It was like a switch had flipped inside
of her again and her being an empath returned. For a moment it
was overwhelming because she couldnt decipher her own feelings
from his. She smiled softly and shook her head for a moment,
chuckling softly as she looked around the area* well....im happy
to have you by my side. "*she slowly started walking North, not
really sure where she was going or where she was headed. Her
mind was trying to relax and get a grasp on all the emotions she
felt around her. Getting ahold of her powers again was going to
take work. *
