Shaide sighed watching as the dummy seemed to fix itself or
maybe it replaced itself either way it was still a sight to
behold. He turned just as Yuki spoke about them mingling with
the other contestants, of course that was an excellent idea.
"Allies are not something you bring to an exam the only allies I
have are the two of you and that is enough." He had no sooner
finished speaking than a jonin standing on top of a building
overlooking the training grounds began the welcome speech.
Shaide listened to each word the man spoke, down to where they
would all meet for the first part of the exam, when the other
jonin moved through the crowd and handed them the white piece of
paper with the first location on it Shaide turned to Yuki and
Chi. "Lets go its time to get this show on the road and time
for us to advance further in our training."
It wasn't long before they were all standing outside of the
door, a measure of Genin the size of a classroom all filed into
the room leaving only certain seats open for him and his team.
Once he sat down his eyes fell down to the chalkboard awaiting
for the procter to begin the first exam so they could get to the
part that all the Genin were looking for the one on one fights
where each genin tested their meddle against one another. Or he
had hoped that was the plan this year for all the genin.
Otherwise he was in for the biggest surprise of his life that
would make him rather upset.

(So we woke up to our internet not working so I have to use my
phone, this post will probably have tons of errors and Razz
might not be able to post with his...)
Chi looked up quickly at the talking joinin, she couldn't really
make out his apperance so she had to pay close attiention to
what he was saying. Brushing her blonde hair from her pale face,
her nose was red from the cold yet she didn't seem to pay it to
much mind. Her altered outfit: white leggings under her dress,
closed toe shoes, a tight fitting tan coat, and fingerless
gloves seemed to be doing the best of job it could.
The snow would deffiently be an advantage to some, easy for
ninja new to snow's loud crunching to fall prey to her team.
After all even without her being able to see crystal clear Chi
was still a hunter and her snowy owl would blend right into the
surroundings. It would be easy to find easy targets.
With that Chi smiled softly and hopped off the rock, she wasn't
all that nervous anymore. Other squads filled in and she could
tell already which ones wouldn't have it easily in the test. The
ones bundled up and shaking in their boots, complaining of cold
toes.
As Rin and Shaide talked among each other of the idea of allies
Chi added in with her soft voice, "I don't think many of them
would be much help. I can't see very well but they sure do look
like the cold is bothering them." She paused and stood with her
team now as a joinin handed out numbers. Chi looked down at hers
and as Shaide led them inside she scoped the exam room. "I guess
we don't sit together here..."
Chi seperated from her team, now she was feeling nervous. This
room wasn't cold and the others seemed to stare them down like a
fresh cut of stake that came from straight off the grill about
to be slapped on their plate. "Mmm.." Chi muttered nervously as
she pased through the eyes and found her seat. It wasn't middle
row more so in the back but she was able to still see her two
teammates. Indoors her vision began to clear up. The direct
sunlight was gone and she wasn't next to a window. This was
lucky or maybe not..she could really see the compition now..

---------------------------------------------------------
Rin huffed beneath her mask when she heard Shaide's response to
her question. She felt like his price was getting in the way of
thinking logically. There were probably 300 constants here. If
they started forming into alliances of six or nineteen, it
would be easy for them to overpower, and we'd out those who
stuck only to their basic three man cells... She listened when
Chi gave her input. Though she seemed to be agreeing with
Shaide, her reasoning was more sound. Adopting a weaker team as
allies could be a hindrance. Giving in to her teammates
decision, she watched silently as other teams socialized.
Rin stayed with her team until it was time to go to the exam
room. She found the seat that accompanied her number in the
back of the room, next to a ninja from the Hidden Leaf. He was
small; a bit shorter than her. And he didn't appear very
strong. She made a silent bet with herself that he wouldn't
make it through the first exam, and waited for it to begin

Only Raidon had the ability to find me , and at the wrong at
that. "I was just starting to fall asleep to . I asked for five
more minutes but Raidon wasn't having none of that . " it was
annoying I had to participate in these exams . The only reason
I'm Is because the whole squad had to be here and mom gave me
the motivational speech about being there for the team and being
the big brother . Aka "the guilt card" . I swear she cast a
genjusu to make me say yes but I can't prove it .
Here I am , the last person to arrive . Figures , im always
borderline on time for everything , and look a open seat for me
right in the middle of everyone . Raidon was in the back , Kara
was closer to me but i just wanted to lay my my head down and
sleep. Which I did. I didn't waste any time falling right to
sleep .
I pray that the instructer was going to be late so I could have
some extra time to sleep . Please let my wishes come true just
this once oh sleep god .

Finally! It felt like Tamui and his team had been waiting for
days! they had arrived in the Land of Iron reasonably early and
it seemed like time was moving backwards! The young genin
eagerly accepted his number and made his way into the
examination room. The seats next to him and all around filled
quickly. The last seat to remain empty being the one directly in
front of him.
The boy who finally made it to the seat had an Uchiha crest on
his back. Things were getting interesting already! The Uchiha
were known to have unreal strength! He would probably be one of
the best competitors around! The Hidden Leaf was lucky...
But then the Uchiha did did something unexpected. He put his
head down and went to sleep! Was he not taking this exam
seriously? It seemed like he felt he was above it all! Or maybe
he had trained so hard he hadn't gotten enough rest? Whatever.
Tamui refocused himself on finding his teammates. Leiko was easy
to find. She always was, for some reason. She was several rows
ahead of him, and far to the right. It took him a bit longer to
find Ryu. He was closer to the back, in a difficult to see
position. But the important thing was that they made it! Now to
kick some ass!

If anything annoyed Leiko, it was the heat so the cold climate
of the Land of Iron suited her perfectly. The way her breath was
visible, in clouds, interrupting her line of vision every time
she exhaled. They had been travelling for days and when she
arrived, she instantly began to examine the other Genin
surrounding them. The girl had refined her poker look; a
clenched jaw, and furrowed brows making her seem angry though
she wasn’t in a bad mood at all.
Her dark eyes continue to gaze around, acknowledging the fellow
contestants silently, while following Tamu so she too could
accept her number and make it into the examination room.
She takes her seat on a chair in the front row, tilting her head
slightly so her eyes meet with her teammates, nodding at both
before turning back around. Her back is straight, elbows rested
on the table, head placed on both hands, which were holding up
her chin. Leiko was relaxed. The academic portion of the exams
didn’t bother her, she exceeded in mock trials in her hometown,
and she sure as hell wasn’t worried for Ryu or Tamu.
They were bright.

Hibachi sat outside the classroom as he awaited for the last of
the students to file in. he examined each one as they entered.
he had already done his research on each of the students quite
thoroughly. yet, as he got up to attempt to enter he was cut off
by the older of the uchiha: his eyebrows furrowing in a bit of
irritation. the boy just barely managing to make it in time. he
simply attempted to ignore the boy's igorance as he followed
behind. making his way to the desk that held an untouched stack
of papers. picking them up as he sifted through the thin papers.
seeing the single question written upon the paper as a smirk
crossed his lips under his thick scarf. an amused huff escaping
his smirking lips. it would surely prove to be an interesting
question in the bitter end.
Yet, as he looked up is eyes rested upon the uchiha that was
late before... He was sleeping? his irritated glance only
returning with ease. he quickly reached into the compartment
strapped to his thigh: pulling out a single kunai. this kunai
holding a single seal etched into the very metal. a very unique
kunai specially crafted by Hibachi. spinned it on his finger
before quickly throwing it at the uchiha. it stabbed into the
desk in front ofhis downed head: causing Iit to immediately
explode in a blast of air. this blast strong enough to possibly
knock the boy back onto the ground as well as those seated
directly around him. hibachi leting out a cold huff before
speaking. "Hmph... I missed." He said
before wandering over to the desks.
He placed the individual papers faced down in front of every
student. as he placed the paper upon the older of the uchihas
desk he shot the boy a glare. "hmm." His
huff that of an annoyance. despite this boys reasons for being
so tired he needed to break the habit. his clan may have been
revived through the years, but, they depended on each other to
remain in tact. if this boy continued this behavior he would be
fast asleep just as the next slaughter was triggered. yet, he
kept his words to himself.
Once he had handed out all the exams he made his way to the
front of the class. sitting upon his own desk as he crossed his
legs over one another in a meditative stance. closing his eyes
as if to give the false impression he was not paying attention.
yet he was tapping his fingers upon the wood of the desk. the
sound filling the room. "You may begin" he
spoke calmly. once the students were to flip their tests they
would see a single question. "who is the leader of your squad?"
written under this question it stated that if all three members
of the squad did not have the same answer it would mean
disqualification.

By: Rouna Tamui Date: January 29, 2016, 6:20 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
The burst of air from the Proctor's Kunai pushed Tamui back in
his chair. It was only through sheer willower that he wasn't
thrusted from his seat, and onto the ground. It seemed the
Proctor wasn't too happy about the way the Uchiha kid was
acting. He probably saw it as disrespectful... But that didn't
mean he had to take a whole section of the room out! Tamui
huffed as he reoriented himself, and waited as the exams were
handed out.
When one finally landed at his seat, he was shocked to see that
it was only one paper! He had heard that exams in the past took
hours, and some had up to fifty pages! The fact that it was only
one page made him nervous. The questions on that page must have
been intense! His heart started pounding in his chest as he
imagined what could be on it. He was so distracted that he
almost didn't hear the proctor say they could begin!
He turned the sheet over and what was left of his breath halted.
There was only one question! His future as a shinobi rested on
the answer to such a simple question!? The thought was
infuriating! Their team had never declared a leader! When they
went on their missions, they went as equals! Everyone
contributed! How could they possibly know who's name to put!
There were times when Leiko took charge, as well as times when
Ryu was best for the job! Tamui had been known to push the group
forward from time to time too! Any of them would be a good
answer! But how would they know which name to write down?!
After a moment, Tamui stopped, and took a deep breath. He needed
to focus. If he couldn't talk to his teammates, he needed to
figure out how they would think. Who was the person they could
call their leader? Which one of them? Wait... Did it have to be
one of them? A leader was a person who the team answered to,
right? The person everyone on their team answered to was the
Raikage! Of course! The answer was so obvious! He wrote the
answer down on his paper and turned it upside down. He wondered
how long the proctor would give them to answer a single
question? This was the kind of thing that could drive someone
mad!

Kara's eyes were trained on the Proctor from the moment he
entered the room. She watched the way he spun the kunai with
such mastery. Even when idly playing with a ninja tool, not a
single motion was wasted. Jonin were scary... She saw when he
prepared to throw the kunai. Was this part of the exam? She
prepared to avoid the weapon, should it come her way, but
instead it went past her, and landed in a desk about halfway up
the room, and much to everyone's surprise, burst into some sort
of wind attack, nearly knocking several of the unsuspecting
genin out of their seats! It seemed Gin had caught his attention
by sleeping!
Kara smiled to herself, but didn't allow herself to laugh. This
was bad! She couldn't have the proctors hating her team already!
Gin would hear it as soon as she got the chance! For now, she
just waited for the exam to start. Once it did, she turned the
paper over and her skin ran cold when she saw the words written
on it! Not because she feared her team couldn't pass the test,
but rather because no matter what answer they put, someone
wouldn't like it! Raidon would never accept Gin as the Leader.
Gin wouldn't care as long as he didn't get stuck with the
responsibility. Kara wanted to be a leader one day, but she
wasn't ready yet. She decided that it would be best to write
Raidon's name. She waited several moments, and then wrote
"Uchiha Raidon." on the paper. It was the most logical answer.
She had no doubts that her teammates papers would match her own.
She then turned her paper over, and waited patiently for the end
of the exam.
