       Zoran was comtemplating his plan for battling Brock, as well as
       other Gyms when he saw Milly approaching. He probably wasn't
       aware of the smile on his face when she spoke to him, but he was
       genuinely happy to see her doing well since she hadn't been able
       to travel with them. "Everything's fine for me. I'm just waiting
       on my Nidoran to be treated inside." He said, contemplating her
       question. "But Rosey got a message that her father had fallen
       ill, and had to rush back to Pallet Town." The concern was
       evident in his voice, but it didn't show on his expression. It
       was overshadowed by many emotions, the most prominent of which,
       being curiosity.
       "So what happened to you?" He asked. After hearing from the
       nurse that Milly had left without them, he had expected
       something urgent to have come up. He didn't expect to run into
       her the very next day in Pewter City! Of course, it was possible
       she simply wanted to travel alone, but was too polite to say so.
       "Is everything alright?" He asked. She seemed to be doing well.
       But then, it wasn't like they knew each other well.
