Konohagakure
(木ノ葉隠れの里,
Konohagakure no Sato, English TV: Village Hidden in the Leaves"
or "Hidden Leaf Village, Literally meaning: Village Hidden by
Tree Leaves) is the hidden village of the Land of Fire. As the
village of one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Konohagakure
has a Kage as its leader known as the Hokage, of which there
have been nine in its history. Konoha resides deep within a
forest at the base of a mountain known as the Hokage Rock, which
has the faces of all those who have taken the office of Hokage
engraved on it.[1] While generally seen as the most powerful of
the ninja villages,[2] Konoha has enjoyed many years of In
trelative peace and stability.
In the time leading up to the rp, Konoha had become of the
technological leaders of the world. Developing advanced forms of
communication, transportation, and energy storage. The Hidden
Leaf has constructed Power Plants around the world, and brings
in a large percentage of it's revenue from the sale of energy.
Currently under the rule of the 9th Hokage.

The Hokage sighed as he sat at his desk. Since the end of the
Chunin exams, it had been the same old routine. Paperwork,
assign missions, blah blah blah. Honestly he was quite bored.
But he took his responsibilities quite seriously. Last mission
request. hm... After examining the details he made up his mind
for who to send.
"Fetch Team 2" He said to his attendant.

Kara was full of mixed emotions. She was disappointed that she
hadn't been promoted to Chunin. But she was also excited that
Raidon had been promoted! But since they got back, she had
barely seen her team. Raidon had been off training with
Raijuta-sensei, and Gin was being lazy as usual. So naturally,
Kara was excited when she was informed that they had a mission!
Even if it was a boring one, at least she should get to spend
time with her Rai and Gin! Of course she was the first to
arrive! She waited outside the Hokage's office for her teammates
to arrive, a smile beaming on her face.

Since becoming a Chunin, Raidon was now able to lead his team on
missions without Raijuta Sensei. But they hadn't been given any
decent missions to test his ability. In fact, they hadn't left
the Hidden Leaf once since they got back! Raidon filled his free
time with training, but inside, he was itching for some action.
So he showed no hesitation when his training was inturrupted
with news that his team was receiving a mission! He gathered his
brother, and made his way to the Hokage's office, where Kara was
already waiting outside. Once they were all together, they would
enter the office together.

Raidon and his team arrived much faster than expected. With
Ginmatari's normal ways, he expected at least another thirty
minutes before they arrived. But pleasantly surprised, he wasted
no time getting to the point.
"I'm sending the three of you on a Rank C Mission. He said." It
wasn't what they wanted. He knew, but it was an important
mission nonetheless.
"The Feudal Lord of Fire will be arriving shortly. He and his
caravan will be traveling here for a meeting with the Feudal
Lord of Wind. Team 2, With Raidon as it's Captain, will serve as
his personal Guard, until negotiations are complete and he
departs the Hidden Leaf." Once the details had been shared, They
were dismissed to get ready to depart.

Kadira stood at attention while the Hokage briefed the team on
their mission. She looked straight ahead, and conducted herself
as a professional shinobi. But once they exited the Hokage's
office, she squealed!
"The Feudal Lord of Wind will have a guard from the Hidden
Sand!" She sang happily. "Maybe we'll get to see your
girlfriend!" She poked Raidon cheek playfully. "I'm sure she
misses you! She knew his death stare was coming, and jumped back
in anticipation. "I mean, I'm sure the mission will be
successful, Captain!" She saluted him and giggled playfully. It
was good to be back around the boys again. "I've got to pack.
I'll meet you guys here in an hour!" And with that she was gone
to prepare for the mission.

Kara wasted no time getting on Raidon's case about Rikona. After
their match, the two had the opportunity to speak a bit, going
on a walk to get away from everything. It wasn't exactly what
you'd call a "romantic" encounter. She seemed hesitant, most
likely to leave her teammates side. The same teammate that beat
Raidon in the final round. Even so, he had a good time talking
with her. He understood how abysmally small the chances of
running into her again were. He had no intention of getting his
hopes up. "Just make sure you're ready when the Feudal Lord gets
here. Meet me on the roof in 20 minutes."
With that, the team broke off to gather whatever equipment they
deemed necessary. Their mission didn't require leaving the
Village, but it was endlessly important nonetheless. It seemed
like the type of mission ANBU Black Ops would be assigned to.
Raidon had to admit. The idea of becoming an ANBU one day
sounded cool. Maybe one day he could do it...But for now, he had
to Protect one of the leaders of the Fire Country. There was no
expressing how important their mission was...

Raidon was no fun... But Kara knew the truth. He wanted to see
her again! "Yes Captain!" She said playfully, before taking off
to her home. Being on a 24 hour guard meant that the three of
them would take breaks in shifts. So there was no need to pack
heavily. She would have opportunities to come home, shower and
change clothes, so that wasn't a major concern. She packed her
back with mostly snacks and a few ninja tools, before making her
way to the roof of the Hokage's building three minutes early.
Despite her playful nature, Kara took the job very seriously.
She would be ready for anything.
Especially hunger...

Rai was the only one in our squad that got promoted. Honestly I
thought Kara should of got promoted too but that wasn't my call
. As long as I didn't get promoted my sleep would be fine . But
sense then Raidon found out about me training in the night with
Raijuta sensei . I figure he knew as much and started to tag
along . Raijuta sensei gave him hell the first couple of days
till he gasp it .
While they where itching for a real mission I was always by the
lake sleeping on the tree branch the hung over the lake . It was
my place of zen .
Rai: Gin , we got a mission
Me: 30 more minutes
Rai: it's a class C mission we got to go
Me: ok 15 more minutes
Rai: GIN!!
Ok,ok . I gather myself and follow him to the hokage room .
There we saw Kara already there . I sigh seeing the hokage and
he sigh back seeing me as well . He begin explaining the mission
to us and dismiss us after he was finish . Kara tease Rai about
a girl he "like" from the chuunin exam . It was amusing . " I'm
going to pack " aka go back to the lake and sleep. I always had
my items pack for mission ready before hand so I didn't have to
do it later . It saves time and give me more time to sleep

Raidon headed straight home. His plan was simple; get packed,
Get geared, get out. Of course, things never go according to
plan. He was greeted by his mother at the door. "Got a new
mission, Mister Chunin?" No matter how much he and Gin grew, she
always treated them like children.
"We have to guard a man." Raidon said. "We're on a 24 hour
guard, so you may not see us for a few days." He never stopped
walking toward his room as he spoke.
Of course, his mother walked right behind him.
"So you're qualified to guard the Feudal Lord now! My boys are
growing up so fast!"
Raidon turned to look at his mother, genuinely surprised at her
knowledge.
"What? Just because I'm not a ninja doesn't mean I don't know
things!" She said in response to his stare.
But a non-ninja knowing made it all the more plausible that
potential threats might know as well. Raidon packed his things
and headed out to the lake, where he wasn't at all surprised to
find his brother sleeping. "You have ten seconds before I burn
the tree to the ground!" He yelled up to his brother. Once they
were both ready, he made his way to the Hokage's building.
